Introduction

The adequacy of the understanding of Nature is proportional to our knowledge of the laws operating in it. The history of the development of Natural Science for at least the last hundred years indicates that the appearance of experimental results that cannot be explained within the framework of generally accepted scientific ideas is a direct indication of the incompleteness of our knowledge about Nature.

Over the past decades, it has been constantly stated that all known phenomena of Nature and experimental results are exhaustively explained by the known four interactions: electromagnetism, gravitation, strong and weak interactions. However, over the past fifty years, about twenty experimental results have accumulated that have not been explained in terms of these interactions [I].

Out of all connection with this dramatic situation for the present stage of the development of Natural Science, beginning in the 1930s, the search for new long-range actions continued. It suffices to point to the works of G. Tetrode and A.F. Fokker [3], and later J. Wheeler and R. Feynman and other authors. However, these works have not been adequately developed. The only exception was the concept of torsion fields.

The theory of torsion fields (torsion fields) is a traditional direction in theoretical physics, dating back to the works of the second half of the last century. However, in its modern form, the theory of torsion fields was formulated thanks to the ideas of Eli Cartan, who was the first to clearly and definitely point out the existence in Nature of fields generated by the density of the angular momentum of rotation. To date, the bibliography of world periodicals on torsion fields includes up to 10 thousand articles belonging to about a hundred authors. More than half of these theorists work in Russia.

Despite a fairly developed theoretical apparatus, torsion fields until the beginning of the seventies of our century continued to be only a theoretical object. That is why they have not become the same universal factor as electrodynamics and gravitation. Moreover, there was a theoretical conclusion that, since the spin-torsion interaction constant is proportional to the product G x , (G - gravitational constant, - Planck's constant), i.e. Since it is almost 30 orders of magnitude weaker than gravitational interactions, then even if torsion effects exist in Nature, they cannot make a significant contribution to the observed phenomena.

However, in the early 70s, as a result of the work of F. Hel, T. Kibble, D. Shima and others, it was shown that this conclusion is not valid in general for torsion fields, but only for static torsion fields generated by spinning sources without radiation.

In the next 20 years, a large number of papers appeared on the theory of dynamic torsion (a spinning source with radiation). In these papers, it was shown that the Lagrangian of a spinning source with radiation includes up to ten terms with constants that do not depend on either G or in relation to which the theory does not impose the requirement of their obligatory smallness. This fact is well known to specialists in the theory of torsion fields. Nevertheless, the old point of view about the smallness of the constants of spin-torsion interactions continued to interfere psychologically in the next 15 years with a serious and comprehensive search for experimental manifestations of torsion effects. Only at the beginning of the 1980s in Russia attention was paid to the global role of the conclusions of the dynamic theory of torsion fields. It was then that attention was paid to the presence in physics of an extensive experimental phenomenology, containing many experimental results that could not be explained from the standpoint of the four known interactions, and which are an experimental manifestation of torsion effects. With the creation in the 80s, for the first time in the world in Russia, generators of torsion fields, targeted research was launched and carried out in many areas to search for the manifestation of torsion fields, which gave a large amount of practical results.

Torsion fields can theoretically be introduced in many different ways. However, at a fundamental level, they are naturally introduced within the framework of the concept of the Physical Vacuum. For this Einstein equation

The specified system of equations is solved in the space of absolute parallelism, supplemented by rotational coordinates.

It is possible to construct solutions that satisfy this system of equations and describe electromagnetic, gravitational, and torsion fields.

For a number of situations it is useful to interpret fields as polarization states of the physical vacuum in a certain sense.

Let us make some preliminary remarks. We will consider the Physical Vacuum as a material medium isotropically filling all space (both free space and matter), having a quantum structure and unobservable (on average) in the unperturbed state. Such Vacuum is described by the operator 0] . Different vacuum states arise when the symmetry and invariance of Vacuum are violated. In particular cases, when considering various physical processes and phenomena, the observer usually creates models of the Physical Vacuum that are adequate to these processes and phenomena. The use of different models of the Physical Vacuum is typical for modern astrophysics, in which, for example, -vacuum, Urnu vacuum, Boulevard vacuum, Hartl-Hocking vacuum, Rindler vacuum, etc. are used as constructive models.

In the modern interpretation, the Physical Vacuum appears to be a complex quantum dynamic object that manifests itself through fluctuations. The theoretical approach is based on the concepts of S. Weinberg, A. Salam and S. Gleshow.

However, as it will be clear from the further analysis, it was considered expedient to return to P.Dirac's electron-positron model of the Physical Vacuum in a slightly modified interpretation of this model. A return to P. Dirac's models, despite the well-known shortcomings and contradictions of this model, can be considered justified, and the models themselves have not exhausted their constructive potential, if they help formulate conclusions that do not directly follow from modern models.

At the same time, taking into account that the Vacuum is defined as a state without particles, and proceeding from the classical spin model as an annular wave packet (following the terminology of Belinfante - a circulating energy flow), we will consider the Vacuum as a system of annular wave packets of electrons and positrons, and not proper electron-positron pairs.

Under the assumptions made, it is easy to see that the condition for the true electroneutrality of the electron-positron Vacuum will correspond to the state when the ring wave packets of electrons and positrons are embedded in each other. If, in this case, the spins of these nested annular packets are opposite, then such a system will be self-compensated not only in terms of charges, but also in terms of the classical spin and magnetic moment. Such a system of nested ring wave packets will be called a phyton (Fig. 1A).

The dense packing of phytons will be considered as a simplified model of the Physical Vacuum (Fig. 1B).

