Class hour on the topic: Piggy bank of class hours for high school students. Class.hour.docx - Class hour for high school students "Live or live"

The activity of the class teacher in the senior classes of the school is especially responsible. In order for the teacher to be effective, he must take into account many factors. First of all, the features of senior school age. Senior school age, or early youth, covers the period of development of children from 15 to 17 years old, which corresponds to the age of students in grades 9-11 of secondary school.

The period of youth is a period of self-determination: social, personal, professional, spiritual and moral. The process of self-determination is based on the choice of the future field of activity. However, professional self-determination is associated with the tasks of social and personal self-determination, with the search for answers to the questions: who to be and what to be, with the definition of life prospects, with the design of the future. The personality of a boy and a girl is formed under the influence of a completely new position that they begin to occupy in comparison with a teenager in society, in a team. By the end of high school age, boys and girls usually reach a certain degree of physical maturity. The period of rapid growth and development of the body, characteristic of adolescence, ends, and a relatively calm period of physical development begins. However, full physical and mental maturity occurs in boys and girls a little later.

Under these conditions, the importance of informal, confidential communication between adults - teachers and high school students - is especially obvious. The class hour, or, as it is sometimes called, the hour of communication, can help the children in answering their questions. The class hour is held for various educational purposes. Its forms can also be different (communication workshop, Socratic conversation, debate, intellectual game, defense of creative projects, etc.). The main thing is that problems that concern the children are discussed at the classroom, a joint search for answers to their questions takes place, purposeful business communication between the class teacher and students is ensured, and a healthy moral atmosphere is created when children are not afraid to make mistakes or be misunderstood.

The practice of education shows that the effect of a class hour is much higher when it is held regularly, at a specially allotted time.

The successful conduct of the class hour is facilitated by its thorough preparation, which, as a rule, includes the following steps:

Definition of the topic and form of the class hour.

Choosing a place for the class hour, its design.

Creation of an initiative group of students.

Distribution of tasks between creative groups and individual participants.

Invitation of guests and experts.

It is not always advisable to adhere to a clear class hour structure (introduction, main part, final part). It all depends on the specific content and form of the class hour. As a rule, the class teacher conducts the class hour, but in the senior classes, a prepared student may well act as the leader. An important key to the success of the class hour is the active participation of all students in it. In order for the class hour to be truly “cool”, it is important for the teacher to diversify its forms as often as possible, to show creativity, to strive so that each subsequent class hour is not like the previous one.

Below are class hours on issues of interest to high school students. The developments will help the class teacher organize effective communication with high school students, make every class hour memorable and useful for the children.

5 Class hour for high school students "The main thing is to get along with yourself"

The main thing is to get along with yourself

(class hour in the form of psychological training for high school students)

The main thing is to get along with yourself.

F.-M. Voltaire

Target:development of self-awareness of senior students, skills and abilities of introspection, reflection, activity, overcoming psychological barriers that prevent full self-expression.

Preliminary preparation: development of a synopsis, preparation of visual demonstration and handout materials, audio aids.

Visual demonstration and handout materials: list-hint of roles, sheets of A4 paper, board, markers, pencils, pastels, paints, a sponge for deleting notes on the board, audio aids, self-adhesive sheets, a silhouette of a jug cut out of a sheet of drawing paper, which is toned in yellow.

Number of participants: up to 20 people.

Course of the training:

1st part. Acquaintance, warm-up.

Exercise "Name and image". (slide 2)

The facilitator invites the participants of the lesson to get acquainted, but in a not quite usual way, it is necessary to give their name and the image with which it is associated with the participant himself. For example: Natalya is a cloud.

Exercise "I am corporal". (slide 3)

The facilitator suggests continuing the acquaintance by defining themselves at the level of corporality, that is, the participants are invited to draw a parallel between themselves and their body, some part of it and justify their answer. For example: Igor - shoulder. You can rely on me, I am reliable, I can always lend a shoulder.

Exercise "Ladder of my roles." (slide 4)

The facilitator invites each participant of the training to track who he is, what roles he “plays” in life. To do this, you need to look at the hint list, select the appropriate roles and determine for yourself which of them are most comfortable for him, and which cause some confusion, a feeling of discomfort. Then, within 3 minutes, it is necessary to think over how each participant will be able to present with the help of pantomime the role in which he is most comfortable at the moment.

Hint list: person, man, woman, daughter, son, student, student, friend, girlfriend, buddy, acquaintance, nephew, niece, lover, sweetheart, leader, tyrant, victim, observer, passerby ...

Then the participants present their most comfortable roles.

Reflectionper exercise (at the request of the participants).

Voicing by the leader of the rules of work in the group: (slide 5)

Confidential communication style;

Communication on the principle of "here and now";

Personification of the utterance (from own person);

Confidentiality of everything that happens in the group;

The inadmissibility of any assessments addressed to another: “I don’t like what I said ... I think that ... I didn’t work in class ...”;

Active participation in all exercises;

Respect for the speaker, the principle of active listening.

Discussing the rules and adopting them for the duration of the training.

2nd part. Main.

Leading. So we have decided on what roles we play in life, but what prevents us from being successful and feeling comfortable in other roles? It is possible that one of the parables will tell us the answer to this question. (slide 6)

Open Opportunities

(Parable)

One night, an angel visited one man and told him about the great things that lie ahead of him: he will have the opportunity to acquire wealth, earn a worthy position in society and marry a beautiful woman.

All his life, the man waited for the promised miracles, but nothing happened, and, in the end, he died alone and in poverty, and he never gained respect. When he got to heaven, at the gates of paradise, he met that angel and told him: “You deceived me, promised wealth, respect for people and a beautiful wife. I waited all my life, but this never happened ... ".

The angel was surprised: “Did I promise you all this? I talked about the opportunities that you had, but you did not take advantage of them.

The man furrowed his brows and gritted his teeth, “You are a liar! I didn't have any options!"

Then the angel showed him episodes from his life.

