King Solomon is one of the wisest people in the entire history of mankind! His parables have been relevant for many centuries and remain so to this day. If you have problems and don’t know how to become happy, be sure to read the wise advice. The truth of our life lies in them!

Proverbs of King Solomon

One day people gathered at the foot of the mountain and asked Solomon:

- What is a sense of life?

Life is a journey, a goal and a reward. Life is a dance of Love. Your purpose is to blossom. TO BE is a great gift to the world. Your life is the history of the Universe. And therefore life is more beautiful than all theories. Treat life as a holiday, because life is valuable in itself. Life consists of the present. And the meaning of the present is to be in the present.

- Why do misfortunes haunt us?

What you sow is what you reap. Unhappiness is your choice. Poverty is a human creation. And bitterness is the fruit of ignorance. By blaming, you lose strength, and by lusting, you dissipate happiness. Wake up, for a beggar is one who is not aware of himself. And those who have not found the Kingdom of God within are homeless. The one who wastes time becomes poor. Don't turn life into vegetation. Don't let the crowd destroy your soul. Let wealth not be your curse.

- How to overcome adversity?

Don't judge yourself. For you are divine. Don't compare or separate. Give thanks for everything. Rejoice, for joy works wonders. Love yourself, for those who love themselves love everyone. Bless dangers, for the brave find bliss. Pray in joy and misfortune will bypass you. Pray, but don't bargain with God. And know that praise is the best prayer, and happiness is the best food for the soul.

- What is the path to happiness?

Happy are the LOVERS, happy are the ones who thank. Happy are the peaceful. Happy are those who find heaven within themselves. Happy are those who give with joy and happy are those who receive gifts with joy. Happy are the seekers. Happy are the awakened ones. Happy are those who listen to the voice of God. Happy are those who fulfill their destiny. Happy are those who know Unity. Happy are those who have tasted the taste of God-contemplation. Happy are those who are in harmony. Happy are those who have seen the beauty of the world. Happy are those who open themselves to the Sun. Happy flowing like rivers. Happy are those who are ready to accept happiness. Happy are the wise. Happy are those who realize themselves. Happy are those who love themselves. Happy are those who praise life. Happy are the creators. Happy are the free. Happy are those who forgive.

- What is the secret of abundance?

Your life is the greatest treasure in God's treasury. And God is the treasure of the human heart. The wealth within you is inexhaustible, and the abundance around you is limitless. The world is rich enough for everyone to become rich. Therefore, the more you give, the more you receive. Happiness is at your doorstep. Open yourself to abundance. And turn everything into the gold of life. Blessed are those who find treasures within themselves.

- How to live in the light?

Drink from every moment of life, for unlived life gives rise to sorrow. And know that what is inside is also outside. The darkness of the world comes from darkness in the heart. Happiness is the sunrise. Contemplation of God is dissolution in the light. Enlightenment is the radiance of a thousand suns. Blessed are those who thirst for light.

- How to find harmony?

Live simply. Don't harm anyone. Don't be jealous. Let doubts purify, not bring powerlessness. Dedicate your life to beauty. Create for the sake of creativity, not for recognition. Treat your neighbors as revelations. Transform the past by forgetting it. Bring something new into the world. Fill your body with love. Become the energy of love, for love spiritualizes everything. Where there is love, there is God.

- How to achieve perfection in life?

Listen, these are far from fairy tales! Like and share your wisdom with your friends!)

“I promised - fulfill it! It’s better not to promise than to promise and not keep.”

“Whoever digs a hole will fall into it, and whoever rolls up a stone will return to him.”

“Cruel is anger, indomitable rage; but who can resist jealousy?

“And when you laugh, sometimes your heart hurts, and the end of joy is sadness.”

“Some people pour generously, and more is added to him; and the other is extremely thrifty, and yet becomes poor.”

“Whoever keeps his mouth guards his soul, but whoever opens his mouth wide is in trouble.”

“A wise wife builds her house, but a foolish woman destroys it with her own hands.”