It is useful to note that in the experiments of A. Krish the observed effects are tantamount to demonstrating the possibility of realizing, albeit dynamic, but nested states in systems with opposite spins, as in the proposed fiton model. Let us also point out one more important circumstance confirming at least the admissibility of the phyton model. In accordance with D. Bjerken's model, it is possible to build electrodynamics without resorting to the concept of photons, based only on the interacting electron-positron field. (This model is not without a number of difficulties.) The concept of quanta as electron-positron pairs was used by M. Broido independently of D. Bjerken. At the same time, Ya.B. Zel'dovich showed that in the presence of an electromagnetic field in Vacuum, electron-positron pairs are created, as a result of which a non-zero Vacuum energy appears, which is considered as the energy of the field. The connection between electromagnetism and vacuum fluctuations was noted by L.A. Rivlin. Earlier, similar ideas, but for the gravitational field, were formulated by A.D. Sakharov.

Formally, with the spin compensation of phytons, their mutual orientation in the ensemble, in the Physical Vacuum, would seem to be arbitrary. However, it seems intuitively that Vacuum forms an ordered structure with linear packing, as shown in Fig. 1B. The idea of the orderliness of Vacuum, apparently, belongs to A.D. Kirzhnits and A.D. Linda. It would be naive to see in the built model the true structure of the Physical Vacuum, since one cannot demand from the model more than what the artificial scheme is capable of.

Let us consider the most important in practical terms cases of disturbance of the Physical Vacuum by various external sources. This may help to assess the realism of the developed approach.

1. Let the source of perturbation be the charge - q. If the Vacuum has a phyton structure, then the action of the charge will be expressed in the charge polarization of the Physical Vacuum, as it is conditionally shown in Fig. 1C. This case is well known in quantum electrodynamics. In particular, the Lamb shift is traditionally explained through the charge polarization of the electron-positron Physical Vacuum.

If we take into account the already mentioned model of D. Bjerken, the representations of Ya.B. Zel'dovich, and also, then the state of the charge polarization of the Physical Vacuum can be interpreted as an electromagnetic field (E-field).

2. Let the source of perturbation be the mass - t. Unlike the previous case, when we were faced with a well-known situation, here a hypothetical assumption will be made. Perturbation of the Physical Vacuum by mass t will be expressed in symmetrical fluctuations of the phyton elements along the axis to the center of the perturbation object, as is conventionally shown in Fig. 1D. Such a state of the Physical Vacuum can be characterized as a spin longitudinal polarization, interpreted as a gravitational field (G-field). As already noted, A.D. Sakharov introduced the concept of the gravitational field as a state of the Physical Vacuum, which corresponds to the stated model of gravity. Polarization states of gravity were discussed in .

Dynamic longitudinal polarization corresponds to the property of non-screening of the gravitational field. V.A.Bunin, and later V.A.Dubrovsky, not considering the mechanism of gravitation, but assuming that gravitational waves are longitudinal waves in the elastic Physical Vacuum, showed that the speed of such waves will be of the order of 10 9 s.

Usually in physics theories connected with superluminal speeds are not considered. This is due to the fact that in this case, many thought experiments lead to a violation of cause-and-effect relationships. However, it is possible that at a higher level of knowledge the "superluminal catastrophe" will be overcome in the same way as the "ultraviolet catastrophe" was overcome in its time.

The proposed approach to interpreting the mechanism of gravity is not something exotic. In the theories of induced gravity, the gravitational field is considered as a consequence of the decompensation of the Vacuum, which occurs during its polarization.

In the works of Butorin, as well as Bershadsky and Mekhedkin, estimates of the oscillation frequency characteristic of gravity were obtained. However, the spread of these estimates is very large and ranges from 109 to 1040 Hz. There is reason to believe that the frequency range 10 20 -10 40 Hz is more realistic.

If the mechanism of gravitation is indeed connected with the longitudinal spin polarization of the Physical Vacuum, then in this case it will be necessary to admit that the nature of gravitation is such that antigravity does not exist.

3. Let the source of perturbation be the classical spin - q. We will assume that the action of the classical spin on the Physical Vacuum will be as follows. If the source has a spin oriented as shown in Fig. 1F, then the spins of phytons, which coincide with the orientation of the source spin, retain their orientation. Those spins of phytons that are opposite to the spin of the source will experience inversion under the action of the source. As a result, the Physical Vacuum will pass into the state of transverse spin polarization. This polarization state can be interpreted as a spin field (S-field), that is, a field generated by the classical spin. The formulated approach is consonant with the concept of torsion fields as a condensate of fermion pairs.

The polarization spin states S R and S L contradict the Pauli prohibition. However, according to the concept of M.A. Markov, at densities of the order of Planck, fundamental physical laws can have a different form, different from the known ones. Waiver of the Pauli prohibition for such a specific material medium as the Physical Vacuum is admissible, probably no less than in the concept of quarks.

In accordance with the above approach, we can say that a single medium - the Physical Vacuum can be in different phase (more precisely, polarization) states, EGS-states. This medium in the state of charge polarization manifests itself as an electromagnetic field (E). The same medium in the state of spin longitudinal polarization manifests itself as a gravitational field (G). Finally, the same medium (Physical Vacuum) in the state of spin transverse polarization manifests itself as a spin (torsion) field (S). That. EGS-polarization states of the Physical Vacuum correspond to EGS-fields.

All three fields generated by independent kinematic parameters are universal, or fields of the first class in the terminology of R. Uchiyama:

these fields manifest themselves both at the micro- and at the macroscopic levels. Here it is appropriate to recall the words of Ya.I. Pomeranchuk: "All physics is the physics of Vacuum." Developed representations allow us to approach the problem of at least universal fields from some general positions. In the proposed model, the role of a unified field is played by the Physical Vacuum, the polarization (phase) states of which manifest themselves as EGS-fields. Modern nature does not need "associations". In Nature there is only Vacuum and its polarization states. And ""unions"" only reflect the degree of our understanding of the relationship of fields.

