Biographies Characteristics Analysis

External studies as a form of education in a secondary school.

Written by the student's parents or legal representatives. At the same time, such an external student retains the right to use the school library, to participate in competitions, olympiads and in testing. The number of pre-exam consultations, access to the laboratory and other school services is subject to local regulations. This form of external study does not imply a reduction in the training period. All responsibility for obtaining knowledge passes to the student and his parents.

Schools with a license to provide paid educational services offer a more interesting option that allows you to study program 10 and 11 in one year. This is an intensive, paid service. Training takes place according to a special schedule. You have to attend classes several times a week. You can study individually or in a small group, it is also possible to receive assignments via the Internet. Be sure to complete homework and tests. Intensive training is very different from regular training. The material is studied in modules, i.e. the external student is given the main one in one subject, practical tasks. After some time, a test is carried out. After the test is successfully passed, the study of the next module (subject) begins.

note

Under modern law, no special reason is required to qualify for the right to graduate from school as an external student. This right is enshrined in the Law "On Education" and in the Regulations "On Obtaining General Education in the Form of External Study".

Helpful advice

The cost of individual consultations at the school is about the same as for home tutors. Group lessons are much cheaper. When deciding on an external study at a private school, it is imperative to check whether there is a written agreement to take exams at a public school, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a valid certificate of education.

Graduation from school is a very important stage in the life of every person. Everyone needs to cross this barrier. It will take a lot of strength and patience, intelligence and resourcefulness, knowledge and practical skills. But school you need to finish - regardless of whether you continue to study or go to work.

Instruction

The foundation for a future successful graduation from school is already being laid in the middle school. If you do not want to have problems in high school, you need to start working from an early age. If you study well from the very beginning, then you will have a certain reputation by the end of training. Such students are often predicted to be medalists. Now, of course, a lot depends on the successful passing of the exam, but you must admit that if you study from the very beginning, much more knowledge will remain in your head, and passing such an exam will no longer be so difficult.

The very delivery of the exam is not answers to any specific questions, but a test form of tasks. In the exam, however, there is a section where you need to write an essay. In any case, this is not an exam that you can prepare for in three days by finding answers to questions and pulling out a single ticket on the exam. Here you need complex knowledge, that is, you need to study for a long time, gradually assimilating topic after topic. Therefore, in order to successfully complete by passing the exam, and thereby secure yourself in a university, you need to work hard for the last two years - 10 and.

Just the same, in order to prepare yourself for this hard work, you need to develop the habit of working in yourself in elementary and secondary school. It's not as difficult as it seems. Many mothers complain that they take away all the health of their children, especially if the child does well and does a lot of work. However, it is possible to rationalize the work of the child, to make sure that homework takes as little time as possible. Then the study will be easier, and the child will have more time to do normal children's activities - to walk with peers.

It's hard to take the bull by the horns when time is running out and you come into high school with a "rich" track record: two-year delays in one, Cs and Ds, and bad behavior marks. All that is required here is your will. But for the future, know that so that your children do not have problems from school, you need to instill a healthy attitude towards learning from childhood. Then they won't have the difficulties you're having.

The classic way to get a driver's license is to study at a driving school. However, this is not the only possible option. Pass on rights You can if you have learned to drive on your own. Officially, this is referred to as surrender to rights external.

You will need

  • - Required documents.

Instruction

The difference between passing the exam in the traffic police external differs from the procedure at the end only in that the units where this can be done is limited. Their coordinates, work schedule and which one serves your registration address can be found in your regional traffic police department. If this information is not on his website, contact the reference and information service, which should be present there.

You must provide the same set of documents to the desired traffic police department as graduates of a driving school, with the exception of a certificate of graduation from this educational institution: a passport, confirmation of registration at the place of residence, if any (in Moscow, it is necessary that the registration period be at least six months, in other regions may have different requirements), a completed application (can be found on the website of the regional traffic police department), receipts and receipts for payment of state duty (forms are also available for download on the website of the regional traffic police department, you can find out the details and the amount of the state duty in the traffic police departments and Sberbank branches ).