“Hate stirs up strife, but love covers all sins”

“Better is a pinch with peace than a handful with labor and vexation of spirit”

“Whoever loves silver will not be satisfied with silver, and whoever loves wealth will not profit from it. And this is vanity!

“There is no man who has power over the wind, and there is no power over the hour of death, and there is no leave in war, and the wickedness of the wicked will not save him.”

“For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to destroy, and a time to build; a time to cry, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to scatter stones, and a time to gather stones; a time to hug, and a time to avoid hugs; time to seek, and time to lose; a time to save, and a time to throw away; a time to rend, and a time to sew together; a time to be silent and a time to speak; a time to love and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace"

I’ll say right away that there are many more of these principles; I took the most basic and repetitive ones. I believe that the wisest and richest man knew a lot about money management and multiplication! 😉

To God - give what is God's

  • Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your harvests. Then your barns will be filled to capacity, and your wine presses will overflow with new wine.
    Proverbs 3:9-10

The Lord, in Jewish law, gave a command to His people to give tithes, that is, the first fruits of any income. Since agriculture was developed at that time, they gave tithes in food, wine and meat.

Now, our profit is money. And by immediately giving a tenth to God and for His work, you fulfill the main law of abundance. The Almighty will bless and protect the remaining 90% of your income! Checked! And Solomon was faithful in this!

Seek wisdom, not money

  • because wisdom is more profitable than silver and brings more income than gold.
    Proverbs 3:14

How did Solomon become the richest and most powerful man in the world? He asked God for wisdom and looked for it every day in every little thing: he observed nature, people, their words and actions. Solomon always drew conclusions from everything he saw and learned, and put it into practice. Thus, acting wisely, both fame and wealth came to him! And they will come to you.

Help people

  • Do not deny good to those who deserve it when it is in your power. Don’t tell your neighbor, “Come back later, I’ll give you tomorrow,” when you have what he asks for.
    Proverbs 3:27-28

When you have the opportunity to help, help! Help can be money, things, words, support, time. Whatever you can give to people when they really need it, do it without waiting for a better moment, because tomorrow you may not need help.

Today is your best chance to lend a helping hand and receive a blessing from the Creator!

  • One gives generously, and everyone grows rich; another is excessively thrifty, but falls into want. The generous soul will be satisfied; He who quenches the thirst of another will not thirst himself.
    Proverbs 11:24-25

Also, don’t be too attached to money; in itself, it is just a means, not an end. May your soul be generous!

Be true

  • Keep your path away from her, do not approach the doors of her house, so that you do not give your honor to others, and the ruthless — your years, so that others are not satisfied with your wealth, and your labor does not enrich someone else’s house.
    Proverbs 5:8-10

A very interesting principle. In Proverbs, Solomon talks a lot about fidelity, mainly marital, but this principle can also be applied to people and business.

When you are faithful to something, you invest in it, you build brick by brick in some direction. When you scatter yourself left and right, you waste your strength and property. Think about it. A very deep principle.

Do not be lazy

Solomon was not one of those Kings who lie in their chambers, spitting at the ceiling. He was constantly doing something, building, changing, equipping. And he knew that inaction is a direct path to poverty.

  • You sleep a little, doze a little, lie down a little with your hands folded, and poverty will come to you like a tramp, and need will overtake you like a robber.
    Proverbs 6:10-11
  • Lazy hands lead to poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.
    Proverbs 10:4
  • He who cultivates his land will have enough to eat, but he who chases empty dreams is not wise. From the fruit of his lips a person is satisfied with goodness, and whoever works with his hands will also receive a reward. Proverbs 12:11, 14

Produce something. Don't expect things to change on their own. Change starts with your actions! And financial well-being – even more so!

Learn!

  • Prefer my instruction to silver, knowledge to the best gold, because wisdom is more valuable than precious stones, and nothing you desire can compare with it. I have wealth and fame, strong prosperity and prosperity. My fruit is better than the finest gold, and I give more than choice silver.
    Proverbs 8:10-11, 18-19

Knowledge and self-development are the most valuable contributions a person can make. This is how it was in ancient times (only a select few could receive training), and this is how it is now.

