Results of the competition "The best mother tongue teacher-2017"

On November 28, the Udmurt State National Gymnasium named after Kuzebay Gerd hosted a face-to-face round of the Republican competition "The Best Teacher of the Native Language". The finalists passed tests on 4 competitive tasks: "Business card", a master class, a press conference on the topic "Actual issues of teaching native languages ​​in conditions of bilingualism and multilingualism", "My hobby".

According to the results of the full-time round, the absolute winner of the competition (the best teacher of the native language) was the teacher of the Udmurt language and literature of the MBOU “Ludorvai Secondary School named after the Hero of the Soviet Union A.M. Lushnikov" Zavyalovsky district N.N. Merzlyakova. It is she who in 2018 will have to defend the honor of Udmurtia in the All-Russian master class for teachers of native languages, including Russian.

The remaining finalists were awarded in the following categories:

"Teacher-innovator" - I.M. Evdokimova, teacher of the Udmurt language and literature, MKOU Staro-Shudyinsky basic comprehensive school of the Alnash district;

"Teacher-researcher" - N.Yu. Shirobokova, teacher of the Udmurt language and literature, MBOU "Muvyr secondary school" of the Sharkansky district;

"The best master class" - V.A. Ivanova, teacher of the Udmurt language, MBOU "International Educational Complex" Harmony "- School No. 97, Izhevsk;

"For high pedagogical skill" - M.A. Araslanova, teacher of the Tatar language and literature, MBOU Pochinkovskaya basic comprehensive school of the Yukamensky district;

"Teacher-mentor" - N.V. Golubina, teacher of the Udmurt language and literature, MBOU "Byginskaya secondary school" of the Sharkansky district.

Rejoicing reigned in the hall, pride in the winners, and the joy of the finalists knew no bounds. The teacher of the native language, behind whom stands the future of the language and the people, causes deep reverence, admiration and respect.





The organizer of the event is the Center for Ethnocultural Strategy of Education of the Federal Institute for the Development of Education.

This competition is one of the mechanisms for the implementation of modern language educational policy established by federal legislation, the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It has been held since 2007 and is a federal platform that brings together teachers of general education organizations whose activities are aimed at preserving the languages ​​and cultures of the peoples of Russia, and the formation of an all-Russian civic identity.

From the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Taleeva Natalia Gennadievna, a primary school teacher of the NAO Nelmin-Nos Basic School, took part in the competition. She successfully passed the correspondence stage and was invited to participate in the internal stage.

This year the competition was held in three stages:

I stage - correspondence. It was attended by 123 teachers from 56 subjects of the Russian Federation. At this stage, online from September 15 to October 15, 2017, on the official website of the competition www.vmk2017.ru, teachers registered their competitive materials (essay "My pedagogical findings", scientific and methodological development of lessons and extracurricular activities, author's programs, articles, video clips lessons, materials of educational work aimed at the formation of an all-Russian civic consciousness). All incoming applications were pre-moderated for compliance with the requirements.

Stage II - was held from October 16 to November 1, 2017 and consisted of the work of the jury.

Stage III - final (full-time). 41 teachers from 32 constituent entities of the Russian Federation were invited to participate. This year teachers of the languages ​​of the small peoples of the North of Siberia and the Far East were invited to teach the Even language from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Khanty and Mansi languages ​​from the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the Nenets language from the Nenets and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs, the Nanai language from Khabarovsk Territory.

The face-to-face stage included competitive tests: “National costume on the podium”; “Master class” (a video clip of a ten-minute lesson demonstrating the use of methodological methods for studying the languages ​​of the peoples of Russia in the status of native languages ​​based on the dialogue of cultures); “Methodological commentary on the lesson”, “Exhibition of scientific and methodological developments” and participation in the round table “State language policy in the Russian Federation: problems and prospects”.

The competition was judged by a competent jury.

