The article reveals the importance of the influence of the family on the emotional state, on the spiritual health of the child, offers advice that can be used not only by parents, but also by teachers.

Key words: family, spiritual health, "good person", morality.

“All the best that connects me with the outside world is connected with my family,” Wilhelm Humboldt, the founder of the University of Berlin, wrote in his memoirs. Perhaps, any person can agree with these lines. The family is the first instance on the way of the child to life. The family perceives and transmits cultural and moral values to its pupils. Parents constitute the first social environment of the child. They are models that the child focuses on daily. Parents play a significant role in the life of every person. The family forms the personality of the child, defining for him moral norms, values and standards of behavior.

A home for a child is like a ticket to life. Justice, love, sympathy, mutual understanding, tolerance should reign in the house not only for children, but also for all other family members. The upbringing and development of these qualities in a child requires support from parents - not only in words, but also by their example. Parents should set an example for their children by their actions. They must explain to their child "what is good and what is bad", they must raise a kind person.

The concept of a "good person" is very complex. It includes a variety of qualities that have long been valued by people. A good person can be called a person who has developed love for the Motherland, people living nearby, for the elderly, an active desire to do good, the ability to self-deny for the sake of others, honesty, conscientiousness, a correct understanding of the meaning of life and happiness, a sense of duty, justice, diligence. These are all concepts of morality.

The moral needs of a person are closely connected with moral feelings, which are also the motives of human behavior. This is compassion, sympathy, empathy, disinterestedness ...

To educate developed moral needs is the main task of parents. The task is quite doable. What is needed for its successful solution?

First, parents should be aware of the importance of the moral education of children in the family.

Secondly, parents should develop moral needs in themselves.

Thirdly, parents who want to raise their child not spontaneously, but consciously, in order to raise their child, they must analyze themselves, their actions.

If love and mutual understanding reign in the family not only in relation to children, but in the relationship of parents, if everything is done together in the family: they work, spend their free time together, are ready to help each other in different situations, then children will always learn to lead yourself like that. Joy and sorrow in a spiritually healthy family become common: all the events of family life unite, strengthen and deepen the feeling of mutual love. In such a family, there will be fewer diseases, because well-being affects the health of all family members.

Observing children from families where parents are addicted to alcohol, we began to notice periodic changes in their behavior. When parents do not take alcohol, spend more time with children, are interested in their life, then children at school behave calmly, do their homework , do not be rude to teachers and peers. But as soon as parents start drinking again, children become aggressive, may not attend classes, spend more time on the street, often wandering aimlessly. This example once again proves that family relations, the behavior of parents leaves its mark on the child, on his behavior, health.

The Constitution of the World Health Organization defines health: “Health is a state of complete spiritual, physical and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”

Spiritual health is the ability to cognize the world around and oneself, analyze ongoing events and phenomena, predict the development of situations that affect life, form a model (program) of behavior aimed at solving emerging problems, protecting one’s interests, life and health in a real environment . The higher the intellect, the more reliable the forecast of events, the more accurate the model of behavior, the more stable the psyche, the higher the level of spiritual health.

This health is achieved by the ability to live in harmony with oneself, with relatives, friends and society, to predict and model events, to draw up a program of one's actions on this basis.

Only a moral and spiritually healthy person can really assess the current situation, make the right choice, not dramatize failures, live in harmony with himself and other people and manage his emotions, be able to enjoy the success of other people.

For a child, parents are role models. Children should see how we, parents, in practice show love, sympathy, attention, tolerance for our neighbor, how we can act in different life situations. We are all adults and each of us raises our children in our own way. Everyone has their own unspoken rules, someone uses the advice of loved ones, friends, but we all need to remember if:

    the child is constantly criticized, he learns to hate;

    the child is ridiculed, he becomes withdrawn;

    the child is supported, he learns to value himself;

    the child grows up in reproach, he learns to live with guilt;

    the child grows in tolerance, he learns to understand others;

    the child grows in honesty, he learns to be fair;

    the child grows up in safety, he learns to believe in people;

    the child lives in enmity, he learns to be aggressive;

    the child lives in understanding and friendliness, he learns to find love in this world.