Get new skills in the business you like, learn languages, develop your personality in all areas - and believe me, your financial well-being will grow!

And, of course, everything you have is God’s gift to your life. In essence, we have nothing of our own, but we are entrusted with something from Above.

Love God, believe Him, thank Him - and the storerooms of your life will be full of money, love and happiness!

In The Wisdom of King Solomon

Solomon is the third Jewish king, the legendary ruler of the united Kingdom of Israel in 965-928 BC. e.

Wise advice or wisdom from King Solomon:

Do not plot evil against your neighbor.

Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all sins.

Don't answer a stupid person out of stupidity

A poor person is hated even by those closest to him, but a rich person has many friends.

And a fool, when silent, may seem wise.

The one who, passing by, interferes in someone else's quarrel, grabs the dog by the ears.

The prudent man sees the trouble and takes refuge; and the inexperienced go ahead and are punished.

Wealth is exhausted by vanity, but he who gathers with labor multiplies it.

A foolish son is his father's ruin, and a contentious wife is a waste pipe.

He who is patient is better than the brave, and he who controls himself is better than the conqueror of a city.

The soul of the lazy desires, but in vain.

If you are not lazy, then your harvest will come like a source; poverty will run far away from you.

Deceit is in the heart of attackers, joy is in the hearts of peacemakers.
And when you laugh, sometimes your heart hurts, and the end of joy is sadness.

When a country deviates from the law, then there will be many leaders in it; and with a reasonable and knowledgeable husband, she will last long.

A meek tongue is a tree of life, but an unbridled tongue is a crushing spirit.

A meek heart is life for the body, but envy is rottenness for the bones.

He who stops his ear from the cry of the poor will also cry and will not be heard.

Whoever curses his father and his mother, his lamp will go out in the midst of deep darkness.

He who despises his neighbor sins; and he who is merciful to the poor is blessed.

He who rejoices in misfortune will not go unpunished.

He who hides hatred has lying lips; and whoever spreads slander is stupid.

He who wants to have friends must be friendly himself; and there is a friend who is more attached than a brother.

He who guards his mouth guards his soul; but whoever opens his mouth wide will be in trouble.

It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and angry wife.

It is better to live in a corner on the roof than with a grumpy wife in a spacious house.

Knowledge is better than choice gold; because wisdom is better than pearls, and nothing desired can compare with it.

The wise man fears and shuns evil, but the foolish man is irritable and arrogant.

A hope that does not come true for a long time torments the heart, but a fulfilled desire is like a tree of life.

The hand of the diligent will rule, and the lazy will be under tribute.
The heart knows the grief of its soul, and no stranger will interfere with its joy.
Apply your heart to learning and your ears to wise words.

The one who covers up the offense seeks love; and whoever reminds him again removes his friend.

Let someone else praise you, and not your mouth; let someone else praise you, and not your tongue.
Fear is nothing more than the deprivation of help from reason.
A faithful man conceals a matter.

Have you seen a man who is wise in his eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

A hot-tempered person can do something stupid; but a person who deliberately does evil is hated.

A hot-tempered person stirs up strife, but a patient person calms strife.

Every prudent man acts with knowledge, but a fool displays his stupidity.

In the mouth of a fool is the scourge of pride; but the lips of the wise guard them.

The main thing is wisdom: acquire wisdom and with all your possessions acquire understanding. Value it highly, and it will elevate you.

Fools only despise wisdom and instruction.

A fool believes every word, but a prudent man pays attention to his ways.

A fool pours out all his anger, but a wise man restrains it.

A stupid person does not like knowledge, but only to express his mind.

Anger destroys even the wise.

A good name is better than great wealth, and a good reputation is better than silver and gold.

Anger is cruel, rage is indomitable; but who can resist jealousy?

Whoever repays good with evil, evil will not leave his house.

