What is being built on the M4 highway. Interchange with Lipetsk street

The old exits from the traffic intersection will be removed. The following will appear here:

  • exit from the outside of the Moscow Ring Road onto the M-4 Don highway towards the Moscow region;
  • a tunnel from the outside of the Moscow Ring Road to Lipetskaya Street towards the center;
  • an overpass from the inside of the Moscow Ring Road to the M-4 Don highway towards the Moscow region;
  • an overpass from Lipetskaya Street to the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road;
  • exit from the inside of the Moscow Ring Road to Lipetskaya Street;
  • exit from the M-4 Don highway onto Staro-Nagornaya Street;
  • exit from Lipetskaya street onto a side passage towards the region;
  • turn-around exit from Lipetskaya Street to a side passage along Lipetskaya Street.

On Lipetskaya Street, when moving towards the Moscow Region, areas will be set up for inspection of vehicles. The Zagorye settling and turning area will be rebuilt.

The section of the Moscow Ring Road from Kashirskoye to Varshavskoye highway is being reconstructed. Its length is 7.2 km. Transition express lanes will be installed here, and side passages will be built on the inner and outer sides of the Moscow Ring Road.

From the outside of the Moscow Ring Road there will be an exit to the village. Near Prudishchi, Leninsky district, Moscow region.

Five new pedestrian crossings will be built. Four of them are via the Moscow Ring Road:

  • next to the ground transport stop at the Krasnogvardeyskaya metro station;
  • near Vostryakovsky passage;
  • near Podolsky Kursantov Street;
  • near the 26th km of the Moscow Ring Road.

Another crossing will be built across Lipetskaya Street.

Noise barriers will be installed along the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road and Lipetskaya Street (near houses 50, 52 and 54/21).

Noise-proof double-glazed windows will be installed in houses 17, building 1, 50, 52 and 54/21 on Lipetskaya Street and in houses on Vostryakovsky Proezd.

At the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with Lipetskaya Street, utilities and the contact network of trolleybuses, the routes of which run through the construction zone, will be rebuilt.

But by 2022 the situation may change significantly. Yesterday, the region launched a project to build a bypass in the city of Aksay, the nearest suburb of Rostov. The event is significant for the road industry of the region, and therefore the list of “highest officials” turned out to be appropriate: Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov, Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev, Chairman of the Board of the Avtodor Group of Companies Sergei Kelbakh. ((material_119299)) As Sergei Valentinovich said, the project is from 24th to 91st km consists of 3 blocks, each of which has independent transport significance. “The beginning of the journey” - reconstruction of the currently functioning M4 highway from 24th to 38th km, increasing the number of lanes to 6. Next, it is planned to build a direct bypass of Aksay itself - from 38th to 71st km. Here the road workers have a lot of work to do, because the project includes the construction of 2 bridge crossings, including one non-class one, across the river. Don. 2 more bridge structures are provided in the floodplain part. The last, third, block is the reconstruction of the section from the 71st to the 91st km, bringing the roadway to 4 lanes. This section of the road will receive technical category 1 “B”, and the rest will have category “1A”, which will allow cars to move at a maximum speed of 130 km/h. The preparatory work of the main part has been placed in a separate block, which, according to Sergei Kelbakh, the builders have already begun. “The key now is preparing the territory for reconstruction,” said the head of Avtodor. - The project itself will be implemented on the basis of public-private partnership with the involvement of extra-budgetary capital. We see interest from Italian and Chinese companies who like the growing intensity of traffic in the Rostov region. And this, as we all understand, is a high return for private capital.” The approximate cost of all work is just over 77 billion rubles.((gallery_852)) The toll road section will have a length of 35 km. According to Maxim Sokolov, the new road will divert traffic flow away from residential buildings and congested city streets. “We spent a long time and controversially deciding with the governor of the Rostov region how to ensure speed for transit transport and at the same time ensure the free movement of residents of the Rostov-Aksai conglomeration. - added Sergey Kelbakh. - In the end, the best decision was made; it was even possible to connect the farms of Mayakovsky and Lenin. We’ll also create pedestrian traffic there.” It is not yet known what tariff will apply to the new toll section, but the construction of only one toll point (TCP) is planned. Vasily Golubev noted that the implementation of the new project will significantly change the accessibility of Novocherkassk, where a tourist center is being created. Maxim Sokolov asked to take into account the importance of automobile tourism in the region and instructed builders and local authorities to think over areas for placing special parking lots. “We see how actively car tourism is developing on the M4 highway,” said Mr. Kelbach. “Together with Rostourism, we intend to carefully consider camper sites so that people have access to electrical recharging and water supply. So far there are no such sites, but I can definitely say that the project will include such sites.” The Aksai bypass project also includes the inclusion of a road leading to the Platov airport under construction. Its length is 15.9 km, the number of runways is 4. According to Mr. Golubev, the readiness of the facility is 81%; it will be put into operation in October-November 2017, just in anticipation of the launch of the new air hub. “The road will greatly change the quality of life of a large metropolitan area,” said the head of the region. “Thus, we continue our work to create a ring around Rostov.”

