- The book details how a public speech is built. It should have an introduction, a middle and an ending. Each part of the performance has its own goals and there are certain intonations and rhythms in it.

Sincere confession. When I first came to these courses, I was terrified. After the first speech (self-presentation) I was shocked by the quality of the speech (very poor, although it seemed to be an easy topic) and by the negative and abundant feedback that I was given.