“Do you remember once you had a risky idea, but you were afraid that it would not work, and that you could not carry it out. You didn’t take action, but a few years later another person had the same idea, and now he is rich.”

“And there was another case when a big earthquake shook the city, many houses were destroyed, thousands of people lay under the rubble, and you could help them get out from under the rubble, but you were afraid of looters, and then you thought that there are others who will do it's better than you, more professional. If you had no doubts, then people would respect you for your help, because you could save human lives.

“Well, the last one. You remember that beautiful red-haired woman that you really liked, and even more, because she was not like any other woman you had seen in the past years. However, even here you thought that such a woman would never want to marry you, an ordinary person, you said to yourself: “Stop dreaming about what she and what I am, beauty and the beast.”

The man remembered everything, nodded, and tears appeared in his eyes.

The angel continued: “Yes, my friend, this woman did not love you for your appearance, she would become your wife, with her you would be lucky to have many wonderful children, with her you would be truly happy all your life.”

Reflectionfeelings of the training participants to the heard metaphor.

The facilitator pays special attention to why the person could not achieve what was possible.

Leading. Indeed, we often doubt our abilities, missing a chance, but psychologists say that a person is prevented from achieving what he wants by his complexes. What are “complexes”, where do they come from in a person and how can he overcome them, this is what we will talk about in the next part of our training.

Association exercise. (slide 7)

The facilitator invites the participants of the training to express their thoughts about what “discomfort” is. (All statements are recorded on the board.) Then the facilitator summarizes the statements of the group.

Leading. Today we will talk about how the external influence of the environment affects our internal state, how the internal state of a person can influence the external environment, that is, how the external and internal are interconnected. Please raise your hand, those who do not know the feeling of discomfort, who have never doubted themselves, their behavior? As you can see, there are very few of us. What is the reason for the state of discomfort in a person? (Answer options for group members.)

Then the facilitator invites the training participants to divide into 3 subgroups and discuss by listening to audio recordings of their peers who experience a feeling of discomfort for one reason or another. Each group must determine what in this situation relates to the external environment, what to internal sensations, establish a relationship between them and try to offer their own options for resolving the problem. (If the audience does not have the experience of collectively analyzing problem situations, then the whole group can work out one of the situations together. It happens that the group worked together quite well, a space of trust has been built within the group, and one of the participants is ready to offer their own situation. However, in this case, the facilitator it is necessary to warn others that they need to be tactful when formulating questions, not to give value judgments to the complainant of the problem, build statements from the position: “I would do in such a situation ... Maybe it would help ..., it helps me”, and the facilitator needs to provide support to the participant who has stated their problem.)

Possible situations.

1. Hello, my name is Irina, I am 16 years old.

I study in a small rural school where everyone knows about everyone and, as they say, you can't hide a sewing in a bag. In the class we have a group of guys who are fond of such a youth direction as punk rock. There is one guy among them, I really like him, but I don’t know how to tell him about it, well, so that he understands. Girlfriends say that you need to be more relaxed, more courageous and make a date with him yourself. But my mother, with whom I am very close, says that it is indecent for a girl to take the initiative herself. However, I would tell him, but I'm afraid that he will only laugh at me, because I'm not fond of punk rock, and my outfit is simple.

2. Hello, my name is Philip, I am 17 years old.

The fact is that I am not tall and I am very worried about this. In our company, I am the shortest, even friends let go of jokes about this, tease me. My father says that small stature in life is not a hindrance, but he himself is tall, and I am like a grandfather. After school, I plan to enter the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as I would like to become a military man, but will my growth cause failures in the profession, since it obviously does not help me personally.

3. Hello, my name is Angelina, I am 16 years old.

I'm tired of the dullness that surrounds me. In our class, everyone is just stupid, they are interested in rags, cosmetics, discos. I have no one to communicate with, but all I want is to find a soul mate. Our class teacher says that I have high self-esteem, pride will destroy me. Although I do not consider myself special, I also have my own interests, hobbies, I write poetry, I am fond of psychology, medicine, but I am not interested in them, I want to leave school and go to medical school, maybe I will find friends there.

(Each subgroup presents its own vision of the situation: problems and solutions.)

Reflectionto work with problem situations at the request of the participants.

The facilitator summarizes this part of the training, leading the audience to the fact that situations can be both external, related to the people around us that arise during interaction, and internal, which are associated with an inadequate way of perceiving oneself.

Exercise "Pitcher of my inner world." (slide 8)

Leading. The inner world of a person can be represented as a jug. (On the reverse side of the board, a jug cut out of a sheet of Whatman paper is already attached in advance, which is toned in yellow.) What is in this jug: a person's attitude to himself; attitude to the world around, to others, as well as those feelings and emotions that a person experiences in a given situation. All this is in constant interaction, and if a failure occurs at one of the levels, then this is reflected in all its other levels. I propose to fill this jar with what helps a person to be in harmony with himself and others, not to get hung up on difficulties, to be able to resolve them, and helps to enjoy life. Take a few self-adhesive pieces of paper and write what you think is necessary, perhaps it will be feelings, emotions, values, needs, whatever you yourself want. Once you have filled out the sheets, then go to the board and stick them on the jug. (The time for the exercise is 5-7 minutes.)

Then the host announces the contents of the jug.

3rd part. Final.

Exercise "Flower fantasies". (slide 9)

Leading. Well, now sit comfortably, try not to cross your arms and legs, put your hands on your knees or lower them along the body. Pass through your body mentally with your inner eye, feel how it relaxes, heaviness appears in your legs, arms, gradually this heaviness is replaced by pleasant fatigue, your body is filled with energy, you feel lightness in your legs, arms, head. Your breathing is calm, even, deep. Imagine yourself in a clearing among flowers. Here you can see any flowers nearby: from the most exotic and, perhaps, very fastidious care, to the most ordinary, field, pleasing to the eye of a person and not requiring excessive care from him. Take a closer look and choose the flower that you like the most. Take a closer look at it: what petals does it have, what kind of stem does it have, does it have one flower or is it an inflorescence. Feel its aroma. Pay attention to what surrounds him. Try to remember this so that you can later display it on a piece of paper ... Take a deep breath, exhale. On the count of three, you will open your eyes and be back in this room. One two Three. Do not make sudden movements, you can move your neck, fingers, toes, stretch.