The concept of the phase state of the Physical Vacuum and the polarization states of the Physical Vacuum in general form was used in many works (see, for example, ). It has been repeatedly noted in the past that the classical field can be considered as a state of Vacuum. However, the polarization states of the Physical Vacuum were not given the fundamental role they actually play. As a rule, it was not discussed which polarizations of the Vacuum are meant. According to Ya. B. Zel'dovich, the vacuum polarization according to Ya. B. Zel'dovich is interpreted as a charge polarization (electromagnetic field) in the described approach. Vacuum polarization according to A.D. Sakharov is interpreted as spin longitudinal polarization (gravitational field). Polarization for torsion fields is interpreted as spin transverse polarization.

The stated views correspond to the concept of "information A-fields" by R. Utiyama, according to which each independent parameter of particles a i(we will clarify once again - the kinematic parameter, as rightly pointed out by L.A. Dadashev) corresponds to its own material field A i, through which the interaction between particles is carried out, corresponding to this parameter. In contrast to the fields of the second class associated with the symmetries of space, the fields of the first class (gauge fields), as noted by R. Uchiyama, have a connection with particles - sources of the field, by some fundamental principle without any arbitrariness. The EGS-concept gives the idea of the polarization states of the Physical Vacuum as such a general principle.

Since it cannot be asserted that other polarization states are impossible, except for the three considered above, there are no fundamental reasons to deny a priori the possibility of other long-range interactions. It is possible that the concept of A-fields and polarization states of the Physical Vacuum (phase states of the Physical Vacuum) will initiate a breakthrough into the area of new long-range actions.

Torsion fields have properties that differ significantly from the known properties in electromagnetism and gravitation.

The most important properties of torsion fields (radiation) are:

1. In contrast to electromagnetism, where like charges repel and unlike charges attract, in torsion fields like charges attract and unlike charges repel.

2. Since torsion fields are generated by the classical spin, then as a result of the impact of the torsion field on some object, only its spin state will change for this object.

3. Passage through physical media without interaction with these media, i.e. no loss. It is useful to note that, without connection with torsion fields, Soviet physicists showed more than ten years ago that spin signals propagate in such a way that they cannot be screened.

4. Group velocity of torsion waves not less than 10 9 s. A large review was published in the journal UFN with an analysis of astrophysical objects moving at speeds greater than the speed of light.

The absence of losses during the propagation of torsion waves makes it possible to communicate over long distances using low transmission power. It becomes possible to create underwater and underground communications. The high group velocity of torsion waves eliminates the problem of signal delay even within the Galaxy.

5. Since all known substances have a non-zero collective spin, all substances have their own torsion field. The spatial-frequency structure of the own torsion field of any substance is determined by the chemical composition and spatial structure of the molecules or the crystal lattice of this substance.

6. Torsion fields have memory. A torsion source with a certain spatial-frequency structure of the torsion field polarizes the Physical Vacuum along the classical spin in some space surrounding it. In this case, the emerging spatial spin structure is preserved after the specified torsion source moves to another region of space.

The paradigm of torsion fields made it possible to obtain fundamentally new results in almost all scientific and technical areas.

Medical scientists from St. Petersburg brought a mysterious videotape from the international symposium. What they saw on the screen did not fit into the ideas about the brain known to science. The human head was photographed using the latest electronic tomography technology. The hero of the video is calm, motionless. An incomprehensible life boils inside his skull: luminous waves pulse with the frequency of heartbeats. They pierce the bones like a breeze through a tulle curtain, and overshadow the space around the head.

The physician must know that the substance of the brain is fixed in the cranium “rigidly” and cannot pulsate in any case, no vibrations were observed in the bone tissue either. And around the head and even more so.

The luminous waves will certainly interest physicists - the doctors decided and invited Anatoly Evgenievich Akimov, head of the Interbranch Scientific and Technical Center for Venture, Non-Traditional Technologies, to watch a video.

After watching the video, Anatoly Evgenievich, according to him, experienced the happiest moments in the last ten years. What he saw on the monitor, no doubt, was another confirmation of the theory and experiments that the scientific and technical center headed by him has been engaged in for 15 years. The physicist explained to physicians that luminous waves are nothing but a biofield, which the latest electronic equipment has made visible not only for psychics, but for everyone. For us, this is not surprising. We have long known from the press that there is a biofield, and doctors still have doubts about this. Give them visible facts, a scientific experiment. Akimov immediately suggested to doctors a method by which one could accurately determine the nature of the luminous waves shown on the videotape. The experiment, or rather its result, can make a complete revolution in traditional medicine, in its understanding of man. Physicists have known for 15 years that not only a person has a biofield, but also a stool, an umbrella, every letter and comma. Where it comes from and what it is - Anatoly Evgenievich Akimov kindly agreed to explain all this as popularly as possible.

Anatoly Evgenievich, one modern scientist, said that there are more physical phenomena in a person than biological and chemical phenomena taken together, that at the level of atoms that we all consist of, one can understand what a thought is, what drives a good person and pushes an evil one. What do you think?

In 1913, the French scientist Eli Cartan, who has great authority in scientific fields, suggested that the world is controlled not only by the forces of attraction and electromagnetism, but also by some third force, and thus opened the door to an unexplored world. Further research in the 60s was promoted thanks to psychics. By that time, so many confirmations of their phenomenal abilities had accumulated that it became simply indecent not to notice this. Psychics grew bolder and began to ask scientists "uncomfortable" questions. For example, how does it happen that we can read minds at a distance? Among the physicists there were kind, patient people who popularly explained to the strange man that science says that we hardly have enough electricity reserves to transmit a weak signal from the bedroom to the kitchen that breakfast is ready. Stubborn psychics continued to claim that they were communicating with a friend from Vladivostok without the help of a telephone. As a rule, a condescending and tired smile settled on the faces of physicists, and the questioner about telepathy retreated in shame. What to do, and in the scientific world, conservatism is strong, so a serious conversation about the "third force" is only now beginning.

