ADMISSION RULES

to the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE)

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules have been developed on the basis of the Law “On Education”, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 15. No. 4 “On approval of the Procedure for admission to educational institutions of secondary vocational education with state accreditation” (as amended by Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 01/01/2001 N98, dated 01/01/2001 N179, dated 01/01/2001 N2, dated 01/01/2001 No. 000. dated 07. No. 000), regulate the admission of citizens of the Russian Federation, (hereinafter referred to as citizens, applicants) foreign citizens, stateless persons, including compatriots abroad (hereinafter referred to as foreign citizens, applicants) to the state educational institution of secondary vocational education Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) for training in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education of basic or advanced training at the expense of the relevant budget, under agreements with payment of the cost of training with legal entities and (or) individuals (hereinafter referred to as agreement with payment cost of education), and also determines the specifics of conducting entrance tests for citizens with disabilities.


1.2. Admission of citizens to the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) to obtain secondary vocational education is carried out upon the application of persons:

Those who have basic general education - in accordance with the results of entrance tests conducted by the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) independently in order to determine the ability of applicants to master the relevant basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education. As entrance tests, take into account the results of the state (final) certification of students who have mastered educational programs of basic general education, conducted by examination commissions created by executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that manage the field of education;

Having secondary (complete) general education or primary vocational education based on the results of the unified state exam in general education subjects corresponding to the specialty for which admission is being made, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education and based on the results of additional entrance tests (if available at the Polytechnic technical school (SPbGUSE));

Those who have primary vocational education and are entering the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) for a specialty corresponding to the profile of their initial vocational education, including for training under a shortened program - in accordance with the results of entrance tests conducted by the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) independently;

Having secondary (complete) general education received before January 1, 2009 - in accordance with the results of entrance tests conducted by the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) independently;

Those who have secondary (complete) general education received in educational institutions of foreign countries - in accordance with the results of entrance tests conducted by the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) independently;

Those with secondary vocational education or higher vocational education, including for training under a shortened program in accordance with the results of entrance tests conducted by the educational institution independently.

1.3. Citizens with disabilities (persons with disabilities in physical and (or) mental development, including deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, with severe speech impairments, with musculoskeletal disorders and others), including children - disabled people are admitted both on the basis of the results of the unified state examination and on the basis of the results of entrance tests conducted by the educational institution independently (in the absence of results of the unified state examination), the specifics of which are established by Chapter VII of these Rules.

1.4. The following are admitted to the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) without entrance examinations:

Winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, members of national teams of the Russian Federation that participated in international Olympiads in general education subjects and formed in the manner determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, in specialties corresponding to the profile of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, the International Olympiad;


Champions and prize-winners of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games in the field of physical education and sports.

1.5. Winners and prize-winners of schoolchildren's Olympiads are admitted to an educational institution in accordance with the Procedure for holding schoolchildren's Olympiads, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 1, 2001 N 285 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 16, 2007, 6), as amended Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 4, 2008 N 255 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 1, 2008, 1), orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 1, 2001. N92 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 27, 2009, registration N13837), dated October 6, 2009. N371 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 24, 2009, registration N15301) (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure for holding Olympiads for schoolchildren).

1.6. Outside the competition, subject to successful completion of the entrance examination to the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE), the following are accepted:

Orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons under the age of 23 from among orphans and children left without parental care;

Children with disabilities, disabled people of groups I and II, for whom, according to the conclusion of the federal medical and social examination institution, education in the relevant educational institutions is not contraindicated;

Citizens under the age of 20 who have only one parent - a disabled person of group I, if the average per capita family income is below the subsistence level established in the relevant constituent entity of the Russian Federation;

Military personnel undergoing military service under a contract (except for officers), whose continuous duration of military service under a contract is at least three years in accordance with the Rules for the training of military personnel undergoing military service under a contract (except for officers) in state and municipal educational institutions of higher education and secondary vocational education and in preparatory departments (courses) of federal state educational institutions of higher professional education, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 7, 2006 N 78 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation 2006, N 2, Art. 789; 2007, N 37 , art. 4452);

1.7. Preferential rights to admission to state educational institutions are enjoyed by:

Citizens discharged from military service;

Children of military personnel who died while performing their military service duties or who died as a result of military injury or illness;

Children of persons who died or died as a result of military trauma or diseases they received while participating in counter-terrorism operations and (or) other measures to combat terrorism. The procedure for identifying persons who took part in counter-terrorism operations and (or) other measures to combat terrorism is established in accordance with federal laws;

1.8. The volume and structure of student enrollment at the expense of the federal budget (hereinafter referred to as budget places) are determined in accordance with the tasks (control figures) established annually by the federal executive body in charge of the educational institution.