The ability to enjoy life and the ability to courageously endure difficulties a person receives in early childhood. Children are sensitive and receptive to everything that surrounds them, and they need to achieve a lot. To become kind to people, one must learn to understand others, show sympathy, honestly admit one's mistakes, be hardworking, marvel at the beauty of the surrounding nature, and treat it with care. Of course, it is difficult to enumerate all the moral qualities of a person in the future society, but the main thing is that these qualities should be laid down in the family.

Spirituality is a state of mind, the behavior of each of us in emergency life situations, these are our thoughts, speech, actions, internal factors of a person. If there are no spiritual needs, nothing can be said about the spiritual development of a person and his health.

Spirituality is a very multifaceted and complex phenomenon. According to the dictionary interpretation, spirituality is a spiritual, intellectual nature, the inner moral essence of a person. Modern humanitarian science speaks of spirituality as a specific quality of a person, that it is spirituality that makes a person a person. If an individual renounces his human nature, humanity, then in this case he becomes inhuman, inhumane, spiritual.

Spirituality in Ukrainian family pedagogy is understood as a set of mental phenomena that characterize the inner subjective world of a person, the main features of a person's cultural orientation - his vital interests, beliefs, views, ideals, worldview, attitude to life, to other people, to his duties "connections and to to myself. his thinking, desire, will, aesthetic and moral feelings. The family lays the foundations of humanity, the roots of spirituality, the foundation of personality, generosity, care for loved ones, relatives.

Jan Comenius in his famous "Mother's School", calling for more care for the soul, as the main part of a person, wrote that first of all it is necessary to teach children to piety, then to kindness, morality or virtue, and finally - "to the most useful sciences" . Spirituality is both a part of human essence and a social phenomenon, which is a complex, complex formation, which includes a combination of various forms of consciousness - from its higher forms (worldview, ideas, values, ideals, beliefs) to existential (life interests), mental features and psycho-emotional states of an individual or a people, determines the understanding and attitude of a person or many people to being.

The outstanding teacher K. D. Ushinsky noted: “In order for education to create a different nature for a person, it is necessary that the ideas of this education pass into the convictions of pupils, beliefs into habits, and habits into inclinations. When a conviction is so ingrained in a man that she obeys him before she thinks she must obey, only then does she become an element of his nature. Undoubtedly, this also applies to the principles of the formation of spiritual morality and the foundations of a healthy lifestyle of modern youth.

The problem of spiritual health is important, multifaceted, socially and naturally significant. All aspects of it are challenging. Health is such a dynamic state of a person, which is characterized by a standing spirit, a thirst for life and creativity, a desire for knowledge, self-knowledge, self-improvement by a high level of culture, spirituality, morality and drying.

Health can be defined as the ability of a person to regulate his life and his activities in accordance with the humanistic ideals that humanity has developed in the process of historical development. It is health that determines a person's attitude to himself, to others, to society and is a priority in the hierarchy of health.

Personal health is the desire for truth, goodness, it is the ability to act out of love for one's neighbor, it is participation in living and inanimate nature. Health is the main source of vitality and energy. It is characterized as a person's ability to sympathize, empathize, help others, the desire to improve the surrounding life and actively contribute to this; honesty and truthfulness; self-improvement of the individual as part of the improvement of the world; responsibility for oneself and one's life.

The founder of school valeological science and practice, V. A. Sukhomlinsky, attaching great importance to the spiritual health of the individual in the book “How to Raise a Real Person”, believed that “the spiritual wealth of a person is one of the most important indicators of its comprehensive development.” V. A. Sukhomlinsky believed that the physical, mental, moral and spiritual health of teachers is of no small importance, because without it it is difficult to achieve the expected results in children. The soul of every child is a flower, but whether it sprouts or not depends on spirituality, upbringing and teaching the highly spiritual principles of morality - the basis of a healthy lifestyle. The duty of parents, educators of preschool institutions, teachers before the future is not to lose the souls of children, but to raise them on the basis of higher human values, spiritual needs that ensure health.

