What are the goals of a person. Examples of goals in a person's life

Good day, dear readers of my blog! We discussed the need for goal setting many times, learned to do it correctly and point by point, adhering to the plan and classification. And today, for example and motivation, I have prepared a list of 100 goals in a person’s life, some of the points of which you may find useful and inspiring. After all, if you remember the article “about the aimless zombie man” - such an irresponsible and unconscious way of life can lead to depression. And so, when there is a plan for many years, there is no time to even get sick.

For a successful , harmonious development and promotion, and it is for this that a person sets a goal, I have identified 5 main areas, ignoring which will not provide a sense of fullness and quality of life. The main rule is not to keep this list in your head, you must definitely put it on paper. This will give responsibility to the process, and will also remind you of some things that you can completely forget, trying to fulfill the most urgent dreams for this period.

The list can be hung in a room or office so that it is in front of your eyes, or kept from prying eyes if there is information that you do not want to share with others. I wrote out other people's goals, they can serve as examples for you, because everyone has different interests and needs. Just try on each item for yourself and listen to whether it fits or not.

Let me remind you that I write about my goals here.

1. Spiritual development

To better understand why we need it, I recommend reading an article about the spiritual development of a person. In short, I can say that it is thanks to him that we can call ourselves not just a person, but a person, raise our self-esteem and level of self-confidence.

2.Physical development

In order to have enough energy for accomplishments, it is very important to monitor your health and keep fit.

  1. Do the splits

I think that you yourself understand its meaning very well, I will only add that set yourself real tasks and the amounts that you need to earn so that they coincide with your capabilities, and do not bring you to exhaustion or neurosis due to experiences. I recommend reading the article on financial freedom.

4.Family development

The role of the goal is to strengthen relations with the family, not only one's own, but also the parent's. This is the basis, so to speak, the foundation, thanks to which we accomplish feats and stand up during the difficulties that fate presents.

5.Fun

In order to feel joy and have an interest in life, it is important to take care of yourself, do unexpected things and allow yourself to relax. In this case, the energy will be enough to achieve other goals, and the level of pleasure and the value of life will go off scale. Allow yourself to fulfill even minor fantasies, some childhood dreams, and you will feel how your well-being is changing. What are they, you can see on my examples:

  1. Stay in Antarctica
  2. feed the sharks
  3. Ride in a tank

Each tick placed in front of some item will bring satisfaction, joy and pride from the fact that he was able to achieve what he wanted. Life is very multifaceted, so add your areas, your options, and in order to speed up the process of fulfilling your desire, I recommend reading an article about techniques to achieve your goals. Sometimes (or often?) we think about our goals in life. But most often we want to highlight something important, significant. And, oddly enough, that's why the work on goals and dreams ends up with a list of several unrealistic platitudes. Not even so much not real, but not supported by motivation, clarity of vision, the desire to invest in these goals and dreams until they are achieved.

Yes, I would like to have my own house. Yes, I want a harmonious and happy family - a money husband, a beautiful and faithful wife, obedient children, parents who respect me ... Yes, I want to have a salary of half a million a month. And to work less. And I want God to always help. And to forgive for sins.

Surely, many people remember the three goals of a man: to raise a son, build a house, plant a tree. Inspiring? Probably only partly. Habitual. Trite. Not unique to me.

This is probably why personal development trainings talk about the importance of writing 100 goals in life or 100 dreams. It is more modest and more popular to limit yourself to a list of 50 goals in life. And therefore, even Yandex gives hints when typing such a request. Looking for!

And it also happens that fantasy is enough for 49 goals, but for the 50th - well, no way! And so people want to see an example, a hint.

But first, let's understand what happens to us when we start WORKING FOR GOALS and try to make a list of 50 goals ourselves.

We begin a dialogue with our conscience, with our original soul, with our deepest inner "I", with that very essence of ourselves, which is often called the "spark of God" embedded in us. We open up. Because with each new item, we analyze again and again how much what we write is REALLY important to us. And we begin to find not just deeper and "uniquely my" goals, but also the motivation to achieve them!

Once, one of the co-founders of Business Youth, Mikhail Dashkiev, said that he had a real insight while talking with his father - Mikhail talked about his success in business and cool cars, and at that time his father, being behind driving an old car stuck at a crossroads... Support your parents! Let the father drive a normal car! I would like to express my gratitude to them for all that they have invested in it! This "stuck" him to the fullest! One moment - and the values of a new depth were opened. But this was also preceded by work on the goals and their achievement.