Then the participants receive a sheet of A4 paper, paints, pencils, pastels to draw the image of a flower that they saw in the meadow. Drawing takes place under calm, smooth music. (Time to work - 15 minutes.) Then all participants put their drawings in the center of the circle and, if desired, talk about their feelings while visualizing and drawing.

Reflection.

The facilitator invites the participants of the training to conclude by expressing their feelings from today, what they liked and remembered. It is possible that today's interaction helped someone discover something new in themselves and learn for themselves. Then he thanks the participants of the training for their activity and trust.

My world

My world is wonderful, full of colors,

Spring, fun, beauty,

And the smell here is pleasantly sweet,

Flowers are fragrant in it.

And the clouds are flying in the sky

Shining bright under the sun

And like a haze, they quickly melt,

Moving in a light wind.

Walking a little way,

Hear how the water gurgles

And you go out the narrow path,

There is a river in front of you.

She runs, murmurs, plays

And everything shines in the sun

and washes away stones on the way,

Nobody can resist her!

And at night the power is different:

In place of the sun - the moon,

Quietly bending around the stars,

She swims relentlessly.

Silence comes,

Everyone has gone to sleep for a long time

The earth becomes deaf

And everything around is black-black.

The whole world fell asleep and fast asleep,

But there is one hope

That the river will run fast

That the wind will fly miraculously,

Introductory speech by the class teacher

Good afternoon. Today our class hour will be held in the form of a debate, and we will discuss the eternal topic about love.

The topic of our lesson is "Love is a mysterious word"

How to keep love from change

To shine, no matter how long you live?

There are separations in life, there are betrayals,

And then there are the days of love.

In the bustle with cabbage, kerosene

It's easy to get confused sometimes...

And completely forget that the eyes are blue

And that the eyebrows are black - an arc.

Bread is not bought, porridge smells like smoke -

Don't notice, forgive and forget.

We'll fix a lot of things,

And the love of the past cannot be returned.

L. Oshanin

It is no coincidence that my adult children began our conversation with a poem about love by L. Oshanin.

In a series of human properties and manifestations, love is probably the greatest and most attractive mystery. For centuries, poets and artists, actors and sculptors have sung about it in their works.

You have come to the age when you seriously begin to think about love and falling in love, about your future life, and maybe about creating your own family.

    "Brainstorm"

What associations do you have in connection with our topic? (listen to the opinions of high school students)

3. Motivational conversation on the topic “Is it possible to distinguish love from falling in love?”

Classroom teacher

You know, guys, all people are looking for the one, true love for life. Today we will talk about how to distinguish true love from falling in love.

Problem situation “I am sick. I love."

Have you ever heard such a statement? (listen to guys)

Classroom teacher

Guys, some of the meanings of love have indeed become a medical diagnosis. Recently, a sensation appeared in the media: the World Health Organization entered love into the register of diseases, assigning it the number F 63. The author claims that there really is no love, but there is only a powerful instinct for procreation, supported by a number of physiological reactions, when a person is looking for a beautiful , sometimes smart, rich ...

So, what happens, there are certain signs: selfishness, love for something, ardor of feelings. Like any illness, love has its own duration, its own prognosis, and so on.

Think, please, and tell me, what can you say about this? What is the sign of recovery from this disease? (listen to guys)

Classroom teacher

There are medical errors that can lead to terrible consequences. But lovers can also make a mistake, mistaking ordinary falling in love for love. Such mistakes can lead to a hasty marriage that will soon fall apart, to suicide, to mental illness.

Crazy love, passion, sex - these are bright, strong, sharp feelings. But psychologists do not consider them true love, but associate them with falling in love and even call it a disease, damage to consciousness. Why?

(listen to the opinions of the guys).

Yes, falling in love often passes, leaving a void in the soul. Lovers do a lot of stupid things. Sometimes falling in love is like a drug addiction...

Classroom teacher

We can say that love is the opposite of falling in love.

In fact, love is based on friendship. A true friend will never betray, will not let you down, cherishes the moments of meetings, takes care of his beloved.

So how do you find that true love? (listen to guys)

    "Traps of Love"

Classroom teacher

I want to tell you that there are many "traps".

- "Trap of wounded pride"

Let's say there is a boy in the class who gets a lot of attention from the girls. He knows and feels it. And suddenly a girl appears in his environment who is indifferent to him. This is what makes her interested in the young man. And suddenly it seems to him that he is in love. He starts wooing her. But after the girl shows feelings for him, he loses all interest in her. There are many couples whose relationships are supported by the fact that they constantly have to win each other.

"Luck Trap" Suppose a young man has a bad experience in love. All the girls he met left him in favor of others. And now he meets a girl with whom everything goes well. It is with her that he can feel like a real man. Or maybe not to meet such a girl. This trap can be thought of as the "inferiority trap".

"Common Interest Trap"

He and she are fond of poetry, they like the same musical groups ... And it seems to them that they are kindred spirits.

"Pity Trap"

Mostly girls get into it. We can say that this is a special kind of female vanity: "He will disappear without me, die." And if such a girl analyzes her relationships with young people, it turns out that she falls in love only with “unfavorable” or “vicious” young people, when you can feel like a savior, a teacher. Boys also often use this aspiration of girls, shifting responsibility for their behavior onto them: Only you can save me”, “If you leave me, then I will get drunk!

"The Vanity Trap"

It is found in the case when falling in love flares up to some "prestigious" or famous person. It is known that actresses, singers, participants in beauty contests have many fans. As for young men, their level of prestige is determined by their position in society, fame, honor. So, all prominent political figures were objects of passionate female love.