The spiritual component of health is a kind of peak, which collects all the best in a person, thanks to which the individual becomes a person. Spiritual needs is a system of complex and ambiguous in nature and strength of a person's internal motives, which rise to satisfy the needs of its immediate existence.

Through the draft of all life, a person strives for spiritual development and self-improvement. It is revealed through unique combinations:

- Vision of beauty in the environment and in oneself (aestheticism.);

– Development of certain rules of conduct in relation to the surrounding world, both according to the laws of society and according to the internal moral code (etism);

- Understanding the essence of the world around us, the place of man in nature and society, its life values, the choice of the way of one's own life, responsibility for one's health and life and other people's (philosophical worldview).

Each component of health is multifaceted, complex. But only under the condition of an organic combination of these components, a person's spiritual need and health are formed and developed. Spiritual need is the source that fills the essence with humanity, does not allow evil, callousness, impudence to germinate. Step by step, showing patterns of spiritual behavior, examples of a healthy lifestyle and activities of spiritually rich people, studying the principles of spiritual morality, putting students in the position of the need for a moral act in general and a healthy lifestyle in particular, teaching to think not superficially, but deeply, spiritually, we let's let the pupils down to the moment when they say “I want to do this”, “I am forced to act this way”, “I cannot do it differently, because my conscience and inner voice say so.” There will be a spiritual need to be honest, kind, sympathetic, merciful, caring, sincere, etc.

So, the internal regulator of a person's spirituality is his conscience. The outstanding German philosopher Kant said that conscience is a law that lives in ourselves, and the French philosopher Holbach called conscience our inner judge.

Conscience is the demands that a person makes on himself. A spiritually developed person controls his actions, his way of life, strives to prevent them from deviating from certain social and moral requirements and norms, regardless of whether someone else controls her actions or not. And she does this as a result of developed spirituality, conscience.

Modern science has proven the correctness of the teachings of the ancient philosophers, first of all, one must strive to lay in one's souls mercy, kindness, justice, understanding the soul of another person, the best customs of ancestors, i.e. take care of your health. His physical development depends on his spiritual state. Without soul there is no personality, without personality there is no progress of civilization, without movement there is no life. Spirituality as a form of manifestation of a person's moral potential is aimed at benevolence, complicity and disinterestedness. To become physically healthy, you need to sincerely strive to lay a solid foundation for spirituality, then you will overcome illnesses, you will be healthy and happy. High spirituality is the goal of all health systems.

A high spiritual level helps a person to realize the value of life, its meaning, to assert himself as an individual, to find his place in society, to maintain health. This, of course, is facilitated by the ability to critically assess one's personality, the ability to behave without conflict with the environment, and the desire for self-improvement. One of the core components of the formation of a person's spiritual education is his consciousness.

Consciousness is one of the most complex mental processes that determines a person's attitude to the world through a socially developed system of knowledge fixed in language, the highest form of reflection of matter. Consciousness arises only in society, inherent only to man. By its nature, consciousness is a property of highly organized matter - the human brain. A person is considered to be conscious if she is able to:

- Focus on various phenomena in accordance with the situation;

- Continue abstract thoughts, operate with them, and also express them in words;

- Evaluate a future act, that is, has the ability to expect and predict;

- Realize your Self and recognize other individuals;

— Appreciate the value of aesthetic and ethical values.

An integral part of a person's spiritual health is self-knowledge. Self-knowledge is the knowledge of one's essence, the identification of both negative and positive traits in oneself, as well as opportunities that can serve the correct, comprehensive and harmonious development of the individual. This is a long, constant, complex and individual process. Self-knowledge is carried out through self-observation, self-assessment, self-criticism, self-analysis. Self-observation is

observation, the object of which is: the mental state and actions of the observing subject himself. It is based on the general observation of the individual. Observation is the ability of a person with the help of the senses with the active participation of consciousness to accurately and completely reflect what is happening around. Self-observation begins with the accuracy of mental perception and analysis of what happened to a person during the day. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the ability to see the feelings of others (joy, sadness, thoughtfulness, diligence, etc.), then a person better understands others and it will be easier for her to understand herself. Learning to observe oneself in difficult psychological situations, to reveal objectivity in oneself, to tell oneself the truth is the strength, nobility and wisdom of a person.