Partly from school textbooks, we know that gravitational forces are generated by masses, electromagnetic forces - by charged particles - electrons. And what drives the “third force”?

It acts where there is rotation, that is, everywhere. Electrons revolve around the nucleus of an atom, the nucleus - around its axis, planets - around the Sun. Convinced of the existence of a “third force”, physicists gave it a name - a torsion field. Its presence has been proven using formulas. To understand how the new force works, psychics helped, who, at the whim of nature, became a source of quite powerful torsion radiation (colloquially, biofields). Physicists did not like to depend on psychics, their mood and character traits. The torsion fields of trees, chairs and a telephone set are rather weak. We called them "background". Studying such fields is like investigating the strength of an electric current, using for experiments electrical discharges that occur between your palm and cat hair. And we invented artificial (not natural) sources of the torsion field.

Anatoly Evgenievich, you have an Akimov generator on your table - a source of torsion radiation. It was recently filmed by Japanese TV. The inquisitive Japanese were intrigued: torsion radiation, like radio waves, is invisible. But psychics claim that they see biofields.

Now there is no doubt about it. I had such an experience: I set up the device so that it emits several torsion beams, differently directed. Psychic Natasha Kremneva, an engineer from the famous Podlipki (space design bureau Korolev), took a pencil and accurately drew all the rays, the direction of which I knew. Science is not yet clear how the brain of a psychic perceives the invisible to the majority. This remains to be seen in medicine. We continued experiments with an artificial source of the torsion field.

In order to understand how the torsion signal spreads, we turned to the most influential and funded organizations at that time - the Ministry of Defense and the KGB. On the part of the military, technical specialists of the Main Directorate of Space Facilities took part in the experiment, on the part of the KGB, the most talented engineers of the Department of Government Communications. With their help, we found a technical solution to our problems - after all, torsion wave transmitters are completely different from the radio wave transmitters known to us, and torsion signal receivers have nothing in common with radio receivers. High-class engineers of the two monsters helped in the creation of torsion equipment.

In 1986, for the first time in Moscow, information was transmitted by torsion method. It turned out that in this way it is possible to transmit everything that radio waves still transmit - sound, image. It turned out that the speed of the "flight" of the torsion signal is billions of times higher than the speed of light. For comparison: a radio signal reaches the Moon in 10 minutes, a torsion signal - instantly.

Anatoly Evgenievich, in order for us to use the power of electric current, hundreds of inventions have been made by scientists around the world - from an electric light bulb to an electric train. And so Russia became the birthplace of the inventors of the first torsion technique. You called it the technique of the third millennium. Why?

Since 1986, we have come a long way in our developments. Ten years of research by theoretical physicists, engineers of our center, scientists from the Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics of St. Petersburg, Tomsk University and another 120 scientific institutes in Russia were spent on finding out the main question: what is cheaper and more efficient - radio wave transmitters, electric motors or transmitters torsion waves and torsion engines. Now it is clear to us that everything torsion is millions and trillions of times more efficient, more economical and more reliable than what we use now. We have also seen that the use of new power is possible wherever electricity is now working. Now you can quite accurately imagine how they will talk in the 21st century on a torsion phone, on what they will fry eggs and why the terrible words “gasoline price” will forever lose their sharpness. The fact is that when scientists and engineers invent torsion technology and it replaces the one we use today, the world will change. The dream of the “greens” will come true: the earth will no longer be disfigured by quarries and oil wells. A torsion bar engine does not need fuel. Its “heart” will be a part rotating in a certain way.

So, each of us (as well as any matter consisting of atoms) can be considered as a source of torsion radiation, in the primary sense - a biofield. I wonder how the radiations of people interact with each other?

In science, there is a model of the brain that explains its work (thoughts, ideas, illness and health) by a certain orientation of rotating atoms. Their orientation can be changed in two ways: by the influence of the internal life of the body and by influence from without. So, it turned out that the psychic torsion field can change the orientation of the rotation of the atoms of the brain of any person. The subject under the influence of the psychic's biofield, without feeling anything, recovers or falls ill. Moreover, he may have new thoughts and images. Here is an explanation for the transmission of thoughts at a distance. You and I already know that torsion signals are transmitted instantly, which means that the communication of a psychic with a friend who can be located not only on the other side of the Earth, but also in another galaxy, is quite possible. This does not require heavy-duty broadcasting installations - any torsion signal is transmitted almost instantly.

In the ancient Indian philosophical Vedas of two thousand years ago we read: “When you get angry, you attract currents of evil from the ether. Even after you have already calmed down, the storm in the atmosphere around you will rage for at least two more days”, or: “Be the force that absorbs the waves of irritation of the oncoming one and extinguishes them, like the earth is fire.” Agree that it is written as if the sages had ideas about torsion fields and waves.

And in ancient times there were psychics who saw the torsion fields of a person. Now we understand that when they wrote "fire" and "light", they attached a completely different meaning to these words. The fact is that torsion radiation, like electromagnetic (light), has a different frequency, which is perceived by people as different colors (rainbow). The torsion field of a person is very diverse in frequency, which means that psychics see it in color. Moreover, by color and its intensity, they judge which organ in a person is not in order.

There was only one thing the ancients were wrong about. Human torsion fields can be one or the other not for two days, but for any number of years. They can even exist separately from us. We discovered this with instruments.

- So, the shadow of the father could appear to the Prince of Denmark?

