The lesson allows you to protect yourself from the negativity emanating from ourselves, and excessive anxiety. Acceptance of reality helps to improve a person's life, helps him to change internally, teaches him to love and appreciate what he has.

Man is not perfect. Each of us has our weaknesses. They can be expressed in bad habits (smoking, addiction to alcohol), overeating, etc. And often a person makes attempts to get rid of these weaknesses, acquire new habits, and re-educate himself for the better. As a rule, this does not lead to a result. Remember at least familiar smokers. How many times have they already tried to quit, but they did not succeed. There are also successful examples, but these are few.

So, we understand that it is not so easy to change your habits. The same situation is with the acquisition of new ones. To make this process easier, I will quote some tips from M. J. Rayon's book "This Year I..."

Try naming a period of time after the new habit. It can be any period in size: day, week, month, year. For example, a day to stop smoking, a week of morning exercises, a month of weekly trips to the gym, a year of cheerful mood. Such templates act as a reminder and as a motivator at the same time.

To create a positive image of your future, you need to write yourself a letter from the future. To do this, imagine that you have already achieved what you want and have the result. Write a detailed description of your painting. This "letter from the future" is a great motivator. Also, such a “letter” is well suited for cases when you are not in the mood, you regress and give up before doing it. Every time you read the “letter”, energy will wake up in you and a second wind will open.

In order to strengthen the image of what you want in your mind, you can make a contract with yourself. This is no tricky business. Just write down everything you need to do in order to achieve the result: “I, ..., will do ...” Make this contract on a separate blank A4 sheet with a signature and date. For greater effect, ask someone to witness your contract.

From the title it is clear what will be discussed. Do not start working on yourself until you have established a system for monitoring your steps towards the goal. This is very easy to do. It is enough to build a table with your priorities and put marks.

Remember how you achieved something. It could be anything. Your task is to understand what kind of support helped you achieve your goal. Define it. And try to enlist that support as you follow up.

Try to imagine the image of what you want as clearly and clearly as possible. To do this, turn on and use all the senses. When the exercise is easy for you, it will benefit you.

Analyze your actions and successes. Ask yourself the question: “What worked for me and what didn’t?” "What can I do better next time?"

Gratitude is very important. Yes! And you should thank not someone, but yourself. Thank yourself daily. The more you thank yourself for success, the more success it will bring you.