Therefore, analyzing your feelings, try to understand: is this a trap? Or maybe someone will say: “I don’t want to analyze anything. I like the feeling of falling in love, even if it's a "trap". Remember Pushkin's lines:

But pretend! This look

Everything can be expressed so wonderfully!

Ah, it's hard for me to deceive.

I'm glad to be deceived!

In the end, the choice is yours to cheat or not. But then get ready for the retribution for self-deception: disappointment, tears, unfulfilled hopes, and maybe broken lives.

    Lessons in cardiac tactics (tips)

Many young people and girls are interested in how to win the heart of a chosen one or a chosen one. Granovskaya's book "Elements of Practical Psychology" gives lessons in cardiac tactics for boys and girls.

For a girl:

Do not tell your chosen one that you miss him.

Do not repeat endlessly: "You no longer love me."

Do not make reproaches in a tearful tone, do not try to show that you are unhappy because of him.

Don't treat your loved one as your property.

Do not demand from the chosen one actions that are contrary to his nature. Women tend to love with a guarantee, and men do not understand this well.

Don't be too suspicious

Do not show panic if the beloved does not intend to marry (it means that you have not yet become necessary for him).

Try to praise a man, appreciate his qualities (especially intelligence, strength, masculinity).

For a young man:

A girl in a young man likes spiritual maturity, serious plans for the future, a sense of responsibility.

Once you've met a girl, don't ask if he's dating anyone else.

Do not often criticize your girlfriend.

Compliment her more often.

Don't torture her with jealousy.

If you happen to leave, call her regularly.

If a girl gives a photo, do not show it to a friend.

Give her more attention than others.

Do not arrange any test to test her feelings.

R. Rolland once said:“The beneficence of love is not only that it inspires us with faith in another person, but also that we gain faith in ourselves.”

If love is real, it will be with you all your life.

I asked at the top, overgrown with dogwood:

What is the measure of manhood?

attitude towards a woman! - said the sky in response.

How to measure, - I asked the ancient epic, -

Real courage in a man's heart?

Attitude towards a woman! -

She answered me.

How is love measured in a man's heart?

Attitude towards a woman!

There is no other measure, - the keepers of measures and weights answered.

And yet, my dear, remember the common truth: “ If you're going to love someone, learn to forgive first."

Class hour progress

Introductory speech of the teacher

There are many interpretations of the word "success", the essence of which is that success is significant results in achieving the goal.

The teacher gives the floor to students who give prepared reports about people who have achieved great success in life.

Success factors

- Some consider hard work to be the main success factor, others a clearly set goal, others consider good heredity, and others believe that success is luck. What do you think?

To help students, the teacher distributes cards with statements of famous people to each group. After the discussion, the groups should justify their opinion.

Success is the child of perseverance (P. Buast). The pleasure that success brings is always commensurate with the labor it cost (G. Lewis).

Only he is worthy of success in life who lived it the way he wanted (D. Morley).

Success depends on how high you can jump, pushing off from the very bottom (D. Patton).

Success will not seek you. You yourself must look for him (W. Brian).

Teacher (continues to summarize students' responses): The most difficult thing is to learn how to use the possibilities of your "I" and direct them to achieve success. Psychologists believe that one of the main steps on the path to success in life is the right goal setting. You have probably read Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. Remember Alice's first meeting with the Cheshire Cat?

“Tell me, please, where should I go?

- Where do you want to go? - answered the Cat.

- I don't care... - said Alice.

- Then it doesn't matter where to go, - said the Cat.

In this passage, one of the most important principles of life is formulated - the goal determines the direction of movement. Many people fail in life because they don't have well thought out goals.

Try to identify the main goal of your life at least for a short period of time, say, for a year and make a plan for its implementation. Reply

to the questions, what can you do yourself to achieve the goal, and what will you need the help of adults in? What qualities of character will help you, and what, on the contrary, can do you a disservice and should you get rid of them?

But just having a goal is not enough. Efforts must still be made to achieve it; have well-formed volitional qualities.

Look around, you probably know people who have achieved success thanks to their skills, knowledge, hard work and perseverance. In modern terms, they made themselves. But there are those who constantly complain that everything is not right and wrong. And instead of analyzing the reasons for their failures, they are looking for the culprit. Think about what is closer to you?

Psychologists believe that the secret of the rich and famous is not in their pathological luck, but in a fundamentally different attitude towards failures: for them, any mistake is the greatest blessing and an incentive to action! The great Edith Piaf began her career as a street tramp who earned money by entertaining passers-by with songs. She was born on the sidewalk, brought up in a brothel, got into catastrophes dozens of times, miraculously staying alive, those who later said that if not for them, not for their faith in her, she would never have become famous, but she became voice of the 20th century.

In an interview, the famous hockey player Pavel Bure said: “I am impressed by people who can overcome difficulties, a whiner cannot succeed in life, experience a sense of satisfaction from it. I try to find the positive side in everything. You can score three goals and regret not scoring five. You can win the Olympics and find a reason to be sad.”

And there are hundreds of such examples. Many people, when they talk about their plans, complain about the lack of time, as if justifying themselves in not achieving a particular goal. The experience of many successful people suggests that the sooner they learned to value time,

plan your day in detail, the faster you achieve success. A person's relationship with time is the first indicator of his personal maturity and success.

To achieve success in life, psychologists advise: choose a goal that inspires you. Cast away all doubts and fears. Make a decision and don't let yourself undo it.

Review your life experiences every day. It is better to do this in a special diary in which you will answerthree questions:

1. What was special about me?

2. What can I do even better?

3. Main tasks for tomorrow.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Remember: those who do nothing do not make mistakes.

Exercise "I Can Do It"

The teacher invites students to stand in a circle and take turns confidently, clearly pronounce the words: “I will overcome all problems, I can do anything!”