Well, why only Hamlet's father? Here, for example, you finish the conversation, leave, and your shadow (“phantom”, as scientists say) will quietly remain in my office. Unclear? I'll explain in more detail. We have already found out that torsion fields have much in common with magnetism. In the 7th grade, when they study a magnet, they conduct such an experiment: metal filings are poured onto a sheet of paper, a magnet is brought from below - and the filings line up along the magnetic field lines. We remove the magnet, and the sawdust continues to depict its field. Something similar happens with the torsion field. Only it “builds” not sawdust, but the space in which it is located.

It is important to understand what kind of space. The ancient Hindus called it "pralaya", Newton - ether, modern science - Physical Vacuum. This is what remains when, say, all the air is pumped out of a light bulb and everything is removed to the last elementary particle. It turns out that there is not a void, but a kind of matter. It has recently become known that the Physical Vacuum is the progenitor of everything in the Universe; atoms and molecules are born from it. And it is no coincidence that we write these words with a capital letter. They are equivalent to the concept of God or the Absolute. So, the torsion field breaks (physicists say: “polarizes”) the internal strict order of the Physical Vacuum, like a sawdust magnet. And when we remove the source of the torsion field, its exact copy remains in space, an imprint, a shadow, whatever you want to call it. This shadow - the imprint of the torsion field - is fixed by our devices.

It turns out that we live in the realm of shadows (phantoms). It is difficult to imagine how many imprints of human torsion fields are, say, not far from the Moscow Kremlin.

All this is true, only torsion fields can retain their structure until other torsion fields violate them. It happens that a psychic introduces a program of self-stabilization and stability into the structure of the torsion field. Then this field is indestructible. You mentioned a device that detects the so-called “biofield”. Please tell us more about it.

The first such device was known more than two thousand years ago to the ancient Chinese and Indians. This is the frame of a dowsing specialist. Many people know that any rigid wire bent at a right angle begins to turn in the hands. The ring, suspended on a thread, begins to rotate in our hands - this is manifested by torsion fields. With the help of a frame, flyers made of vines from ancient times determined where to build a house, where to put a bed. The fact is that the earth is also a source of torsion radiation, which are positive and negative (and in scientific terminology - right and left). The alternation of plus and minus in the torsion field of the earth goes in a strictly defined sequence.

Scientists have discovered the so-called “grid”, where a positive field occupies a square of one and a half meters of the earth's surface, a negative one - a longitudinal strip of 40 cm. . But when we sleep or sit at the table, there really is no choice: you can get under the influence of a negative field harmful to health for a long time. It disrupts the structure of cells, and the person begins to complain of feeling unwell. The negative (left) margin is where the frame in your hands rotates to the left. There are people with a negative torsion field, but for the most part we are all positive. He can be a decent person, only we will feel bad with him, and he with us. Scientists who study the torsion field have found that it acts quite the opposite than the electromagnetic one: torsion charges of the same name attract, and opposite ones repel.

But if you find that your bed is on a negative field line, don't despair. In our Interdisciplinary Scientific and Technical Center, a material has been found from which it will be possible to make a rug, and it will play the role of a torsion field reflector. We have already found the contractor for the project, and I hope that soon such rugs will be sold in kiosks along with “snickers” and detectives.

This means that a scientific discovery is embodied, as they say, in a commercial product. Meanwhile, the thought of physicists rushes further. And for sure there is something to be surprised.

Yes, the torsion field presents its researchers with a lot of surprises. Recently, a discovery was made: a torsion field can arise by itself and without any rotation. Physicists already know when this happens. Any geometric figure violates (“polarizes”) the strict order of the Physical Vacuum, and a torsion field is immediately formed next to it. Curious people have long tried to understand why there is a feeling of lightness and beauty next to one building, and unpleasant to be next to another. They called it the "shape effect". So, this effect is the action of torsion fields with which the Physical Vacuum reacts to the beauties of architecture. It is known that next to the pyramids of Cheops, two torsion radiations are formed, positive (right) - at the top and negative (left) - at the foot. If you draw a pyramid on paper, the same picture will appear: at the top there will be a (of course, very weak) field with a plus sign in the opening of the corner, at the bottom - with a minus sign.

So we came to the conclusion that any letter, a comma in its own way violates the space of the Physical Vacuum, to which it immediately reacts with a torsion field. From this it follows that any book, article is millions of rainbows (physicists say: "spectra") of bizarre torsion fields. They undoubtedly interact with our field, the reader's field. So reading books, articles or poems is not such a simple process as it seems.

Well, let's hope that we will soon learn more about this, if only because more than a hundred scientists in the world are engaged in torsion fields. And half of them live in Russia. You said that the programs of your center are supported by the Academy of Natural Sciences of Russia, the Ministry of Science, that you have close ties with scientists in various fields of knowledge, including physicians. Do you think the experiments of physicists will change the ideas of scientists about human nature?

In order to be absolutely sure that the video clip, where luminous waves pulsated in the skull and around it, makes the torsion field visible, you need to do one simple thing: place a transparent, but shield impervious to torsion waves. We know how, from what to make it. Remember, I talked about rugs that can be put under the bed and sleep peacefully in the geopathogenic zone? Our screen will be made according to the type of such a rug. If, having placed the screen, we see nothing on the monitor, that is, the biofield cannot pass through our barrier, the conclusion is unambiguous: the technique captures precisely the torsion radiation and makes it visible.

Rumors and conjectures surround his name, someone calls him a genius, someone mysteriously nods: they say, he is allegedly connected with the military complex and psychotronic weapons, but his authority is in the field of torsion technologies is indisputable. A. Akimov has been working on torsion fields for more than twenty years. In the twentieth century, the torsion field was called the "fifth force" after gravity, electromagnetism of strong and weak interactions.