Do not eat food from an envious person and do not be tempted by his delicious dishes.

Do not be friends with an angry person and do not associate with a hot-tempered person.

The beloved anointed of God, the author of immortal biblical parables, the legendary ruler of the united kingdom of Israel during its heyday, the son of King David - the great and wise King Solomon. During his reign, the most important Jewish shrine, the Jerusalem Temple, was built. King Solomon is also traditionally considered the author of the source of poetic mastery - the book “Song of Songs” and a collection of philosophical reflections - “The Book of Ecclesiastes”. There are many legends about this historical figure. One of them says that one day two women came to the king for advice and brought a small child. Each of them claimed that this was her child. To find out which of them was lying and which was right, Solomon advised cutting the baby in two and giving half to each woman. Of course, the wise king did not even think of killing the child, but in this cunning way he found out which of them was the real mother.

Although the great King Solomon had great wisdom, his life was not calm. They say that the king wore a ring that brought him balance in the storms of life and acted as an elixir to heal wounds. On the ring there was an inscription: “Everything passes...”, which had a continuation on the inside: “This too will pass.”

When passing by beggars, share.
When passing by young people, don’t be angry.
When passing by old people, bow down.
When passing by cemeteries, sit down.
Passing by memory - remember.
When passing by your mother, stand up.
When passing by relatives, remember.
Passing by knowledge - take it.
When passing by laziness, shudder.
When passing by idle people, create.
As you pass by the fallen, remember.
When passing by the wise, wait.
When you pass by stupid people, don’t listen.
When you pass by happiness, rejoice.
When you pass by generous people, take a bite.
Passing by honor - keep it.
When passing by debt, don’t hide.
Passing by the word - hold.
When passing by feelings, don’t be shy.
When passing by women, do not flatter.
Passing by fame is no fun.
When passing by the truth, do not lie.
Passing by sinners - hope.
Passing by passion - leave.
When you pass by a quarrel, don’t quarrel.
When passing by flattery, remain silent.
If you pass by conscience, be afraid.
If you pass by drunkenness, don’t drink.
When you pass by anger, humble yourself.
When passing by grief, cry.
When passing through pain, take heart.
When passing by lies, do not remain silent.
When passing by a thief, do not sneak.
When passing by impudent people, say.
Passing by orphans - spend some money.
If you pass by the authorities, don’t believe them.
When passing by death, do not be afraid.
Passing by life - live.
When you pass by God, open up.

I’ll probably hang these rules somewhere in a visible place and refer to them when I don’t know what to do in a given situation. Have you learned anything from these statements? Share this invaluable wisdom with your friends!

There is an hour for everything and a time for every work under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die. A time to destroy and a time to build.

A time to scatter stones and a time to stack stones. A time to be silent and a time to speak.

I promised - fulfill it! It is better not to promise than to promise and not fulfill.

It is better to be together than alone, because if they fall, they will lift each other up, but woe if one falls and there is no other to lift him, and even if two are lying down, they are warm, but how can one keep warm?

A wise wife builds her house, but a foolish woman destroys it with her own hands.

I saw: there is no greater good than to rejoice in one’s deeds, for this is man’s lot, for who will bring him to see what will happen next?

There is no man who has power over the wind, and there is no power over the hour of death, and there is no leave in war, and the wickedness of the wicked will not save him.

He who guards his lips protects his soul, but he who opens his mouth wide is in trouble.

Riches will not help you in the day of wrath, but truth will save you from death.

Like a gold ring in a pig's nose, a woman is beautiful and reckless.

The prudent see the trouble and take refuge, but the inexperienced go forward and are punished.

Anger is cruel, rage is indomitable; but who can resist jealousy?

For those who are among the living, there is still hope.

Wisdom is more useful than stupidity, just as light is more useful than darkness.

But the same fate befalls both the wise and the foolish.

And when you laugh, sometimes your heart hurts, and the end of joy is sadness.

Pride will come, and shame will come; but with the humble is wisdom.