One man fell in love with the moon and yearned for her. In order to be closer to the moon, he made his dwelling on the mountain and looked at her every evening, dreaming of someday getting closer to the object of his adoration. One night, seeing how the lunar path reached his dwelling, the man decided to step on it and went to the moon. He had already gone half way without interference, when he doubted his strength, looked down in fear and fell.

What is the meaning of this parable? Summarizing the students' answers, the teacher will emphasize that on the way to your goal you need to go only forward, not looking back!

And further. There is no place for envy on the path to success in life. In order not to envy anyone, a person must develop in himself his own individual inclinations, his own unique individuality, to be himself. Envy arises first of all where we cannot find and realize ourselves. John Chrysostom said remarkably about this: “You, a man, envy a man, you rebel against someone similar to you ... Seeing your brother prosperous, you tremble and turn pale; when they ought to be boasting, rejoicing, and admiring. If you want to compete with him, then compete, but in such a way that you become like him in good glory, not in order to humiliate him, but in order to reach the same height and show the same virtues. Here is a good competition: to imitate, not to be at enmity; do not grieve for the perfection of another, but grieve for your own shortcomings.

At the end of the class hour, it is appropriate to invite students to express their opinion about what they learned new during the class hour, what else they would like to talk about, what are the advantages and unresolved problems of the class hour.

As homework, the teacher invites high school students to discuss the memo with their parents and supplement it with their thoughts.

Nine steps to success:

1. Tell yourself that you don't want to be a failure.

2. Set realistic goals, develop a plan of action and start moving forward.

3. Don't complain about lack of time.

4. Set yourself up for the fact that you will succeed.

5. Analyze your mistakes and learn from them.

6. Learn to be satisfied not only in the moments of achieving results, but also in the process of work, overcoming difficulties.

7. Believe in yourself.

8. Inspire yourself.

9. Sincerely rejoice in your successes and the successes of your friends.

The course of the classroom.

1. Parents and children take places at their tables.

2. The class teacher opens the class hour, calls the topic, class form. hours and the reasons that prompted to hold such a class hour.

3. The class teacher offers parents and children to continue the phrase: “An attentive person is ...” (3-4 min.)

4. The class teacher reports the results of the survey and offers a deeper and more detailed understanding of what attention is and how to develop it.

What is attention?

How often our children are like such an absent-minded person. Often, due to lack of attention, it is difficult for a child to study at school. The student does not seem to hear and does not see what he must learn and remember. In high school, it becomes even more difficult for him, because more and more information comes in to remember.

What is attention? Attention is the ability of a person to focus on certain objects and phenomena. From the huge amount of information that comes at the same time, a person needs to be able to isolate useful, significant at the moment, important for making the right decisions. To do this, attention helps us.

Basic properties of attention.

1. Concentration - the ability to focus on one object or some part of it. For example, on a task or the text of a textbook.

2. Attention span- the number of objects simultaneously perceived and held in the mind. What property of attention does a student need when compiling comparative tables, when studying a text in a textbook while looking at pictures, etc.

3. Sustained attention- this is the possibility of long-term concentration on the same object, problem. It is easier for a child with stable attention to prepare lessons in subjects with a large amount of text, he can do the same work for a long time, for example, solve a long problem.

4. Distribution of attentionis the simultaneous attention to two or more objects. People with this skill are said to be able to do several things at the same time: write a home exercise, watch a TV program and listen to what their parents are talking about in another room. Learning to distribute attention is difficult, but possible.

5. Switching attentionis the movement of attention from one object to another or from one activity to another. This is important when moving from one lesson to another, when starting a new business, for the quick completion of any lesson. For example, at the beginning of the lesson, the children wrote a test paper, then they answered orally, then they worked with the text, etc.

The development of attention.

Attention is not a given quality once and for all. It can and should be developed by yourself! If it is difficult or boring alone, you can do it with friends or parents. The most effective means for developing attention in children is a game or game exercise. I offer you some simple, affordable and interesting gaming activities. They can be practiced at any time, they do not require special training, any number of people, regardless of age, can take part in them.

The practical part - games and game exercises for attention.

To play the game, you need to create two teams: parents and children. Take places for the teams (at the tables). Our game is competitive. I will record the results of each game in a table (see attachments). At the end, we will find out who is more attentive with us: parents or their children? Who is the most attentive of adults and children? At the same time, we will learn to develop attention by playing.

1. "Who is more attentive?".Listen carefully to the fairy tale "The Little Fox and the Frog" by G. Yudin and count how many words with the letter "l" are in it.

In the forest, in a large puddle, lived a small frog, who was very fond of sculpting from clay. He will crawl out of the puddle, pick up clay and sit, sculpt. At first he sculpted only cakes, then he began to sculpt koloboks and lemons. Then he made an elephant and after that - a lion on skis and a horse in a boat. The animals watched, laughed and affectionately stroked the frog on the back. Only one little fox (he was jealous, or something) came, broke everything, and even teased. - greener than all the greens - a pop-eyed frog!

And this continued until the fox grew up. One day he came to a puddle, sat down next to the frog, watched him sculpt for a long time, and said sadly:

After all, I also sculpted before, but nothing worked out for me. - Nothing! - said the frog. - Don't be upset! But you dig the most cunning holes. (59 words)

2. "In the art gallery". Participants are offered an unfamiliar picture or photograph. For a few seconds, the participants look at it, then from memory they answer questions like: how many objects are in the picture, what are they in color, shape, etc.

3. "We read the press."The participants of the game receive an unfamiliar newspaper for a few minutes, and then answer the questions of the host based on the material printed in it. Be sure to ask questions such as: what is the name of the newspaper, what date is it, its number, the number of articles per page, etc.

4. "How much of what."Teams inspect the room where the game takes place and look for objects in it, either starting with any letter (s, k, p ...), or made of a certain material (wood, metal ...), or having a certain shape (round, rectangular ... ).

5. “Who got what". The host distributes any items to all participants and orders them to be immediately hidden from the eyes of the participants. Then all together, in writing or in turn, depending on the number of players, guess which item went to whom.