So, each new ten, perhaps, will reveal a new depth of your values and increase your motivation! And that means full speed ahead!

But if you are still interested in a hint (which you may not like), then here are completely "miscellaneous" 50 goals for someone's life:

1. Create a family
2. Raise children
3. See happy families of children
4. See grandchildren
5. See happy families of grandchildren
6. Build a house
7. Build a children's house with the children
8. Acquire several hectares of land for a house and household, for a kind (dynasty)
9. Plant a tree
10. Plant a garden
11. Plant a park
12. Grow a forest
13. Find yourself
14. Find and develop a relationship with God the Parent
15. Leave a good memory behind
16. Become an inspiration and example for your wife/husband and children
17. Become an inspiration and an example for family and friends
18. Become an inspiration and an example for others (for many)
19. Find a harmonious (balanced) life
20. Explore the world
21. Visit many cities of the Motherland
22. Visit exotic countries
23. Take a photo in front of the Statue of Liberty
24. Take a photo with the Eiffel Tower in the background
25. Learn martial arts
26. Good knowledge of classical literature
27. Good knowledge of classical painting
28. Learn to serve people, support them from the position of an older brother / sister or parent

32. Make a world discovery
33. Get into the Guinness Book of Records
34. Scuba dive
35. Skydive
36. Take a sea cruise
37. Travel around the world

42. Fly into space
43. Perform a feat
44. Get a government award
45. Read the Bible
46. Open 3rd eye
47. Learn to communicate with angels
48. Develop telepathic abilities
49. Learn to foresee the future
50. Learn to travel through time

Of course, there is something fantastic here... But the plane was also fantastic, and the ideas of personal computers were not even found among science fiction writers 30 years before their invention!!! Anything you can believe is possible!

One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is to "look forward with confidence - in the direction of your dreams" and set the right goals in life.

Most of us live like the wind - moving back and forth, from one day to the next.

But I believe that our life is not just an accident, and that we should all participate in its "design". You could call it lifestyle design.

Ever since The Bucket List featuring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman came out, more people have been writing their own goals list.

Goal setting is not just about writing a list. It is the starting point for designing the life we live. Maybe it's time for you to think about all the big and small things that you would like to accomplish in your life.

Every year, usually in December, people make a list of things they would like to achieve next year. However, these goals are short-term. 100 life goals set you more ambitious goals. Some of them will be short-term, while others may take your whole life to complete. Some tasks you can start and do right away, some will take more time.

100 life goals should be so exciting for you personally that you will have a hard time falling asleep at night! If you're not excited about your goals, then you won't be striving for them at a high enough level.

I will give an example of 100 life goals (both basic and "exotic"), but I strongly recommend making your own list. So, be patient...

The question may arise: why set 100 goals in life - so many? Setting so many goals can really test your motivation and talents in many areas and walks of life. Life is so multifaceted, and goals should demonstrate your discipline and responsible attitude towards it.

You are the one who takes control of your life. And goals are like GPS in life. They give direction and help you choose where to go in this life. Your vision of an ideal future can become a reality.

When you set 100 life goals and then evaluate your accomplishments, you can see what you've done and what you're really capable of. The very process of achieving goals will give you confidence and faith in yourself. After you have achieved one goal, you will try to achieve other goals, possibly higher ones.

You will see the great progress you have made when you look back after a while. Goals are the starting point for success. Just start...

And a good start, as you know, is half the success!

Each person has his own main goal in life, to which he aspires. Or even multiple targets. Throughout life, they can change: losing their importance, some are removed, and in their place others, more relevant, appear. How many of these goals should there be?

