Educational and methodical set “German language. Grade 2 In 2 parts. Part 1 "is intended for students who begin to learn German in the 2nd grade of educational institutions. The textbook consists of two parts: the Introductory Course (Vorkurs) and the Main Course (Grundkurs). Part 1 (Introductory course) is aimed at alphabetization of schoolchildren - work is underway to master speech patterns, vocabulary, speech clichés, dialogue patterns, brief monologue statements.

The textbook is designed for 2 hours a week and is focused on achieving the first level of communicative competence. The textbook received positive conclusions from the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Education and the RKS for compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education. The textbook is a textbook of a new type within the framework of the state educational program.

The training course "German. First Steps" was created by a team of authors led by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor I.L. Beam.