Self-knowledge is impossible without self-criticism. Self-criticism is the ability to see oneself from the outside, objectively assess one’s abilities and capabilities, notice, criticize, correct each one’s unworthy act, wrong opinion, behavior Self-criticism is based on the criticality of the mind, developed thinking, that is, the ability to see positive and negative in the surrounding reality . Therefore, a person needs to develop his memory, thinking, learn to analyze and synthesize, compare and generalize, classify, find, highlight the main thing. If a person learns to accurately analyze his actions, behavior, then he will be able to conduct an objective introspection.

Self-analysis is the awareness and analysis of one's actions. In the course of the analysis of events and actions, a rethinking of life takes place, new facets of being are opened up, this allows a person to foresee possible mistakes, not to repeat them and to understand the reasons that led to them. Self-esteem is an element of self-knowledge, the ability to evaluate oneself, one's place in life and among other people, one's shortcomings, opportunities, inclinations, behavior. The development of certain personality traits depends on self-esteem (criticality, exactingness towards oneself, attitude to successes and failures, assessment of one's real capabilities, etc.). If the level of a person's life claims to real possibilities, then the person is capable of adequate self-esteem. Conversely, the discrepancy between the claims of a person and his real capabilities indicates an inadequate self-esteem of the individual. In this case, a person is haunted by failures, emotional breakdowns occur. Self-respect is built on the basis of an objective generalized self-assessment of a person. Self-respect is necessary for the full development of the individual. Self-knowledge and self-improvement enables a person to understand his place in the world, the meaning of life, to know himself more deeply, to feel his strength, forms his character and will to become better, to be spiritually healthy.

Show the family as a custodian and bearer of spirituality in the context of history.

Introduction

The family is a complex socio-cultural phenomenon. Its specificity and uniqueness lies in the fact that it focuses in itself almost all aspects of human life and goes to all levels of social practice: from the individual to the socio-historical, from the material to the spiritual. In the structure of the family, three interconnected blocks of relations can be conditionally distinguished: 1 - natural-biological, i.e. sexual and consanguineous; 2 - economic, i.e. relationships based on household, everyday life, family property; 3 - spiritual and psychological, moral and aesthetic, associated with feelings of marital and parental love, with the upbringing of children, with caring for elderly parents, with moral standards of behavior. Only the totality of these ties in their unity creates a family as a special social phenomenon, because the natural closeness of a man and a woman, not legally fixed and not bound by the common life and upbringing of children, cannot be considered a family, since this is nothing more than cohabitation. Economic cooperation and mutual assistance of close people, if they are not based on marriage and kinship, are also not an element of family relations, but only a business partnership. And, finally, the spiritual community of a man and a woman is limited to friendship, if the relationship between them does not take the form of development characteristic of the family.

The deep crisis of modern Russian society and the crisis of the family are closely interrelated and have common roots. Society rests on the spiritual and moral foundations of the human soul, which are laid in the family, formed in it, grow out of it. From the family, a person brings into public and state life those qualities that become a source of creation or evil and destruction. Just as a sick cell creates sick organisms, so a spiritually flawed family reproduces morally unhealthy relationships in society.

The relevance of the study of problems related to family values stems from a significant increase in the role of the family, the strengthening of its influence on all aspects of the life of society and a particular person. The difficult socio-economic situation in the country, the dramatic changes that have taken place in the lives of millions of Russians in recent years, have extremely exacerbated the problem of family relationships. Marriage has ceased to be lifelong and legitimate: divorces, single-parent families, single mothers from the exceptions have become the norm.