1.9. The Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) has the right to carry out targeted admission of citizens within budget places in accordance with agreements concluded with government organizations and local governments in order to assist them in training specialists with secondary vocational education and organizes a separate competition for these places.

1.10. A state educational institution has the right to carry out, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education, admission in excess of established budget places for training on the basis of contracts with payment of tuition fees. At the same time, the total number of students in an educational institution should not exceed the maximum number in the Polytechnic College established in the license for the right to conduct educational activities.

II. Organization of reception

2.1. The organization of admission based on the results of the unified state exam, including the organization of entrance tests, additional entrance tests (if they are held) for training in mastering the basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education, is carried out by the admissions committee of the Polytechnic College (SPbSUSE). The chairman of the selection committee is the Rector of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Economics.

2.2. To organize and conduct entrance examinations and additional entrance examinations, the chairman of the selection committee creates subject, examination and appeal commissions.

2.3. An educational institution may organize the work of visiting subject examination commissions for persons entering basic general education, primary vocational education of the relevant profile, to conduct entrance tests for citizens with disabilities.

2.4. The procedure for the formation, composition, powers and activities of the admissions, subject examination and appeal commissions is regulated by the provisions approved by the Rector of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Economics.

2.5. The admissions committee is obliged to monitor the accuracy of information about the participation of applicants in the unified state exam by sending to the federal database about the participants in the unified state exam and the results of the unified state exam a corresponding request about the applicant’s participation in the unified state exam, confirming the correctness of information about the results of the unified state exam exam.

In order to confirm the accuracy of other documents submitted by applicants, the admissions committee has the right to contact the relevant state (municipal) bodies and organizations.

III. Organization of informing applicants

Before accepting documents, the educational institution announces the following:

Annual rules for admission to an educational institution;

A list of specialties for which an educational institution announces admission in accordance with a license for the right to conduct educational activities (highlighting forms of education (full-time, part-time (evening), part-time, external), indicating the main professional educational programs of secondary vocational education, basic and (or) in-depth training) and education required for admission (basic general, secondary (complete) general education);

List of entrance tests in general education subjects for each specialty upon admission on the basis of secondary (complete) general education and on the basis of basic general education (without taking into account additional entrance tests of a creative and (or) professional orientation) in accordance with the list of entrance tests to educational institutions of secondary and higher professional education, having state accreditation, in the specialties of secondary vocational education, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the List of entrance examinations);

Forms for conducting entrance tests for each specialty, their programs and the system of knowledge assessments for admission on the basis of basic general education;

List and programs of entrance examinations for citizens entering the relevant specialty on the basis of primary vocational education, rules for conducting them, as well as a system for assessing their knowledge (if they have the right to conduct such entrance tests for the relevant specialty);

Features of conducting entrance tests for citizens with disabilities;

List and forms of entrance examinations for persons with secondary vocational education or higher vocational education;

Information on the timing of the Unified State Exam, established by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, for passing the Unified State Exam by persons who do not have the results of the Unified State Exam;

Forms for conducting entrance examinations for persons who received secondary (complete) general education before January 1, 2009, when applying for full-time, part-time (evening) and part-time forms of education;

Forms of entrance examinations for persons with secondary (complete) general education received in educational institutions of foreign countries.

The total number of places for admission in each specialty;

Number of budget places for admission in each specialty;

The number of budget places allocated for targeted admission in each specialty;

Number of places in each specialty under contracts with payment of tuition fees (if any);

The procedure for organizing admission by specialty, by group of specialty, by the educational institution as a whole, subject to the same admissions tests, jointly or separately, for budget-funded places and for places under contracts with payment of tuition fees;

Rules for filing and considering appeals based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the educational institution independently, additional entrance examinations;

Information about the availability of dormitory(s) and the number of places in dormitories for non-resident applicants;

the results of the unified state exam, entrance tests conducted by the educational institution independently, confirming the successful completion of entrance tests in general education subjects included in the list of entrance tests for each main professional educational program of secondary vocational education (both for persons applying for state-funded places and for persons , entering places under contracts with payment of tuition fees).

The Admissions Committee is obliged to provide applicants who personally submitted documents for admission and do not have the results of the Unified State Exam with information about the place of registration for taking the Unified State Exam in additional terms in the subject of the Russian Federation at the location of the educational institution.

3.4. Information on the number of applications submitted, including a list of names of persons who submitted the application. Information on the number of applications submitted, the competition and the results of entrance examinations, additional entrance examinations must be presented for each specialty, highlighting the forms of education, indicating the main professional educational programs of secondary vocational education of basic and (or) advanced training and posted on the official website of the educational institution and at the information stand of the admissions committee.