In the appropriate field of the application, indicate that you could not attend classes at a driving school due to work schedule, heavy employment, or another reason. It does not play a special role, but something needs to be written.

If you apply at the place of residence, you will have about a month. At the place of stay, the wait can be delayed twice as long. In this case, the traffic police should check whether you received and were not deprived of them at your place of residence.

The exam is held according to the standard scenario. First the theoretical part: 20 minutes to answer 20 questions on your knowledge of the rules of the road. Then a demonstration of driving skills on the site (3 of 5 possible exercises at the discretion of the examiners) and in the cities. You can learn the rules and practice the tests yourself. Usually, a couple of weeks is enough for this, subject to daily classes for two hours. There are tests, for example, on the website of the UGIBDD GUVD of Moscow.
It is better to learn driving under the guidance of a normal instructor with parallel or a very experienced driver.

All young citizens of the Russian Federation are required to complete 9 classes, that is, to receive a basic general education. After this, the paths of schoolchildren will diverge: someone will enter the 10th grade, someone will go to study at colleges, technical schools and vocational schools, but in any case, it is necessary to successfully pass exams in the form of a GIA and receive a certificate. How to make it as successful as possible?

Recently, many students choose to study at an external school, according to a personalized curriculum. What is the advantage of such a program? Probably in the fact that special attention is paid to precisely those subjects in which you will have to take exams at the university. But often external training is limited to this. The rest of the items are for show. And how can one not recall the saying of Kozma Prutkov: "A specialist is like a flux - his fullness is one-sided."

We work differently. We study all subjects of the school curriculum to give students a complete understanding of the world in which they live. And the subjects needed for admission, we study in depth, but not at the expense of other subjects, but using intensive methods and forms of education. The schedule is compiled individually for each child. Thus, education as an external student at school becomes very comfortable and much more acceptable than usual.

Our teachers are experts in their field. They have proprietary methods that help students to external study program in the allotted time, not only to master the school curriculum, to eliminate gaps in their knowledge, but also to prepare for passing the GIA and the Unified State Examination, which means entering the university.

Why do many choose an external school?

We are all used to doing what our parents and grandmothers once did... It so happened that it seems to us that if we do something differently, it will not be as right as it really should be. It is the same with school: parents send their children to educational institutions, hoping for their bright future, for the professionalism of teachers, but in the end they get completely unexpected results, and they are not at all positive.

The external school is a completely different type of education, which is gaining more and more popularity. Let's figure it out.

Why is an external school much more effective in teaching?

    In an ordinary school, there are many people in the classroom, that is, the teacher, no matter how professional he is, simply physically cannot pay attention to each child. When explaining the school curriculum, they are guided by some “average” student, but the children are all different, someone understood everything the first time, and someone needs clarification;

    When a child does not understand the topic, he most often does not ask the teacher for additional questions, because the training is already initially built on a certain fear of getting a negative assessment. Misunderstood information accumulates over time like a snowball, interfering with the perception of new topics;

    There is a school program from which the teacher cannot depart. For example, one topic is designed for two lessons - and here at least do something, you need to study new material, even if many students have knowledge gaps;

    We do not undertake to speak for all educational institutions, but, in fact, an ordinary school can easily discourage the desire to study. The system of education forces to study, and does not interest in studying and in studying subjects that are interesting to the child;

    Preparation for state exams is usually done at a low level. It offers a lot of material for the simplest part of the exam, when for good scores you need to prepare in depth.

Last call. May 2018

Many external students offer a 2-year program in 1 year. But this form of education provides only superficial knowledge. Our center makes it possible to pass separate subjects externally, which children can pass quickly and independently. But such subjects as mathematics, the Russian language, which will have to be taken in the format of the OGE and the Unified State Examination, must be studied in an in-depth version, sometimes eliminating gaps that were not previously noticed.