Torsion fields are present everywhere where there is rotation, from the electron to the Galaxy. The nature of the biofield of any objects, living and non-living, has a torsion nature. Torsion fields, like electromagnetic (light), have different frequencies, which are perceived by people as different colors of the rainbow. The torsion field acts differently than the electromagnetic torsion charges of the same name attract, and opposite ones repel. Any geometric figure violates the strict order of the physical vacuum, and a torsion field is formed near it.

In the mid-80s, A. Akimov turned to the Main Directorate of Space Facilities, well-funded by the Ministry of Defense, and with his help torsion equipment was created. In 1986, at the ISTC "Vent", headed by A. Akimov, for the first time binary information (sound and image) was transmitted by torsion method. The flight speed of the torsion signal is billions of times higher than the speed of light, it can instantly reach the Moon (the radio signal goes there for 10 minutes). "A torsion generator does not need fuel. So, torsion technology can change our world for the better?" our conversation with Anatoly Akimov began with this question.

А.А.: Today, there are about two dozen installations in the world that have an efficiency of 300 to 500 percent. The situation with regard to these ideas and attitudes is connected with two disputes in physics. Most physicists say: we will take energy from the physical vacuum. Other physicists say: this cannot be, because the physical vacuum is a system with minimal energy and nothing can be taken from there. The deniers do not believe that there can be 300% efficiency in such installations. These people simply do not fully know modern physics or simply forgot about what they were taught in universities. After all, the efficiency cannot be more than 100% only in a closed system, and if the system is open and interacts with the environment, then the efficiency can be arbitrarily large.

The fact is that the physical vacuum is not a frozen system, no! It behaves like a kind of boiling liquid, and intense fluctuations occur above its surface. When they calculated (this was done by Academicians Ya. Zel'dovich and Ya. Zimmer), it turned out that the energy of these fluctuations is equal to infinity. I am now saying what is written in the textbook of the Moscow University.

At the conference in the State Duma, a diverse level of specialists is represented, the meeting has been going on for more than one year, and different compositions of the Duma are discussing how to create alternative energy. But who can provide funds now? Without it, everything hangs in the air.

CORR.: You said that there are already installations based on the torsion principle and they are working. Why not introduce them into widespread production?

AA: They were tested for several years in a simplified version of three kilowatts, for heating cottages in winter in the Moscow region. These are small settings. But there are also 50 kilowatts or more for heating residential buildings and industrial premises. Now they are individually made at one of the factories in Yaroslavl. 500 million rubles are needed for mass production. Torsion generators are 1095 times more efficient than fuel-burning systems.

CORR.: The other day, we accidentally saw an EVP-3 installation at our acquaintances in the Moscow region. This small pipe (50 centimeters long) heats a large private house. Works on the principle of water ionization. It was created by the military for submarines, as we were told. It can be ordered by calling 253-87-72 and bought at a price of one and a half thousand rubles. It consumes a light bulb current of 25 amperes, and produces energy many times greater at the output. Is this your generator?

AA: From a physical point of view, this is a different setup. It also doesn't have a heater. In our installation, the water itself heats up due to torsion processes, where thermal neutrons are recorded. This suggests that, possibly, cold nuclear fusion reactions occur during the implementation of rotational processes. In the off state, a slow neutron flux is observed in the installation, and when we turn it on, the neutron flux increases several times. There is a cold nuclear fusion!

CORR.: So, the opinion of Vladimir Mashkov, Deputy Chief Power Engineer of the Taganrog Aviation Plant, on the problem of the vortex that feeds the Urusvati power plant, does not coincide with yours? After all, torsion processes are also going on in Urusvati - a rotating vortex, which, consuming little energy, gives 4-5 times more output.

AA: I agree that Urusvati works on the principle of torsion fields. A spiral vortex during rotation begins to interact with quantum vortices in the physical vacuum and, due to this, takes away energy from there. But V. Mashkov writes: "When a tornado occurs, some protons and, possibly, neutrons, under the influence of electric fields of neighboring jets of atoms A, N, H, decompose into gamma quanta, that is, photons. This photon energy is the additional energy that makes the tornado powerful in power. It increases the kinetic energy of the entire mass of air rotating in a tornado."

But there is no experimental data that would confirm that atomic structures would be able to convert particles into photons. There is simply no physical reason for this to be possible. It is possible to convert particles into photons, but this requires that they interact with antiparticles. Here, during the implementation of rotational processes, reactions of cold nuclear fusion occur.

CORR.: Academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences from Novosibirsk V. Nakoryakov and A. Rebrov gave a negative assessment of Andrey Fedoryako's Urusvati power plant, believing that its principle contradicts the second law of thermodynamics. They deny the fact of electromagnetic radiation on the outer surface of the vortex flow. Academician R. Avramenko, on the other hand, believes that with an anomalous energy balance of permanent magnet motors and a rotating magnetic field, devices are cooled. So, according to the second law of thermodynamics, the entropy of the system decreases, that is, energy comes from the environment. This means that these phenomena do not contradict the first and second laws of thermodynamics.

AA: I think that academics from Novosibirsk are trying too straightforward to apply the second law of thermodynamics, not taking into account the specifics that arise with spin effects.

CORR.: Do your generators work on the principle of a rotating magnetic field?

AA: It doesn't matter what rotates - a flywheel, a magnetic field or an electric one. You need to know which design and under what modes should rotate.

CORR.: We remind the reader that in 1950 an English amateur electrician Searle created a generator based on rotating magnetized disks. They sparkled and ionized the air. And once, during acceleration, the generator rose to a height of 15 meters. Then the speed of rotation of the disks reached a fantastic value, a plasma halo appeared around them, and the generator disappeared into the clouds. Searle noticed that starting from a certain critical speed, the generator lost weight and flew away like a UFO. Searle lost several of his generators during his experiments, and in 1983 he carried out a controlled flight of a generator from London to Cornwall and back, which amounted to 600 km.