IV.Reception of documents

4.1. The Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) announces the admission of citizens to full-time, part-time (evening) and correspondence forms of education based on grades 9-11.

4.2. Acceptance and processing of documents from applicants applying for training on a budgetary basis, under contracts with full compensation of training costs, is carried out using the following form of entrance examinations:

4.3. Acceptance of documents for training in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education begins on June 1 and ends on August 15.

The deadline for accepting documents on the basis of basic general education and for correspondence courses at places with full reimbursement of the costs of obtaining education begins on June 1 and ends on August 25.

Applicants who do not have the results of the Unified State Exam must register before July 5 to take the Unified State Exam in accordance with the procedure for conducting the Unified State Exam, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 1, 2001 N 57 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation March 26, 2009, registration N13600).

4.4. Admission to educational institutions for training in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education is carried out upon the personal application of applicants.

An applicant has the right to submit an application simultaneously to several educational institutions, for several specialties, for various forms of education, according to which the main professional educational programs of secondary vocational education are implemented in an educational institution, as well as simultaneously for budget-funded places and places under contracts with payment of the cost of training.

The educational institution gives the applicant the right to apply for several specialties.

4.5. When submitting an application for admission to an educational institution, the applicant presents:

When enrolling on the basis of basic general education - identification documents (original or photocopy), at your discretion, an original or a photocopy of a state-issued education document;

When enrolling on the basis of secondary (complete) general education or primary vocational education - documents proving his identity (original or photocopy), at his discretion, the original or photocopy of a state-issued education document, and can also present an original certificate of the results of the unified state exam or its photocopy (for applicants based on the results of the unified state exam);

When enrolling on the basis of primary vocational education, secondary vocational education, higher vocational education for training in abbreviated programs of the corresponding profile - documents proving his identity (original or photocopy), at his discretion, the original state document on education or a photocopy of it.

Persons who have completed conscription military service and have been discharged from military service, who have the right, within a year after discharge from military service, to use the results of the unified state exam that they passed during the year before conscription for military service, present a military ID upon admission to an educational institution.

4.6. Persons who have special rights for admission to educational institutions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, submit at their discretion the original or a photocopy of the relevant documents when submitting an application.

When submitting an application, persons with disabilities submit, at their discretion, an original or a photocopy of one of the following documents:

Conclusion of the psychological-medical-pedagogical commission, certificate of disability, issued by the federal institution of medical and social examination.

Disabled children, disabled people of groups I and II, who, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education” (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 3, Art. 150; 2000, No. 30, Art. 3120; 2002 , N 26, art. 2004, art. 835; 2006, art. 10; 27, Art. 3215; No. 49, Art. 6074; 2008, Art. 787; educational institutions outside the competition, subject to successful completion of entrance examinations, present at their discretion the original or a photocopy of a certificate of disability and a conclusion on the absence of contraindications for studying at an educational institution, issued by the federal institution of medical and social examination.

4.7. When applying for training in the basic professional educational program of secondary vocational education, applications are accepted from persons who have a state-issued document on secondary (complete) general education, basic general education, primary vocational education, secondary vocational education or higher vocational education.

4.8. Applicants must provide the following information in their application:

1) last name, first name, patronymic (the latter - if available);

2) date and place of birth;

3) details of the document proving his identity, when and by whom it was issued;

4) place of residence;

5) information about the previous level of education and the education document confirming it;

6) the specialty(s) for which he plans to enter an educational institution, indicating the form of education and conditions of study (budget places, places under contracts with payment of tuition fees);

7) information about passing the unified state exam and its results or about the place where the unified state exam is taken during additional dates for the unified state exam (if there are several results of the unified state exam, the validity period of which has not expired, the applicant indicates in the application what results of the unified state exam exam and in what general education subjects it is used);

8) presence/absence of a diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the corresponding Olympiad for schoolchildren (if available, indicating the name of the Olympiad, details of the diploma of the winner or prize-winner of this Olympiad);

9) the presence/absence of special rights upon admission to an educational institution, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (if any, indicating such a right and information about the document confirming the existence of such a right);

10) need for hostel accommodation.

The application also records the fact of familiarization (including through public information systems) with a license for the right to conduct educational activities, a certificate of state accreditation and annexes to them in the chosen specialty or the absence of this certificate and is certified by the personal signature of the applicant.