Our classes are held in pairs (double lessons), which allows you to dive deeper into the subject and master more educational material in the lesson. In the learning process, we pay a lot of attention to tests, independent and practical work. Knowledge control is carried out in the form of diagnostic work. This gives an objective assessment of knowledge in each subject.

Our education system allows you to achieve the best results.
Hurry, sign up with us! Prem children is limited.

Studying in the external intensive form in our center "Source of Knowledge" is an interesting option for inquisitive and advanced children. We are waiting for you to study externally.

To drive a vehicle, you must be trained in a driving school to obtain a driver's license. A good option is also practiced as an external system. By studying externally, you can save a lot of money and personal time.

It is allowed to study externally in law, for responsible and competent people.

In good faith, study everything that is necessary for this and collect all the necessary documents.

Admission to the exam collection of documents

The number of documents required depends very much on the educational institution. So, applying for a driver's license in a larger city (the Capital), some nuances of the development of events are permissible here:

With a permanent residence permit in Moscow, a small number of certificates are submitted, but within a certain time. For external training, you will need to register with the traffic police. You will need a medical certificate, it is important not to forget to make a copy of all documents, some copies will be needed to purchase a form for admission to the exam. Upon receipt of the form, there will be several receipts that will need to be paid at the nearest bank branch.

With a recent residence in Moscow, but there is a residence permit, but less than one year, then you will need a document from the previous place of residence in order to find out whether you received a driver's license earlier, there were violations or deprivation of rights. Important: such a certificate is valid for a short period of time, and must be written on the original law enforcement letterhead.

For temporary registration, an extract from the permanent place of residence will also be required. With the help of the passport office, they will check the veracity of your data.

For foreign citizens there is such an opportunity to study law as an external student. Foreigners from the Near and Far Abroad necessarily need extracts from the place of registration, in the absence of any Russian data during verification, then a translation of passport data by a certified notary will be required.

Law exam

As you know, after graduation, you have to pass two exams in theory and practice.

Theoretical stage

To do this, you will need to pass standard tests, which include about 20 questions; to pass, you need a minimum of 18 answers. Tests are carried out on a computer, the embedded program automatically selects tickets.

Ticket answers can be found on websites or bookstores. At the moment, for easy study of questions and answers, everything is numbered point by point with the attachment of clear images of the material being studied.

It is recommended that after you have learned the tests, do not be too lazy to teach yourself the rules of the road there are many nuances. Always use the latest sources or traffic rules books as they are updated monthly.

Practical stage

To obtain a document allowing you to drive a car (RIGHT), you will need to go through practice, that is, driving a car with an instructor who will see how you drive and cope with traffic rules. The verification takes place in several stages:

1. The inspector gives you three tasks that you will definitely need to do, you can choose from 5 options:

. (Parking). It will be necessary to park in the place set by the inspector, not driving over the lines and knocking down warning signs (COUNTERS), otherwise penalty points will be awarded.

In order for you to feel the transport and its dimensions, a test is practiced. Driving with intensive turns from right to left (SNAKE), passing between the placed columns and this must be taken responsibly with special care, this task is not for a while so that we overcome the obstacle carefully and efficiently.

You will also need to perform (REVERSAL) in two approaches.

. (FREAST). On a steep climb, they will move from their place

And one important task that needs to be done with the help of reverse gear (DRIVING TO THE GARAGE).

2. City driving

When leaving for a settlement, you must remember your theoretical knowledge and show your skills, how you behave in a given situation. You need to drive slowly, be vigilant, pay attention to signs, traffic lights, in no case should you exceed the speed limit, but you can also drive slowly absenteeism for this you can get penalty points.

So, after you have successfully passed the driving test, you must return all the documents that are in the traffic police. True, this is not so fast, and will take around 30 calendar days from the date you submitted the application, there are often cases that students do not take the exam right away and this will give time a good opportunity to learn and retake. It is not possible to re-take only after a week has passed before. It is important to retake no later than 3 months, otherwise you will have to undergo training from the beginning.