At each new stage in the development of society, when there is a reassessment of values, interest in the problems of the family, morality, and spirituality increases. At the same time, in the complicated conditions of modern life, the family, as a unique mediator between the interests of the individual and society, found itself at the epicenter of social upheavals. The transition to market relations and the apathy associated with this, the impoverishment of a considerable part of the population had a sharp impact on the well-being of the family, its educational potential, and stability.

These and other social reasons actually led to a crisis of family values. The consequences of this crisis are the separation of the older and younger generations (nuclearization), the widespread occurrence of small families, and the expansion of solitary bachelor forms of existence. And if marriage, parenthood, kinship are the constitutive relationships of the seven, then in our time there is a disintegration of this trinity. The problem is complicated by the fact that at the moment the institution of marriage is going through a transitional period. The destruction of the old traditional attitudes towards marriage continues, and new ones have not yet been formed.

Under these conditions, it is especially difficult for young families to survive, where acute problems in marital relations are superimposed on serious socio-economic difficulties.

The essence and meaning of the family, therefore, is not simply in the reproduction of the population or childbearing, as some sociologists believe, but in procreation in the broadest sense of the word. The family acts as a link between the generations of the genus in all planes of being. Through it, the genus develops the mental and spiritual qualities inherent in its nature. Through the family, the clan realizes itself, its purpose, embodies, expresses and develops its physical, psychological, spiritual and moral essence, materializes in its actions, lifestyle.

Why do you need to heal your family?

  • If you want more from life, the current level does not suit you. If you can't live easily and freely.
  • If you do not get along fate. If you are overwhelmed by relationship problems, health problems.
  • If many relatives have similar scenarios (childlessness, lack of money, unhappy marriages, etc.).
  • If there were severe cases of death, suicide, poverty and disease in the family.

So, you should look into the past and start healing the family.

    Each of us is connected with his family, with his ancestors.

    Almost all traditions assert that our life, destiny is closely determined by the program of the clan.

    Any doctor today will tell you that your health is 80% dependent on heredity.

    What hurt your ancestors, so you can get sick, but if the ancestors were healthy and strong people, then the safety margin of your health is very significant.

    In fact, not only health, but also many lines of fate are determined by the ancestors.

Man is a member of the genus and genus system. He is born within the framework of this system, and the system distributes to him everything that has been accumulated, which she herself possesses. What does he possess? "Baggage" from energy (negative or positive), generic karma (positive or negative), the quality of generic relationships, the strength or weakness of the clan. The tribal system operates on the principle of hierarchy (pyramids), and succession. What was "acquired" in the system before the appearance of a new member of the system, those achievements, that energy and resources will be used by the new member of the system.

That is, a child, like a flower, blooms and grows on the foundation, energy, resources that parents give him, and the generic system as a whole. If the new members of the system do not replenish it with their investments (energy, kindness, love, care), the energy of the system will run out, and the new members of the family will get less and less tribal resources - everything positive and good will be “eaten up” before it ...

  • No one falls out of the family, from family ties. Ancestral memory"drags" in itself the "archives" of all members of the genus, and accumulates all their deeds, all their influences on the genus - good and bad. Even if a person did not invest either good or bad in the tribal system, he still weakened the system by using the tribal resources, and did not invest, did not compensate for what was spent. Although system and affects each of its members worsening or improving his state of affairs, and each member of the system can have a positive or negative impact on the system strengthening or weakening it, and sometimes destroying it. This is the effect of mutual responsibility. Also, a new member of the system will be "inscribed" in the generic karma, which will influence his life simultaneously with his individual karma. Developed and accumulated by parents and ancestors in general, energy and karma have already affected you, defining you your basic data, features, characteristics, and the conditions in which you were born. And they will continue to influence.
  • If your ancestors and relatives swear, drink, harm each other and other people, destroy themselves and others, hate each other, live in malice and envy, curse each other or other people, "undermine and destroy the system" - the consequences of all this will "leak" to you. Not the fact that in the same format, not the fact that "one to one", but in general - in the form of various deteriorations in your destiny and life.
  • "What you sow, you will reap." Only ancestors sow and descendants reap. And a person, trying "on his own" to break out of his vicious circle of problems, often forgets about the problems of the generic order, and the struggle for his happiness will be complicated by the fact that a person is fighting against the system, trying to break out of the system that holds him by the legs, that the race lasted - you probably heard such expressions. Just like this - a strong family, a happy family, a successful family, a rich family. This is characteristics of the quality and strength of the family. Here is one kind - rich, another - poor, the third - "none". In one family there are cancer patients, alcoholics, schizophrenics, chronic need. And in the other - no. Why? The quality of energy, family ties and family karma that the family has, that's why.