Do you think that Searle's experiments repeat the technology of flying saucers based on the torsion principle?

AA: Searle's design is a multilayer roller bearing with rollers and rings made of special magnets.

The installation diameter is about five meters. Initially, before rotation, the rollers were attracted to the inside of the ring, and when the flywheel spun, they moved to the outside. And there was a large potential difference between these rings. Does this design mimic flying saucer technology? Maybe. There are French patents showing what a flying saucer might look like if it used the rotation of mechanical parts and electromagnetic processes, or the rotation of light or laser beams. How to organize such light vortices remains a mystery. As far as I know, no one has conducted experiments on these patents yet, and the authors themselves do not give a scientific explanation for this effect.

CORR.: Today, science has already given explanations for the incomprehensible effects of weight loss of rapidly rotating masses around their axes. The well-known Moscow engineer-inventor Andrey Malnichenko noticed that after the sudden departure of a UFO, eyewitnesses observed a rapidly rotating vortex, sometimes these vortices glowed faintly. They are not like ordinary turbulence. In normal turbulence, several small eddies appear, swirling in different directions. The speed of rotation of the tornado after the UFO is much higher than the usual turbulent eddies. So the UFO creates these vortices to get powerful thrust? And A.Melnichenko created drawings of his disc-plane on a rotating magnetic field. How would you rate it?

А.А.: We will evaluate when the results of the experiments will be available.

CORR.: Mankind has been worried about the situation with Albert Einstein's Philadelphia experiment for decades, which resulted in teleportation - the disappearance of the ship D-173 of the destroyer "Eldridge". The United States managed then, in the strictest secrecy, to create a powerful electromagnetic field with the help of three torsion generators. The result was the true invisibility of the ship and its entire crew. The field was shaped like a rotating ellipsoid and extended for a hundred meters on either side of the ship. Tell me, have you thought about this experiment, which terrified Einstein himself? He did not expect such a result and is said to have destroyed the manuscripts of his theory before his death.

AA: I have good reasons that this did not happen at all. If a person once worked in the field of military production, then he knows what orders exist there. They are common in all countries, including the United States. The Ministry of Defense must have drawings.

CORR.: But the witnesses of the death of A. Einstein, his biographers claim that before his death he said the phrase: "Humanity is not yet morally ready for such discoveries" - and destroyed the manuscripts.

AA: How could he destroy blueprints of military equipment when everything is in the Pentagon's safes! At best, he could have duplicates. Secondly, Einstein himself did not develop any technical devices. He could only have an idea, and the development was carried out by other people, firms fulfilling the order of the Ministry of Defense with all the rules of work secrecy.

The concept of secrecy is also relative. As long as the scientist carries the idea in his head, it is secret until then. But as soon as he made a report at the seminar, no matter how closed the laboratory, the practice of the post-war period shows that information still leaks. What's more, with a 20 centimeter resolution satellite Earth observation system, you can't run the Eldridge experiment without anyone knowing about it.

Perhaps the result with the Eldridge was somewhat unexpected for Einstein, because after he moved to the USA, after his first successful experiments, funding was almost unlimited. He had the ability to create very expensive installations. It is possible that the firms that financed this were afraid of the positive effect that could undermine their industry in purely economic terms.

CORR.: Many people are now worried about the problem of psychotronic generators. Since 1991, many articles have been published in the press about this. In the 80s, the talented scientist Anatoly Aleksandrovich Beridze-Stakhovsky used such generators only for the treatment of serious diseases. And in the hands of patients, as his employees testify, only 50 generators remained in Kyiv. And Beridze-Stakhovsky died in 1982, he was 52 years old. His closest employees are convinced that he died from his own generator, testing it on himself. His colleague, candidate of biological sciences Tamila Petrovna Reshetnikova, found that this generator sharply stimulated the growth of plants, but the operator himself began to have heart spasms after 20 minutes. And another employee, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences O.A. Goroshko, experienced a severe effect on the heart of this generator. Do these generators work on the torsion principle?

AA: Let's start with the fact (and for ten years I have not been able to see a single psychotronic generator and station live either) that there is a lot of talk about this, but nothing specific. I am deeply convinced that there is no hardware. This does not mean that they cannot be. What people say that they are affected is most likely a sensory impact, usually a group of people. This has been practically proven by Maharishi's transcendental meditation.

Another thing is that a person can be placed in a strong magnetic field and he will feel bad. Or in a strong electric field - and he will also feel bad. If you use torsion generators without knowing the medical and biological effect of these radiations, then not because they are psychotronic, that they act not only on living things, a person may become ill. It may turn out that some modes of torsion generators will be harmful to humans. But feeling bad is not the same as controlling people's behavior. Those are two big differences. It is one thing to impose a style of behavior on a person, to zombie him, and another thing is when his health simply worsened, his heart or head ached.

CORR.: But the fate of the famous inventor, candidate of technical sciences Vasily Vasilyevich Lensky, president of the International Association of Scientists and Intelligentsia "Creation", hardly left anyone indifferent. Lensky discovered the principle of multipolarity, which made it possible to create devices for multipolar energy and psychotronic generators. His multipolar generator accelerated the vital activity of biological organisms by 5-6 times. However, the military departments and the KGB became interested in his inventions. He soon realized that with the help of these generators it is possible to control human physiology, program its development and behavior. Lensky wanted to work openly. But the deputy chairman of the military-industrial commission, Yu.V. Matsak, insisted only on closed work. Lensky could not agree to this. In experiments with generators, his students died.