Remember, in no case should you use the cars of your relatives, call anyone an instructor. The instructor must have the appropriate documents confirming that he can teach. Otherwise, you and your loved ones face a rather big fine.

Getting a driver's license

After your documents were accepted about a month later, with successful passing of tests, practitioners, provided that the exams are passed, you will be given a receipt and you will need to pay for it, and then taking a photo will depend on how soon you will receive a document.

Upon obtaining a driver's license, you must be given a sheet confirming that you have passed the exam and a medical certificate.

Benefits of using the external method

If you don’t have a driver’s license yet and you are afraid of something, there is no time for an external training class, it will be easier, look below and see for yourself.

Significantly reduce training costs, as payment is needed for the purchase of books and instructor fees

You can choose a specialist yourself, as well as easily change

Choose your own schedule for training.

If you have previously been trained in driving, you can not go to classes

The fee for the certificate of completion of the course is optional

Car, you can choose the one you like

Disadvantages of this form

Everywhere there are, and let's consider them shortcomings. See below:

Incomplete study of all the rules

Basically study tickets, not failed. Rules can become an assistant in difficult times

Hire young and inexperienced instructors due to cost savings

It is problematic to find the traffic police, which will allow you to freely study as an external student and take an exam

It is very difficult to find a car for the exam

Be sure to remember that not every specialist likes this form of training, and some inspectors may interfere with passing the exam

With all the difficulties, many people like this form of education, some do not have time, someone is afraid that it will not work out, but if you have the courage to go to the course. It is important to teach responsibly and carefully from and to z.

Not so long ago, one of the most popular forms of education among high school students was external studies. With its help, gifted children had the opportunity not only to study at home, but also to finish their studies a year or even two earlier. But what is it? What are the advantages and disadvantages of this type of education, and most importantly, where and how can one get an education in the form of an external student?

External study as one of the forms of education

To begin with, let's figure out what an external student is and how they call people who receive education with the help of this

External study is one of the alternative forms in which the student independently studies the content of the curriculum in accordance with and then, based on the results of intermediate assessments, is allowed to take exams or final assessments. Students who learn through this form of education are called external students.

Based on the results of passing the GIA, the student can receive a document on education, and if the program has not been mastered in the amount established by the curriculum, receive a certificate of the form established by law.

The external study form is valid in all educational institutions that have state accreditation. There are no age restrictions for those wishing to study as an external student. Both a first-grader and a university student can study as an external student.

Learning features

Like any other form of education, external study has its own characteristics.

1. Externs are not required to attend classes or lectures. But this does not mean that the student does not attend an educational institution at all. He is obliged to appear for consultations with the teacher, intermediate and final certification.

2. For students of this form of education, a schedule of individual consultations is drawn up, to which they must come. During the consultation, the external student not only receives recommendations on the study of a particular discipline, but also asks the teacher questions of interest to him.

3. An individual schedule for passing the final certification is also drawn up for the external student, as a result of which a document of the established form is issued.

4. Gifted students may complete a program of several grades or courses in a year.

Who is the external student for?

Despite the absence of any restrictions, not everyone can get an education with the help of an external student. First of all, this is due to the specifics. In addition, not all parents will agree that their child spends almost all the time at home and does not attend an educational institution. But in some cases, externship may be the only right decision.

So, here is the most for joining an external student:

1. Giftedness of the child. If a child learns the school curriculum much faster than his classmates, then it is quite possible that he should go to external studies.

2. Occupation in sports or creative teams. Often, professional athletes and artists have to devote a lot of time to their "hobby" - attend training and rehearsals, take part in competitions and shows, often leave. In this situation, the child cannot systematically attend classes at school, and therefore, the best way out is the form of an external student.

3. Frequent business trips of parents can also lead to the fact that the child will rarely attend school and engage in self-education.