How to understand with what force of the family you are connected, positive or negative?

Connection with the positive force of the family:

  • You do a lot or almost everything in your life easily;
  • You are not pursued by negativity almost never, in any areas;
  • You have good dreams;
  • In your family, parental and personal relationships are good, filled with love and positive;
  • Health is normal;
  • You can build your destiny the way you want;
  • You are not held responsible for the fates and misfortunes of your relatives.

Connection with the negative force of the genus:

  • Severe mental states, mood swings;
  • You very often recall conflicts in the family, with parents, etc. or conflict;
  • You have bad dreams with your ancestors;
  • Do you feel or think that your parents or your family will not allow you to build your life the way you want;
  • You think that you are indebted to your loved ones;
  • There is very little love and a lot of negativity in your parental family and in your family;
  • You don't feel happy in life.

It is the lack of love that is the main cause of most negative generic programs. One very bright representative of the family is enough to bring living energies into the family tree, which heal the entire birth canal. In this way, the entire race can be cleansed and gain other, higher vibrations of energies!

In order for your life and the life of your children to improve, you should deal with the healing and purification of the generic energy of the family.

According to the kind of mother comes genetic information that affects health.

Mom creates the human body, it doesn't matter if it's a boy or a girl. This is the result of the creation of moms. Actually, mother is giving this body. Accordingly, the energy of the mother and her family affects the body, i.e. on health, and affects the genome, DNA.

And dad transmits genetically social information.

    Mom is intuition, emotions and body, organism, health.

    Dad is consciousness, personality, social behavior, interaction in society, building correct behavior in society.

And thus, if there is a conflict with both mom and dad, rejection of mom and dad, rejection of maternal and paternal relatives, then, as a rule, such a person cannot be socially successful, and he will definitely have health problems.

It is not for children to judge the behavior of their parents. We can only understand and forgive. If there is acceptance, then there will be self-realization in society (especially for men), relations with people are being established, relations with your loved ones are improving, long-awaited love occurs, children are born.

But in order for all this to happen, it is necessary to start working with the family. I will say right away that everyone has different life situations, therefore, to get positive changes, someone may need more time, for someone the changes begin after the first day of working with the family!

As society has changed throughout the world, there have also been changes showing how spirituality has influenced modern human aspirations.

Every culture has its own roots of spirituality, and the spirituality of each culture affects the world today in different ways. Leading research into the impact of spirituality on human health is carried out at Duke University Medical Center under the direction of Dr. Harold G. Koenig.

Dr. Koenig is a world-renowned medical researcher, himself a registered nurse, therapist and professor of psychiatry and medicine at Duke University Medical Center. He is also the founder and co-director of the Center for Spirituality, Religious Studies and Health at Duke University. With his reports, he speaks at conferences and seminars held in the United States.

His research aims to reveal how spirituality affects the elderly and the disabled. He has written many books on the subject and has also participated in several television and radio programs. In The Wellness Connection, very seriously but humorously, he describes his life and spirituality, linking them to his research.

Dr. Koenig's research addresses a variety of health issues, from breast cancer to minor ailments. He knows perfectly well what it means to be disabled, as he spent part of his life in a wheelchair.

When Koenig became a Christian, he realized that faith had a profound effect on his ability to come to terms with disability. His studies are very detailed and can achieve very accurate results. For example, he chose African-American women for breast cancer research.