The final stage.

The teacher sums up the results of the game, names the most attentive participants from children and parents, expresses his admiration for the winners. Then he offers the last parting advice of psychologists to parents and children:

Play cooperative games to develop attention, invent new games yourself or purchase books with such games;

Learn to play checkers, chess, they are the “school of attention”;

Learn to be observant in everyday life, draw each other's attention to any changes taking place in the world around you.

Reflection.

Participants are invited to take turns continuing the phrase: “Today at the class hour I realized (understood) that attention ...”, then those who wish express their opinion about the class hour, its positive aspects and shortcomings. You can conduct a reflection in writing, in the form of answers to the questions of the questionnaire.

Hello dear guys. Today we have gathered to discuss a serious issue - the choice of profession. At today's event, we must find out how a person's health can seriously influence the choice of profession.

I want to remind you the rules of work:

  1. Confidential communication style;
  2. sincerity in communication;
  3. Active participation in what is happening;
  4. respect for the speaker;
  5. Do not interrupt the speaker..

Let's start class with a game. ("Everyone has their own opinion")

A sheet of paper is taken. The students' eyes are closed. Task: divide a sheet of paper into two parts and tear off one part. We open our eyes. Raise the sheet up. Are your sheets the same?(Student answers).

Conclusion: each person has his own opinion, each of us is an individual. And you should express only your personal opinion. Today we have divided you into groups based on your choice.

Shortly before our class hour, we conducted a survey on the topic “Choice of profession”, where you, answering the questions of the questionnaire, chose a certain type of work for yourself. At table I sit students who have chosen the type "Man - a sign system", at table 2 - "Man - nature", at table 3 - "Man - technology". The types of labor "Man - man" and "Man - artistic image" were not chosen by any of you.

Yes, you have made your choice - this is the optimal solution to the problem, moreover, problems with many unknown, and sometimes approximate, incorrect data. Therefore, an error is not ruled out. But the more serious you are about the task, the less likely there will be an error, the sooner you will reach the goal. It is necessary to decide which path to choose after the 11th grade.

The choice is yours!

Briefly, the formula for a “good choice” can be expressed in three words:

(formula on the board)

a good choice

need

want

I can

Interview with students:- How do you understand the formula "good choice"?(Student answers)

Conclusion of the class teacher:

  • “I want” is the desires, interests, inclinations of the individual.
  • “I can” is human capabilities
  • “necessary” is the needs of the labor market, the duties of a person to society, people, family, and so on.

Group work:

  • You must defend why this particular type of work is closest to you?
  • Who or what influenced your choice? (Answers of students in groups).

Conclusion of the class teacher.

Please tell students what 4 factors you need to know in order to choose the right profession?(Student answers).

The class teacher attaches on the board to the drawing of the aircraft (in place of 4 engines) sheets with the inscription:

  • interest;
  • inclinations and abilities;
  • the needs of society in personnel;
  • health.

Teacher's word: - In order for our "aircraft" to achieve its goal, for the "engines" to work stably, it is important that we correctly determine our choice and prepare ourselves in advance for self-realization.

Interview with students:Which of these conditions is more important? Why?(Answers study).

The view of a specialist - doctor - therapist. (About health groups)

Practical work. Brainstorm method.

Each group is given a sheet of paper with the name of the profession written on it. In 2-3 minutes you have to decide what requirements these professions impose on human health.

Group 1 "Man - a sign system" - an economist;

Group 2 "Man - an artistic image" - designer;

group 3 "Man - nature" - ecologist;

Group 4 "Man - technology" - driver.

(Student answers).

Classroom teacher:

Not only among famous people, but also in our village there are strong-willed people who were able to overcome ailments, among them are your parents.

Conclusion.

Interview with students:- And how to defeat certain diseases? What types of prevention and hardening do you know?

(Student answers)

Classroom teacher:

(Each participant is given a handout.)

1. Everyone chooses a profession, and if he makes a mistake, then he himself must learn from his mistakes, decide and act in his own way.

2. Study the profession and everything connected with it.

Pay attention to the needs, prestige, salary of the future profession.

3. Decide what you can and what you need to know.

4. Highlight a distant professional goal, correlate it with personal, family, leisure goals.

5. Do not be afraid of risk, mistakes, find the strength in yourself to correct mistakes.

6. Have a fallback in case of failure.

7. Remember, there may be difficulties on your way, plan ways and means to overcome difficulties.

8. To achieve your goal, you need to read a lot, work, think.

Generalization:

Classroom teacher:

Today we discussed such a serious issue as health affects the choice of profession. It was found out that in order for a person to maintain his health, not get sick, he must lead a healthy lifestyle: go in for sports, walk barefoot, pour cold water on himself, go to the bath more often, forget about his bad habits, combine work and leisure, relax in the fresh air. air, to love people, not to be nervous over trifles, to take life easier and calmer. Then you will be healthy, and the choice of a profession will depend solely on your interests, inclinations and abilities. You should never forget the words of the philosopher Socrates that "Health is not everything, but everything without health is nothing." Once you have chosen your future profession, if you like it, if your health allows, then everything should work out for you. I wish you great success in your studies, I want your dreams to come true.

Gaponova L.V.

2013

  1. What does the concept of family mean to you?
  2. What family is considered happy?
  3. Does family life require a lot of creativity?
  4. How to understand people close to you and be understood by them?

The course of the classroom.

Family is what we share for everyone,

A little bit of everything: both tears and laughter,

Family is what is always with you.

Let seconds rush, weeks, years,

But the walls are dear, your father's house -

The heart will forever remain in it!

Classroom teacher.

Today we are having a class hour with you called"Family and Family Values".

A family is people who are close to each other and live together. The family from the first minutes of our birth is next to each of us. If it’s bad for us, it’s difficult, if misfortune happened to us - who will listen to us, help, calm us down, give advice, protect us? Of course, people dear to us: mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, brothers, sisters - our family, the closest and dearest people to us, our support for life.