4. State of health. Unfortunately, not all children are healthy. Some of them have diseases that lead to disability and restrict freedom of movement. Of course, it is provided for such children, but nothing prevents replacing it with an external student.

5. Work. This paragraph applies to students. Often they have to devote all their free time to work in order to pay not only for their studies, but also for life in another city. Sometimes the work takes too long, the student has to miss classes, which ultimately leads to deduction for absenteeism or a session not handed in on time.

Benefits of an external student

Like any training, an external study has its advantages and disadvantages. First, let's talk about the main advantages.

  1. Extra free time. Since the student is not required to attend school every day, he has a little more free time. So, the time that is spent on the road, changes, (if there is one in the educational institution) is released. It also reduces student costs.
  2. Training according to an individually designed program. The student sees the entire scope of work in advance, can quickly study simple and understandable topics, and leave more complex ones for later. In addition, he can devote more time to subjects that are really important to him, deepen his knowledge in his chosen field.
  3. The possibility of adjusting the daily routine. Have you heard about human biorhythms? Some work better in the morning, others are more energetic in the evening, and even at night. Usually all classes are held in the morning, which is not suitable for everyone. Externs themselves have the right to choose at what time, where and how they study.
  4. Getting a certificate of education ahead of time. Studying as an external student, you can go through a year of educational material designed for several years.

Disadvantages of an external student

The main disadvantages of externalization include the following:

1. Decreased quality of education. We note right away that this statement is considered controversial. On the one hand, the external student does not have strict control on the part of the teacher, the quality of his knowledge is checked only during the intermediate and final certification.

On the other hand, control is still present, while checking the knowledge of all topics provided for by the curriculum.

2. Difficulties in self-study of disciplines. Like it or not, a person cannot master all disciplines equally well. For example, not everyone understands chemistry and can figure it out with the help of a teacher. And what then to say about its independent development? After all, an external study is an education received independently. External students cannot get full-fledged help from a teacher, so they will either have to try to deal with a particular topic on their own, or seek help from friends or even hire tutors.

3. Imperfect knowledge in a particular field of knowledge. In the course of self-study, an external student may not receive the necessary practical skills, skip here or another part of the material, which ultimately leads to gaps in knowledge. Such mistakes can be costly in the future.

Rights of externs

Let us note the basic rights of externs, which were fixed by the law on externship.

1. An extern has the right to consultations on each subject. The duration of the consultation can be from 15 minutes to 2 hours per year.

2. An extern has the right to attend practical and laboratory classes to gain practical skills.

3. The student is obliged to provide reference and educational literature both in the school or university library, and in the departments.

4. An extern has the right to take part in olympiads and competitions.

Admission to external studies

Admission to an external study includes a number of the following steps:

1. First of all, you need to familiarize yourself with the list, which lists externships in Moscow or another city of your choice.

2. Discuss with the school principal or dean the possibility of studying externally.

3. Write an application in a certain form.

4. Provide the necessary documents.

5. Draw up and approve an individual training schedule.

6. Get textbooks and teaching aids, materials.

In what cases should you not go to an external study?

Despite its attractiveness, external study is a rather complicated form of education. Therefore, before you decide to go to external school or transfer your children to it, consider whether you can do the following things:

  1. Organize a clear regime and schedule for classes.
  2. Create conditions for full-fledged systematic training.
  3. Explain to your child the material from a particular field of knowledge.
  4. Independently analyze any, even the most complex topic.
  5. You can organize yourself.
  6. Ability to work with reference literature and books.

If you cannot complete at least one item from this list, then there is a high probability that you will not be able to get an education with the help of an external student.

Have you decided to choose an external student? This means that you will have to work hard. Therefore, we decided to give you some valuable tips that will help make learning easier.

1. Be sure to attend all consultations. On them you can not only get a curriculum for the subject, get to know the teacher, find out his requirements, the form for passing the exam, and approximate tasks.