“Of course, the study is impossible to complete, but we chose black women because the church, and especially their fellowship in the church, plays a significant role in their lives.

This is such an important part of the belief system and social networks of African American women that we decided to study this group in order to understand the effect of religion on breast cancer, Dr. Koenig said in an interview with The Epoch Times. “All major world religions promote the development of such virtues as forgiveness, gratitude, kindness and love, and if a person manifests them in life, this can improve his health.”

Studies have shown that stress changes the immune system and a person's ability to resist disease, gives rise to cardiovascular disease, contributes to abnormalities in the digestive tract, metabolic disorders, and so on. Dr. Koenig found that spirituality is guiding, connected, supportive, and self-respecting, which forms a powerful mechanism for coping with stress, which in turn has a positive impact on health in various ways.

Studies have shown that spirituality alleviates stress, promotes a sense of peace through the manifestation of virtues, and psychologically changes a person. This leads to a strengthening of the immune system. It is also likely that people will become more optimistic, live longer and become healthier.

The uniqueness of these studies is that they used a combination of different personalities and how each personality uses spirituality to cope with depression and stress. Dr. Koenig used his experience [on the impact of spirituality on human health] from working with the elderly and those who are depressed to summarize research on the role of despair experienced by people with various diseases.

The results are amazing! Different groups of personalities and defense mechanisms were identified and clear conclusions were drawn on the operation of each mechanism. This has created a promising prognosis for further research leading to the study of various forms of treatment that may ultimately be useful in modern health care in a medical and women's ethic centered on the healing aspects of compassion. This provides a positive utilitarian approach to healthcare.

The research was mainly conducted among Christians, since 85% of spiritually believing people in the United States are Christians. Dr. Koenig conducted his experiments in the south of the country, where the majority of the population are Christians and where he himself lives. Koenig wants to set up a foundation for spiritual and health research based on Christianity before he continues his experiments with other world religions. He believes that before studying the health effects of various religious schools, it is necessary to have an initial knowledge base that other scientists can use in conducting their own research based on their traditions.

Last October, Insurance Canada released a report titled Ending Canada's Invisible Epidemics: A Strategy for Injury Prevention that found injuries to be the leading cause of disability and death in Canadians aged 1 to 44. Disability often leads to depression, which causes severe stress for the disabled themselves and for those around them.

The report recommends strengthening their support from local authorities and increasing the resources allocated for such needs by the federal government. In addition, it is recommended to organize an injury research group and put into practice the results of its work [for injury prevention]. Dr. Koenig works tirelessly to increase support for people with disabilities by highlighting their concerns, in the hope that this will increase government support.

He states: “I think doctors are more receptive on this issue. I think medical schools are teaching doctors these days to be more receptive. I think a lot of therapists see their patients benefiting from their faith. Especially when the results come out.” research in this area, therapists began to ask patients about the role of spirituality in their lives, and we became even more aware of its importance. I think that in the future we will be more and more convinced of this."

Koenig says that many scientists also provide scientific evidence that spirituality plays a positive role in maintaining good health, and therefore governments in an increasing number of countries are realizing this. While the US government is cutting research funding, Dr. Koenig hopes that this is the area where more research and support will be provided. He believes that in the future this area will become a higher priority than before.

Koeniga's biggest concern is whether scientists interested in working in this area will be able to get an education in the future that will enable them to conduct research, publish papers that will receive support, and publish the results in medical periodicals. Dr. Koenig is building a network of scientists to advance research in this area. He says that once there is enough evidence from medical science experiments, therapists will be open about spirituality in clinical practice and will be willing to support their patients in their spiritual faith.

Dr. Koenig claims that his work has been recognized in many countries around the world where there was a repressive regime, such as Hungary and Ukraine. There has been interest in these studies in India, Taiwan and some Islamic states. The site contains the opinions of some professors and teachers who support Dr. Koenig's research and believe that it should be integrated into the health system.

"It's interesting to see how scientists around the world who may not have previously shown interest in this work are now immersed in it," said Dr. Koenig. increase their understanding and strengthen ties in this area".