“It is bad for a person when he is alone; woe to one, one is not a warrior ”(V.V. Mayakovsky)

The family has always helped a person.

Outside the family, throughout the history of mankind, not only a normal existence, but even physical survival was impossible.

And in today's civilized world, people still strive to stick together, get along with each other, despite the difficulties associated with this.

The specifics of family education are

--- "multidimensionality" of family life,

Breadth and versatility of influences,

Conditions that are created by family members.

If they are created meaningfully and purposefully, they can become the basis for the comprehensive development of the individual.

I really want to know your opinion “What is a family”, because after a short period of time you will also become dads and moms, and you will turn on the light in your windows.

Test "Unfinished Proposal"

1. Family is...

2. My parents are...

3. The light in the windows of my house is...

4. Joy in my family is ...

5. The grief of my family is...

6. Far from my home, I will remember ...

7. From the traditions of my family, I would like to take into my future family ...

8. I would not like my future family to...

9. I think my parents' deepest wish is...

Teacher: Well done boys!

Family is

The labor collective, and moral support,

And the highest human affections (love, friendship),

And a space for relaxation, and a school of kindness,

And a diverse system of relationships with parents, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends, morality and tastes,

Manners and habits, outlook and beliefs,

Character and ideals...

The foundations of all this are laid in the family.

So family isa group of people consisting of parents, children, grandchildren and close relatives living together.

A group of relatives, friendly and united by common interests.

In modern literature it is defined as:

“A small social group based on love, marriage and kinship; united by a common life and housekeeping, legal and moral relations, the birth and upbringing of children "

The most important functions of the family are:

educational, household, economic,

social status, psychotherapeutic, reproductive,

sexual and erotic, spiritual communication, leisure.

In the life of a modern family, the functions associated with communication, mutual assistance, emotional relations of spouses, parents and children are of paramount importance.

Society's demands on the family

1. Creation of conditions for the comprehensive development of the individual.

2. Emotional support for elderly parents.

3. Raising children and adolescents based on love and trust.

The family for the child is the place of his birth and formation.

In the family, the child receives the basics of knowledge about the world around him, and in the future, the culture itself.

The family is a certain moral and psychological climate, it is a school of relations with people. In the family, the child's ideas about good and evil, decency, and respect for material and spiritual values are formed.

In family with close people he experiences feelings of love, friendship, duty, responsibility, justice.

In the family, the child is included in all vital activities -

intellectual, cognitive, labor, social, gaming, creative and others.

Classroom teacher.

“My home is my castle,” says an English proverb.

It turns out that this wise saying has a deeper meaning than we previously thought. It is difficult and uncomfortable in today's world. Ideals collapse, powers disintegrate, monuments fly from pedestals... But there are values that remain eternal and unshakable, and the family belongs to them.

The family is a world where disinterestedness, devotion, self-sacrifice reign. The family, the house is a fortress which does not give in to excitements of the most dashing time. This is a world where disinterestedness, devotion, self-sacrifice have been preserved and reign in human relations. This is a lifeline that helps us not to drown in the ocean of chaos and lawlessness, with the help of which every evening we are nailed to a calm and reliable harbor, where comfort, joy, and peace of mind reign.

What keeps our family fortress "afloat", does not allow it to collapse in this fragile world? What is the most difficult thing in family life? Of course, this is everyday, prosaic life, quarrels, conflicts. Life in the family is especially “boiling” when children, growing up, begin to believe that they have the right to their own word and to their own deed. "Difficult" age... Do you know the best cure for family troubles?

All together to laugh at them or do a common thing.

Rules of life, the implementation of which leads to mutual understanding

1. Put other people's interests ahead of your own.

2. Be devoted to your family, avoid the possibility of betraying them.

3. Be faithful and reliable.

4. Respecting other people, respect yourself.

5. Be tolerant of other people's points of view.

6. Treat people as equals.

7. Learn to empathize with others by putting yourself in their shoes.

8. Know how to forgive and do not be touchy.

9. Live in harmony with yourself and other people.

10. Be sensitive.

11. Be confident and worthy of your home.

12. Be free from lies and deceit.

13. Know how to control your desires and actions.

14. Persistently go to the goal, despite the obstacles.

Home is a hearth. This is the beginning of all beginnings. It is important to keep warm in it so that it does not cool down, but remains in the memory and heart for life. He is remembered with warmth and tenderness. Many famous writers and poets in their works with great warmth and tenderness recall the house, the native people who gave them the warmth of their souls, taught them to live and love everything that surrounds them.

"Keep the fire of the native hearth

And do not covet other people's fires, ”-

Our ancestors lived by this law

And bequeathed to us through the centuries:

"Keep the fire of the native hearth!"

We must try so that the light in your house does not go out, so that you are proud of your family, take care of its honor, write down your family tree, looking at photographs of your relatives and friends. And then the family tree of your family will be forever green, with powerful roots and a lush crown. Then you will be constantly pulled to your home.

When people truly appreciate, respect and love each other, then their family has an interesting life together. They are pleased to give pleasure to their loved ones, give them gifts, arrange holidays for them. Common joys gather everyone at a large table on the occasion of family celebrations: birthdays, name days, anniversaries. They have their own rituals for receiving guests, customs to congratulate relatives, rites of commemoration of people who have passed away dear to them. They are united by a set of spiritual values that characterize the level of development of the family, relations between different generations. The structure of their family life constantly absorbs all the best from the surrounding life, but at the same time they create a unique world of their home. Some traditions passed to them from their parents, some they create themselves. They are well aware that the observance of traditions is the path to family unity.

And what are the traditions?

Traditions:

  1. Gather the whole family in the parental home on holidays, as well as celebrate family holidays;
  2. All together to sing and play musical instruments;
  3. Invite guests and gather a feast;
  4. Collect and store family photos;
  5. Keep things that belonged to relatives as antiques and as a memory of relatives and friends.