The applicant’s signature also records the following:

Receiving secondary vocational education at this level for the first time;

Familiarization (including through public information systems) with the date of submission of the original state document on education;

Familiarization (including through public information systems) with the rules for filing an appeal upon admission to the first year based on the results of entrance tests conducted by the educational institution independently, additional entrance tests;

Consent to the processing of your personal data in the manner established by Federal Law dated January 1, 2001 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006, N31, Art. 3451).

When submitting an application, the applicant has the right to use a sample posted on the official website of the educational institution, or a sample posted in the federal state information system “Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions).”

If an applicant submits an application that does not contain all the information provided for in subparagraphs 1-10 of this paragraph, and (or) information that does not correspond to reality, the educational institution returns the documents to the applicant.

4.9. Persons entering the target places, along with the documents specified in paragraph 4.5. of these Rules, submit the original state document on education.

4.10. The application for admission, as well as the necessary documents, can be sent to applicants through public postal operators, as well as in electronic digital form (if such a possibility is provided in the educational institution) in accordance with Federal Law of 01.01.01 N 1-FZ “On electronic digital signature” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2002, No. 2, Art. 127; 2007, No. 46, Art. 5554), Federal Law of 01.01.01 N 149-FZ “On information, information technologies and on the protection of information" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006, N31, Art. 3448), Federal Law of July 7, 2003 N 126-FZ “On Communications” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation 2003, N 28, Art. 2895; 2004 , N 35, N 4377, N 19, N 6, N 1069; 1, Art. 8; No. 7, Art. 835; 2008, No. 294). The date of sending the documents must be no later than August 5.

Acceptance of documents sent through public postal operators ends on August 15.

4.11. When sending documents through public postal operators, the applicant encloses with the application for admission photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, a photocopy of a state document on education, as well as other documents provided for by these Rules.

4.12. Documents are sent by mail arriving through public postal operators with a notification and a list of the contents. The notification and inventory of the attachment are the basis for confirming the acceptance of the applicant’s documents.

4.13. A personal file is opened for each applicant, in which all submitted documents and materials of entrance examinations are stored (including an extract from the protocol of the decision of the appeal commission of the educational institution). The personal files of those who did not pass the competition are stored at the Polytechnic College (SPbGUSE) for six months from the date of acceptance of documents.

4.14. Upon personal submission of documents, the applicant is given a receipt for acceptance of documents.

4.15. Applicants who have submitted deliberately false documents to the admissions committee bear responsibility under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

V. Entrance tests

5.1. When admitting citizens entering on the basis of secondary (complete) general education for training in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education, two entrance tests are mandatory for all categories of applicants, one of which is Russian as the state language of the Russian Federation, the second is in in accordance with the List of entrance tests.

X. Features of the reception of foreign citizens

10.1. Admission of foreign citizens to educational institutions for training in basic educational programs of secondary vocational education is carried out in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation and intergovernmental agreements of the Russian Federation at the expense of the relevant budget (including within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation), as well as under agreements with payment of tuition fees by individuals and (or) legal entities.

10.2. Admission of foreign citizens for training at the expense of the relevant budget is carried out:

10.2.1. Within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 1, 2001 N 638 “On cooperation with foreign countries in the field of education” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2008, N 35, Art. 4034), - to federal state educational institutions of secondary vocational education in the directions of the Federal Agency for Education.

10.2.2. In accordance with the Agreement on granting equal rights to citizens of the states parties to the Treaty on Deepening Integration in the Economic and Humanitarian Fields of 01/01/01 for admission to educational institutions, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01/01/01 N 662 (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation 1999, No. 27, Art. 3364), and other international treaties of the Russian Federation and intergovernmental agreements of the Russian Federation - to state educational institutions of secondary vocational education.

10.2.3. Based on the certificate of a participant in the State program to assist the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation, who have become participants in the State program to assist the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 01.01.01 N 637 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006, No. 26, Art. 2820), - to state educational institutions of secondary vocational education.

10.2.4. In accordance with the Federal Law of 01.01.01 N 99-FZ “On the state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation 1999, N 22, Art. 2670; 2002, N 22, Art. 2031; 2004, No. 3607; 2006, No. 10; Article 3420; 2008, No. 3616) - to state educational institutions of secondary vocational education.

10.3. Reception of foreign citizens specified in subparagraphs 10.2.1. – 10.2.2. Clause 10.1.section X of these Rules, admission to educational institutions for education at the expense of the relevant budget is carried out on a competitive basis, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.4. Admission of foreign citizens to educational institutions for training under contracts with payment of tuition fees by individuals and (or) legal entities is carried out within the number established by the license for the right to conduct educational activities, on the conditions established by the annual rules for admission of the educational institution.