He realized that the generators do not completely obey the operator, behave unpredictably, radiate unknown types of energies. And V. Lensky secretly entered his own laboratory at night, destroyed all the drawings, smashed the equipment so that nothing could be restored. These shots of the destroyed laboratory were shown on TV. The scientist said that his association was fighting against psychic zombies and that one must learn to defend oneself against such devices, that the field of a group of people as a whole is stronger than the apparatus. It is important to understand the purpose of protection and not be afraid of anything. How do you rate all this?

AA: According to my observations over 35 years of communication with these people who believe that they are subjected to psychotronic influence, most of them (about 90%) are people who need medical help. You need to feel compassion for them, but it is clear that this is a kind of suggestion, which in other forms is observed in other people.

The second category is those who cling to these people, seek protection under the auspices of defense movements in order to extract some kind of self-interest from this - to get a living space, claiming that they are irradiated in this apartment, or to go abroad. And as soon as he left the country, it turned out that no one was zombifying him. There are few of them, but they exist.

And the third category (I counted no more than ten of them in Moscow) - mentally absolutely normal. Moreover, some of them, not understanding what was happening, turned to psychiatrists themselves. They were examined, it turned out that they are absolutely normal. But extraordinary things really happened to them ... Here is the foil with which one person covered his head. You see a lot of tiny holes, and these holes go all over the foil. What is it? Once a woman came to me, lifted her dress to her knees - and her whole leg was in such pinpoint burns, as if irradiated with a laser.

Once a Muscovite came and complained that he was being affected by microwaves - psychotronic weapons. But it turned out that even when he is in another house, he is still affected. Although this radiation is very much absorbed by reinforced concrete walls. I am sure that this is not the effect of psychotronic or other generators. There are very well developed methods of collective influence on individuals. When the impact is made by a whole team of "senses", then the power of their thought increases. I have publications brought from the USA. There, the Maharishi University conducted experiments in 1985 - from the United States they acted on Lebanon for seven thousand kilometers and controlled the population of the whole country.

But different people have different sensitivity to this type of influence. I cannot say that the entire population of Moscow is subjected to this. There is a limited circle of people. Perhaps some of the impact comes from abroad.

And my second assumption is that those people who were engaged in radio-electronic equipment of influence ended up in the hands of some commercial structures that are eager to have generators from the point of view of their purely economic benefits or because of the desire to break through to power. It seems to me that this situation is completely out of control. I'm not sure that our power structures have at least some information about who these people are, where and under whose influence they work.

CORR.: In the TV program about V. Lensky, it was said that in our country about 140 scientists work with generators, and the government does not know what to do. Does this mean that the Zombie program, which has been talked about so much, still exists? Why were huge iron structures placed in a semicircle, similar to the frame of a stadium raised at one end, shown? What is this? In September 1991, Komsomolskaya Pravda wrote about the Zombie program under the heading "Chronicle of our investigations": "The editors have at their disposal strong evidence that developments in the field of creating equipment for controlling the psyche and human behavior are being carried out and only in the last few about half a billion rubles have been spent on them over the years. How would you rate it?

AA: First, it cannot be said that the government does not know what to do. It just doesn't do it. The inventors are ownerless and useless. In addition, there are not 40 such teams, including Ukraine, but more than 150.

As for Komsomolskaya Pravda, this is generally nonsense. In this series of articles, the newspaper wrote that the ISTC VENT, of which I am the General Director, received 500 million rubles from the state and was manufacturing psychotronic generators. The money is spent, but for what? There have been four publications. In the end, a correspondent calls me. I told him: "Come, please, to me, let's talk, I don't mind." He came. I look: a young man, he is 23-24 years old. He sits down in front of me. I tell him: "Honey, before you type, what prevented you from picking up the phone, calling and finding out if this is true or not?" He replies "Here they brought me the documents." I told him: “They brought you documents on which there is not a single signature. You can imagine that if there really were psychotronic weapons, then this is a more terrible thing than atomic weapons.

Can you imagine top-secret weapons being made in an open organization, in an open area, like ours? After all, even now we are talking with you in the former kitchen in a rented apartment! Finally, then there were not those times, then there was no "black cash". You write: "Where did the 500 million go?" I would also like to know where they went, if they really were. " Officially, Komsomolskaya Pravda received answers from the Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Defense, the KGB and the military-industrial complex that this money was not allocated and was not provided and it was was easily checked, but the launched "duck" turned out to be more important than the truth.

CORR.: Anatoly Evgenievich, we have no doubt that your center was not involved in this, but the closed military departments are quite possibly involved in this "Zombie" program, as well as various generators that destroy health and the psyche. The most compelling facts are the numerous appearances in the Ukrainian press by Professor Viktor Sedletsky. In 1991, he served as the head and chief designer of the "Forma" center and the international consortium "Ecoprom", vice-president of the League of Independent Scientists of the USSR. V. Sedletsky said that research under the Zombie program is being carried out in Kyiv at the Institute for Problems of Materials Science, one of whose laboratories is located in a residential area of the city, and generators are produced at the Oktava plant. V. Sedletsky confessed that he was the author of the layout of such a generator and the work on it was completed in August 1990.

But in another work that actually took place, IPM made a truly historic contribution. Using the torsion generators provided by us, previously tested for the absence of their harmful effects on humans, the world's first torsion technology was developed and patented - a technology for the production of metals with new physical properties. There is a photograph of porous copper obtained in 1990 without blowing the melt, using a torsion generator, by which the indicated sample was obtained by exposing the copper melt. The resulting copper has a corrosion resistance nearly 200 times greater than the control sample.

And what does the Zombie program have to do with it? And the Oktava plant has nothing to do with it. I want to say that, being unable to obtain true information, most often because it is not there, and not because journalists hide it, independent informants use rumors, and more often speculation. To create persuasiveness, they often refer to different authorities with academic degrees and titles.