Did you know that since ancient times there was a tradition in Russia: representatives of one family were engaged in one type of activity. This is how dynasties of potters, military men, builders, teachers, etc. were born.

The class teacher invites the children to complete the proverbs about the family:

Where there is love and advice, there is grief ... (no)

Where peace and harmony are not needed and ... (treasure)

The best treasure when in the family ... (lad)

Being a guest is good, but being at home is better)

In your house and the walls ... (help)

There is discord in the family, and so is the house ... (not happy)

Good brotherhood is better ... (wealth)

The whole family together, ... (so the soul is in place)

  1. The family is a stove: how cold it is, everyone is going to it.
  2. In the family, love and advice, so there is no need.
  3. In a family where harmony, happiness does not forget the road.
  4. The whole family is together, and the soul is in place.
  5. A tree is supported by roots, and a person is a family.
  6. Hints and reproaches are family vices.
  7. A family is strong when there is only one roof over it.
  8. The family agrees that things are going great.
  9. In a good family, good children grow up.
  10. What is the treasure, if the family is in harmony.
  11. Don't hide your failures from your parents.
  12. Consent in the family is wealth.
  13. Being a guest is good, but being at home is better.
  14. In a friendly family and warm in the cold.
  15. There is discord in the family, and the house is not happy.
  16. It is not the stove that warms the house, but love and harmony.
  17. When the family is together, the soul is in place.

Classroom teacher:

Guys, what do you think, can our class be called a family?

(students: express their opinions).

Classroom teacher:

That's right, our class can be called a family. Of course, we are not relatives, but we see each other every day at school and in the yard, we learn something new together, we rejoice together in victories and are upset because of failures. And I would like our class to become even more friendly and remain such a close-knit family until graduation.

The contemporary song says:

Parental home - the beginning of the beginning,

You are in my life, a reliable pier.

Parent's house! Let many years

Good light burns in your windows.

I think that you will agree with the validity of these words. What could be more important than a cozy home, where you will always be understood, supported, and sympathized.

In the family circle, we are growing. The foundation of the foundations is the parental home.

In the family circle, all your roots, And you enter life from the family.

In the family circle, we create life, The foundation of the foundations is the parental home.

Outside, the rain is continuous, And the house is warm and light.

And you can calmly look at the brown showers through the glass.

Here you can hide from the heat, Save yourself from a frosty day.

In a good place native - Home and pulls me.

In conclusion, I would like to say that

the most precious thing in a person's life is family. Our family is the closest people who will help in difficult times, and will rejoice at your success more than anyone else.

Remember, guys, no matter what century stands on Earth, there are indestructible values that we must cherish. The first is our family. Take care of your loved ones, be careful, caring. Our whole world passes in the family, let it be colorful, interesting and bright.

I would like to remind you of the wonderful words: "That house is good, where its inhabitants are good."

I wish you all mutual respect and harmony. May it be warm, sunny and comfortable in each of your houses and our common big house.

Thanks to all!

Course progress.

For most of us, "communicating" is primarily talking, talking and nothing more. Meanwhile, “communication” is a deeper concept. The famous philosopher L. Feuerbach defined the meaning of communication as follows: "Communication ennobles and elevates, in society a person involuntarily, without any pretense, keeps himself otherwise than in solitude." Is it so important to be able to communicate in our time? What does a person need for proper communication? Can communication be learned? Let's try to figure it out during the class hour, which we will hold in the form of a practice game "Kayaking in the Amazon".

The game "Hiking the Amazon in kayaks."

The teacher announces that he wants to organize a canoe trip in the Amazon, recruits a team and invites the children to become participants in the trip. Each of the participants of the trip can take only one personal item, preferably necessary for the trip. The teacher gives an object (pencil), says “please”, the students take the object and take turns saying the phrase “I am going on a hike and I will take it with me ...”. The teacher names those whom he will gladly take with him on a hike, and those whom he doubts.

Naturally, children have a question: why did the teacher say so? The teacher explains that it is better to go camping with polite, considerate people. Therefore, he first of all wants to take those who, in response to his “please”, first said “thank you”, and then named the item necessary for the campaign. We turn to the question on the board, write down the words "politeness", "attention to other people"

Departure for a hike. The participants of the campaign get up, as if in a kayak and depict swimming (rowing with oars). The teacher reports that during the voyage serious trials await them, they must be prepared to overcome them. The first test is a sharp turn in the river. Danger: the boat can capsize, and the water is full of piranhas and crocodiles! (sailing participants begin to row in concert, changing the course of the boat). The second test - the helmsman of the boat is tired and asks to be replaced. The last member of the boat's crew should take his place. (children change places, trying not to go beyond the edges of the boat). The third test - ahead of the waterfall! Let's row to the shore! (participants of the campaign must quickly decide which way to row). Finally, the boat comes ashore. On the shore, together with the teacher, the guys analyze the course of the journey, tell how easy or difficult it was to swim and overcome obstacles. The main thing for the teacher is to bring the children to the conclusion that mutual understanding, mutual assistance, and respect are necessary for successful teamwork. (writing on the board) Continuation of the game. “Unexpected guests” - the expedition was noticed by local residents - the natives and came to get acquainted. then from the participants of the campaign). The team receives a task - to explain to the guests, find out where you can get fresh water and food? Since the natives do not understand the Russian language, they will have to communicate without words. You will also have to explain to the natives who you are, where you came from and where you are going. At the end of a fun "conversation", the teacher leads the children to the conclusion that it is easier and more convenient to communicate with the help of words, language. (writing on the board)

Game over. Students take their places at the tables and turn to the entry on the board "What does a person need to communicate?". The teacher encourages students to always remember these simple rules of communication and learn to communicate.

Conclusion.

The teacher thanks the children for their active participation in the class hour, the game, and ends the class hour with the words of Pieron: “A child at the time of birth is only a candidate for a person, but he cannot become one in isolation: he needs to learn to become a person in communication with people.”