Deputy head of the situational center of the Traffic Management Center (TCOC), Andrei Mukhortikov, spoke in his blog about plans for road development in the south of the capital until 2020.

The main part of the highway - the Podolsk cadets - Elevatornaya overpass was opened on August 31. And thanks to the new left turn from the 6th Radialnaya, this highway will actually connect all six main radial directions of the Southern Administrative District from Chertanovskaya Street to Besedinskoye Highway.

Southern road from Balaklavsky to Proletarsky Prospekt

The long-awaited transport connection between the Chertanovo and Moskvorechye districts is being actively built. The overpass, which will raise the Warsaw Highway above Balaklava Avenue, will open in the fall of 2017.

Reconstruction of the MKAD interchange with the M-4 Don highway and Lipetskaya Street

The project was developed several years ago, but construction is only about to begin now. There will be a reversal tunnel and several directional overpasses, including the two most needed ones: from the inside of the MKAD to the region and from the M-4 Don to the inside of the MKAD. The construction period is three years. When completed, the evening traffic jam on the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road from Volgogradsky Prospekt to the interchange with M-4 will significantly decrease.

Yuzhnoportovaya street

Now Yuzhnoportovaya is a “drunk road” through an overloaded railway crossing. Straightening the street will not only remove the problem of crossing, but will also reduce the distance by one kilometer. Entry into and exit from the Pechatniki district will be improved, and at the same time Volgogradsky Avenue will be a little less congested in both directions. The overpass is almost ready and will open in the fall of 2017.

Bridge over the Moscow River from ZIL to Pechatniki

This bridge will begin to be built in the near future from the embankment under Andropov Avenue to Yuzhnoportovy Proezd. The main effect will be from the creation of a transport connection between the new development of the ZIL territory and Pechatniki: it will be possible to get there without bypassing the congested Andropov Avenue. There are immediate plans to extend the embankment towards the center, to the Third Transport Ring.

Reconstruction of the Besedinskaya interchange on the Moscow Ring Road

This is one of the last "under-clover" junctions on the roundabout. Several intense streams are forced to intersect at the small roundabout in Bebedy. Because of this, there are eternal traffic jams leaving Moscow and entering Moscow from the outside of the Moscow Ring Road. The reconstruction solves all the problems both for the Moscow Ring Road and for leaving Moscow on the ring road. After reconstruction, traffic jams will be a thing of the past. The construction period is three years.

road street

Now the road consists of three broken sections; they will be connected to each other and lead to Kantemirovskaya Street. After reconstruction, the street will have four lanes and will be continuous from the Moscow Ring Road to the Southern Rokada. Preparatory work will begin at the end of 2017.

This facility is tentatively scheduled for construction after 2020. Together with the bridge to Yuzhnoportovaya, this bridge would create a local backup chord for the southern section of the Third Transport Ring.

Bridge between Kaspiyskaya and Shosseynaya streets (possible project)

The bridge will connect the Southern and South-Eastern districts of Moscow. This section of the promising South-Eastern Expressway will create a new transport connection where it is sorely lacking: between the neighboring bridges, Nagatinsky and Brateevsky. At one time this road was included in the Moscow Targeted Investment Program, then it was thrown out.

Reconstruction of the interchange in Verkhnie Polye near the Sadovod market (possible project)

On weekdays, the interchange usually does not cause problems, but on weekends, when people en masse go to and from the market, there is a real transport hell on the Moscow Ring Road. The project has been ready for a long time, but for some reason they won’t start building it.

Road Brick excavations – Bulatnikovskaya – Zagoryevskaya (possible project)

The design project for this local road, important for connecting Chertanovo-Yuzhny, Biryulyovo-Vostochny and Biryulyovo-Zapadny, was ready several years ago. It involves the construction of two small overpasses across the Kursk and Paveletsky railways. Unfortunately, its construction was postponed in 2013 and has not yet been returned.