10.5. Admission of foreign citizens to study in educational institutions in open analogues of closed specialties is allowed only with the permission of the federal executive body, which is entrusted with the functions of the founder, which is given on the basis of a positive decision of the Commission of the Federal Agency for Education for coordinating the admission of foreign citizens to study in educational institutions. open names of closed specialties.

10.6. Foreign citizens have the right to non-competitive admission and a preferential right to admission to state educational institutions of secondary vocational education in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.7. Acceptance of documents for the first year is carried out in the following terms:

10.7.1. For foreign citizens specified in subparagraph 10.1.section X. of these Rules, within the time limits established by the Federal Agency for Education.

10.7.2. For foreign citizens specified in subparagraphs 10.2.2. – 10.2.4. clause 10.1.section X of these Rules, within the time limits established by clause 4.3.section IX of these Rules.

Acceptance of documents from foreign citizens applying for training under contracts with payment of the cost of training by individuals and (or) legal entities is carried out within the time frame determined by the educational institution in the annual admission rules.

10.8. When submitting an application for admission to an educational institution for the basic professional educational program of secondary vocational education, the applicant presents the following documents:

A copy of the identity document of the applicant, or the identity document of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law of 01.01.01 N 115-FZ “On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation” (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2002, N 30, art. 3032);

The original of a state-issued document on education (or its duly certified photocopy), or the original of a foreign state document on education, recognized as equivalent in the Russian Federation to a state-issued document on basic general and (or) secondary (complete) general education (or its certified in accordance with the established procedure, a photocopy), if necessary, with a certificate of establishment of its equivalence, or originals of a document of a foreign state on education legalized in the prescribed manner (if necessary) and annex to it (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document on education was issued);

A duly certified translation into Russian of a foreign state’s document on education and its annex (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document on education was issued);

Copies of documents or other evidence confirming that a compatriot living abroad belongs to the groups provided for in Article 4 of Federal Law dated January 1, 2001 N 99-FZ “On the state policy of the Russian Federation regarding compatriots abroad” (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1999, No. 2670; 2004, No. 3607, No. 10; 3616);

A copy of the visa to enter the Russian Federation, if a foreign citizen arrived in the Russian Federation on an entry visa; required number of photographs.

All translations into Russian must be made using the first and last name indicated on the entry visa.

10.9. Foreign citizens entering within the quota established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 1, 2001 N 638 “On cooperation with foreign countries in the field of education” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2008, N 35, Art. 4034) also represent the direction of the Federal education agencies.

10.10. Entrance tests for foreign citizens specified in subparagraphs 10.2.2. – 10.2.4. clause 10.1. of these Rules are determined by the educational institution in accordance with paragraphs 1.section V and paragraph 1.sectionVI of these Admission Rules and are carried out in a form established by the educational institution independently.

10.11. Form and list of entrance tests for foreign citizens specified in clause 10.4. Section X of this Rule is determined by the educational institution independently.

10.12. If foreign citizens specified in subclauses 10.2.2. – 10.2.4. clause 10.1. and in paragraph 10.4.section X of this Rule, the results of the Unified State Examination in general education subjects included by the educational institution in the list of entrance tests for the relevant specialty are presented, the educational institution takes into account the results of the Unified State Examination as the results of entrance tests in such general education subjects.

10.13. Foreign citizens who have the right to be admitted to study at the expense of the corresponding budget and who are winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren are admitted without entrance examinations to state educational institutions in specialties corresponding to the profile of the All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren.

The results of the winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren are recognized by state educational institutions as the highest results of entrance tests ("100" points) in these general education subjects for admission to specialties that do not correspond to the profile of the Olympiad.

Foreign citizens - winners and prize-winners of school Olympiads are admitted to educational institutions in the manner approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 1, 2001 N 285 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 16, 2007, 6), with amendments to it , introduced by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 4, 2008 N 255 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 1, 2008, 1) and dated January 1, 2001 N 92 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 27, 2009 ., 7).

10.14. Foreign citizens specified in subclause 10.2.1. clause 10.1. of this Rule are accepted into federal state educational institutions without entrance examinations in the areas of the Federal Education Agency.

10.15. Enrollment of foreign citizens specified in subclauses 10.2.2. – 10.2.4. Clause 10.1 of this Rule, for places financed from the relevant budget, is carried out in the manner and within the time limits established by Chapter IX of this Rule.

10.16. Enrollment of foreign citizens entering on the basis of referrals from the Federal Agency for Education is carried out within the time frame determined by the Federal Agency for Education.

10.17. Enrollment of foreign citizens for training under contracts with payment of tuition fees by individuals and (or) legal entities is carried out within the time limits established by the educational institution.