By the decision of the jury, the Grand Prix of the Silver Pen competition was awarded to Uchevatkin A.A., a teacher of the Erzya language of the Lyceum No. Saransk Republic of Mordovia.

Congratulations to Natalya Gennadievna Taleeva with the III prize-winning place along with the teachers of the republics of the Russian Federation. It should be noted that among the best results of the participants from our district (and teachers of the languages ​​of the indigenous peoples of the North) in this competition is also the III prize-winning place of Davydova T.Yu.

The competition is held annually in order to identify, support and encourage creatively working teachers of native languages ​​and literatures, as well as to increase the role of national languages ​​in the organization of the educational process.

This year, 49 applications from 38 municipalities of the republic were submitted to participate in it, but 12 participants passed to the stage of face-to-face rounds. The competition will last three days and the first test for the contestants will be the "Study lesson on the subject and its introspection", in which the jury will evaluate the level of professional competence of teachers, as well as the innovativeness, creativity, reflexivity of their pedagogical activity.

Bariyat Hajiyeva, consultant of the general education department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Dagestan, noted that holding such events has a positive effect on the quality of teaching native languages ​​in schools. “Teachers see that their work does not go unnoticed, and we identify among them gifted and creative teachers who use innovative technologies in the classroom. We make it clear to our schools that great attention is paid to the mother tongue, which has a positive effect on the incentives of teachers,” Hajiyeva said.

During the competitive tests, the participants will have to demonstrate their attitude to the learning process, knowledge of teaching methods and techniques for constructing lessons, the originality of the approach to solving the problems of education, upbringing and development in unity.

Khadizhat Alibakhmudova, teacher of the Dargin language at the Caspian secondary school No. 6, has been teaching for 17 years, 10 of which she has been teaching schoolchildren in her native language. According to her, participation in such competitions helps teachers to share their accumulated experience and, in turn, take something new for themselves.

“Native language is like a thread that connects a child with a mother. Without learning our native language, we lose the culture and history of our people. The better a child is able to understand his own culture, the easier it is for him to understand and accept the culture and history of another nation,” Alibakhmudova said.

The jury of the competition included representatives of the department of native languages ​​and literatures of the Dagestan Institute for the Development of Education, scientific institutions, specialists from educational authorities and participants in the competition of previous years.

The results will be summed up on March 16. The winner and prize-winners of the competition will be awarded cash prizes: 1st place - 20 thousand rubles; 2nd place - 15 thousand rubles; 3rd place - 10 thousand rubles. In addition, the winner will take part in the All-Russian stage of the competition of native languages, which will be held in Moscow.

Stages of the competition
The first stage - school - is carried out by general educational institutions (November-December 2016). The second stage - municipal - is carried out by the education authorities of districts, cities (January-February 2017). The third stage - republican - is carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Dagestan (March 2017).
The winners of the first stage of the competition participate in the second stage,
the winners of the second stage - in the third stage of the competition. One participant is nominated for the final Republican stage of the competition - the winner of the regional, city competition in subject-language nominations.
For the organizational and methodological support of the competition, educational institutions and relevant bodies create organizing committees that establish the procedure and deadlines for holding the stages of the competition, determine the procedure for their conduct, approve the composition of the jury and the rules of work, the procedure for financing the stages of the competition.

The Republican stage of the competition "The best teacher of the native language" consists of 3 rounds.

First round (correspondence).
A significant role is given to the correspondence round of the competition - "Self-presentation".

The second round "Educational lesson on the subject" (first-second day).
The duration of the lesson on the subject is 40 minutes, including 10 minutes for analyzing the lesson and answering questions.

Third round (third day).
- the first task - "Class hour" (time limit up to 20 minutes).
The five contestants with the most points for the first task are allowed to complete the second task.
- the second task - "Educational project" (time limit - up to 15 minutes, including answers to questions).
According to the results, the winner and prize-winners of the competition, who took the first, second and third places, are determined.