Successful people claim that 50 human life goals is not the maximum at all. The longer the list of your goals, the better you will be able to understand your true desires.
For example, at the age of fifteen, John Goddard set himself not even 50 vital, main goals that he sought to achieve, but 127! For the uninitiated, reference: we are talking about a researcher, an anthropologist, a traveler, a holder of scientific degrees, a Member of the Society of French Explorers, the Royal Geographical Society and the Archaeological Society, and a multiple Guinness World Record holder. On his 50th birthday, John noted that he achieved 100 of the 127 goals he set. One can only envy his rich life.
A happy person is called accomplished, successful. No one will call a loser happy - success is a component of happiness. To consider life successful, a person must achieve the 50 most important life goals by old age. Summing up the results of his life, a person compares what he dreamed of with what he achieved. But it happens that over the years it is difficult to remember many of your desires-goals, so it is difficult to make comparisons. That is why it is so important to write down the 50 most important goals in life on a piece of paper, periodically re-read the list. Another important aspect is to try to write down SMART goals. This means that your goals must meet five important criteria: specific, measurable, relevant, achievable, time-bound.
Before making a list, you should understand what is a priority, vital for a person. Air, drink, food, sleep are the 4 most important needs of organic life. The second row is health, housing, clothing, sex, rest - necessary attributes of life, but secondary. It is impossible for a person to live without satisfaction of primary needs, and without satisfaction of secondary needs it is difficult. Therefore, if at least one link in this chain is destroyed, a person suffers physically - firstly, morally - secondly. He is unhappy. But even if all the vital needs of the individual are satisfied, his life cannot be called happy. Here is such a paradox. Therefore, the 50 vital, priority goals of a person must necessarily include items, thanks to the implementation of which the primary and secondary needs of a person would be satisfied.
Listing such goals as “buy your own house” or “relax on the sea”, “do the necessary medical operation” or “cure and insert teeth”, “buy a fur coat” and “buy a car” may not be so important for complete happiness ( why - will be discussed below), but achieving them makes living on earth more comfortable for people. To meet these needs, to achieve the goals listed above, an individual needs money. And, selecting the 50 most important goals of a person, it is imperative to include an item on the list regarding the financial condition of the individual. Examples of such goals:
find a high-paying job;
open your business;
to achieve that the business brings a net income of more than $ 10,000 per month, and the like.

Demand as the main component of happiness
In addition, for the full happiness of the individual, something else is necessary. And that "something" is called recognition. Only being in demand, a person feels his significance, feels pleasure, happiness. Each person has their own criteria for recognition. For some, a simple “thank you” for the prepared dinner is enough. Others feel a sense of complete happiness from the manifestations of tenderness of a sexual partner - this is a recognition, a highlight of the individual among all others.
For some, it is enough to bring sterile cleanliness in the house and hear words of admiration from neighbors, others need to see delight in the eyes of those they meet at the sight of their appearance, figure, outfits, hairstyles. For the third, it is important to recognize them as excellent parents. For the fourth, recognition at a wider level is necessary. These fourths do not limit the circle of people they want to be recognized by, relatives, loved ones, neighbors, fellow travelers, passers-by.
These are scientists, discoverers, big businessmen, people of creative and a number of other professions. The most successful are people who receive recognition from their loved ones, friends, children, neighbors, as well as from colleagues, fans, viewers, readers - a wider range of people. It is important to add the appropriate items to the list of "50 goals in my life." Examples of such goals might be:
find your soul mate to create a family, which (who) will be such and such, for whom I will have respect, love (passion), feelings should be reciprocal;
help your son finish school successfully;
give children higher education;
defend a thesis;
release your own collection of stories (a CD of songs) or organize an exhibition of paintings.
The plot of "Life Goals":
intermediate goals
To achieve global goals, actions are needed to help move forward. Therefore, it is necessary to write intermediate goals related to advanced training, education, and the acquisition of skills. And in the list of "50 human life goals" examples of such can be:
read the collected works of Dostoevsky;
reading manuals for a businessman, authored by John Rockefeller (for example, "12 golden rules" of success);
study of life stories and paths to success of major figures of science and culture;
studying of foreign language;
obtaining a second education.
This list can be continued at your own discretion, based on the main goals.
Goals-motivators
In order to achieve the main goals, incentives are needed that occupy the position of intermediate goals. They are included in the list, designating; "50 Intermediate Human Life Goals". These goals include:
take a trip around the world;
buy a new laptop;
make repairs in the apartment;
Refresh your wardrobe for the new season.
Some may write the items "do a facelift" or "do a tummy tuck". After all, for many, improving their appearance is a hidden desire, which they are sometimes ashamed of. But when compiling a list of motivating goals, you must definitely write those that will give a person pleasure in life. These goals do not have important vital needs, but without joy and pleasure a person withers, he is bored with life, the meaning of achieving the main goals is lost.
Charity is the most important human goal
Studying the path to success of John the Rockefellers, one sees: he is a philanthropist. Donating a tenth of the profits to charity is the main rule of his life. According to psychologists, helping people is useful and extremely pleasant. Therefore, in the "50 vital goals", making a list, you should include items related to this side of life. By doing charity, one enjoys receiving recognition.
Even doing good incognito, he is satisfied by observing the fruits of his good deeds. Performing charitable acts should be included in the list of vital goals. “50 charitable goals in life” in the general list may have the items “build a shelter for abandoned animals”, “open a kindergarten for disabled children”, “regularly provide material assistance to an orphanage”, and others.(c)