2. Ask your questions as early as possible.

3. Complete all tasks provided by the curriculum.

4. Do not deviate from the curriculum. If you need to learn 7 topics, learn them, do not throw away those that seem boring, uninteresting and completely useless to you.

5. Work out your study plan and daily routine. Do not forget that you should not dump all the items in one pile. Give one item an hour and a half a day, try to disassemble no more than five per day.

6. Find out the requirements for the design of work.

7. Make your plan for studying the subject. To do this, count the number of topics and exercises in them and try to distribute them evenly over the weeks.

Moscow external schools

Before the adoption of the new law "On Education" in 2012, the following Moscow external schools worked:

For external students at the Moscow gymnasium No. 710. An external student is open for students in grades 10-11. Approximate training period - 10-11 class for 8 months, 11 - for 5 months.

2. School No. 88 offered external studies for students in grades 8-11. Passage of the program of grades 8-9 is possible in a year; 10-11 per year; Grade 11 - for six months.

3. School No. 90 opened an external program for students in grades 8-11. Education for grades 8-9 and 10-11 in a year, you can finish grades 9 and 11 in six months.

4. School 2104 opened an external study for students in grades 10-11. You can finish grades 10-11 both in a year and in a year and a half. To master the program of the 11th grade - in 3 months.

5 School 1287 offers to complete grades 10-11 in a year

Regulations

Initially, the external study was provided for by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education" dated June 23. 2000. An additional document was also attached to it - “Regulations on obtaining general education in the form of an external student”, which described in detail the features of this form of education, the rights and obligations of external students.

The new law "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated December 29, 2012 does not provide for this form of education. Thus, the new law "On Education" liquidates external education as a form of education.

Nevertheless, there remains the possibility of receiving family education or self-education. At the same time, it is possible to pass intermediate and final certifications in the form of an external study.

findings

External study is one of the forms of education in which the student independently masters the curriculum. it has both its advantages and disadvantages and is not suitable for everyone. To date, the law does not provide for education through this form of education.

The same rules apply for admission to an external study as in the case of full-time studies. It is necessary to present a certificate of complete secondary or secondary special education, a medical certificate, a copy of the passport. There is no age limit for external studies.

Every university, whether state accredited or not, has the right to open an external program. However, not all universities do this. Another distinctive feature is that you can be registered at one university, and pass the final certification (only in your own specialty) at another.

External training

Like any business, external education has its pros and cons. The advantages include:

  • more free time;
  • no additional costs (for travel, meals within the walls of the university, student events);
  • the opportunity to study according to your own program;
  • the opportunity to receive a diploma earlier than the standard curriculum suggests.

There are also disadvantages:

  • in the diploma, as a rule, indicate that you received your qualification by completing an external study at the university;
  • in the post-Soviet space, it is generally accepted that the quality of education in part-time education is lower than in full-time;
  • not all students are able to independently learn the material, as well as have a large share of self-control and perseverance;
  • Not every profession can be mastered by studying externally. Thus, the majority of technical, creative specialties, where lengthy practical training is required, do not have not only an external study, but even distance learning.

Before deciding to study as an external student, think about whether you really need it so much, and most importantly, whether you can master the profession almost on your own.

The learning process is as follows. The student is given a curriculum, sample questions for study and the amount of knowledge that is necessary for the successful passing of certification. Depending on the program, lectures may or may not be included in the course of study.

The student can consult with university teachers at a specially agreed time. Checking the progress of an external student takes place in the form of passing essays, term papers, independent and laboratory work, as well as during intermediate exams. The student determines the timing of the certification himself, in consultation with the teacher. After the final certification and defense of the thesis, the student is issued a document - a state diploma.

Rights of externs

External students enjoy the same rights as ordinary students. They can use the university library, classrooms, attend practical classes. They are also entitled to three free consultations before taking the exam. The correspondence student retains all benefits in public transport, when visiting museums and libraries.