There were cases when the presence of a goal saved people's lives, when, it would seem, everything is lost ... but not the goal. We have collected tried to collect examples of goals in human life. Read, bookmark and come back for re-reading and reflection, re-evaluation.

The concept of purpose and its significance

There is a law of constant dynamics. It extends to all spheres of human life. And on target. The goal is the result that a person seeks to obtain as a result at the end of all his actions. The realization of one goal gives rise to another. And if you have a prestigious job, a huge house in which a loving family is waiting for you, then this is not at all the limit of your dreams. Do not stop. Keep going and achieve them no matter what. And the success that you have already been able to achieve will help you in the implementation of the following ideas.

Purpose and its types

Setting life goals is the most important step on the road to success. It is not necessary to stop at one task and try to implement it. In theory, there are several varieties of goals in life. Depending on the sphere of society, there are three categories:

  1. higher goals. They are focused on the person and his environment. Responsible for personal development and social assistance.
  2. Basic goals. Aimed at self-realization of the individual and his relationship with other people.
  3. Providing goals. These include all material human beings, whether it be a car, a house or a vacation trip.

Based on these three categories, a person fulfills himself and. In the event that at least one target category is missing, he will no longer be happy and successful. Therefore, it is so important to have several goals at the same time in order to develop in all directions.

Get your goals right. Clearly formulated goals in a person's life provide 60% of the success of their achievement. It is better to immediately indicate the approximate time frame. Otherwise, the goal of your whole life may remain an unattainable dream.

How to set the right goal

Everyone faces difficulties in achieving their goals based on an inaccurate formulation. What goals in a person's life can be cited as an example?

  • Have an apartment, a house, a cottage.
  • Relax on the sea.
  • Get a family.
  • Provide parents a good old age.

All of the above goals are, to a greater extent, one way or another, a dream of a person. He wants it, perhaps from the bottom of his heart. But the question arises: when are his goals realized and what does he do for this?

In order to achieve the desired result, it is necessary to set a clear and precise goal. It should fit in one sentence. A clear example of the correct setting of goals in human life are the following statements:

  • To have an apartment (house, cottage) at the age of 30.
  • Lose 10 kg by September.
  • Go to the sea in the first month of summer.
  • Create a happy and strong family.
  • Take your parents to your house and provide them with a good old age.

From the above goals, we can conclude that almost all of them have a certain time period. Based on this, a person can plan his time for the implementation of his plan; develop a daily action plan. And then he will see a complete picture of what needs to be done and undertaken so that the goal in life is achieved.

How to reach your goal faster

The more energy you have, the faster you reach your goal. But energy is required of a special kind - mental. This is the energy that allows you to think, experience emotions and generally build your reality (you know that thoughts are material, right?). The problem with the average person is that the mental realm is heavily polluted. How? Various negative emotions (fear, hatred, resentment, jealousy, anxiety, etc.), psychological complexes, limiting beliefs, emotional trauma and other mental rubbish. And this rubbish gives rise to internal conflicts, contradictions that hinder the achievement of the goal.

By getting rid of mental rubbish, you get rid of subconscious contradictions and increase the power of thought. At the same time, the purity of thinking increases, which, unequivocally, accelerates the realization of the goal. Release from such a burden makes life happier and easier, which in itself is the main value for any person.. The fastest tool for clearing the mental space is the Turbo-Gopher system. The advantage of this system is that it taps into subconscious resources that are usually idle. Those. your subconscious mind does most of the work in the background while you go about your business. And you only need to read the ready-made instructions. Simple, fast and as practice shows (most importantly) - effectively. .
