And so the man set himself the goal of becoming conscious, he created an intention (he decided within himself that awareness would happen to him sooner or later). He didn't know how it would happen to him, but he knew that sooner or later it would happen.

He began to meditate, he constantly fell asleep or his thoughts carried him away into lulling pictures. Then he started already in life, wherever he was, and whatever he did.

  • managing your mind and consciously directing attention makes it possible to create the kind of life that a person chooses, because it is our attention that creates our reality (if attention is on the good, there is more positive in our life, if on the bad, then more negative);

How to come to the transformation of consciousness

All that is needed is to create the intention to become aware. You should decide internally and be sure that sooner or later a glimpse will appear between the clouds (thoughts) and you will touch your own consciousness. It happens to a person by itself.

Before a glimpse, it is impossible to do anything that you do not, you will consider the clouds as the sky, since you have never had a gap between thoughts.

As soon as there is more consciousness than mind in your life, your consciousness is already transformed. You will no longer believe your mind and take its tricks seriously. You won't take your thoughts seriously.

Today I am writing an article at the request of one person, about the transformation of human consciousness, how it went and is going on with me.

We all know that now there is a global change in the consciousness of the planet, a change in energy flows. Moreover, some of us see and feel these changes inside, while others live their own lives, live as always, but they will not understand the reason, since the changes will be insignificant.
Everything, of course, depends on the person himself and his desire to abandon the old energy.

The transformation of human consciousness is the loss of the past worldview, old programs, patterns, beliefs, hooks that kept you afloat, but did not allow you to touch the new life, the one that your soul truly desires. The transformation flows smoothly and imperceptibly, this is the period when the soul wakes up.

I'll tell you briefly how it was for me at the very beginning, perhaps someone will find themselves in these lines, support:

I remember a very difficult period for yourself, as if the world was shaken, your backbone, the core disappeared, you can no longer hold on to the old knowledge, there was a feeling of some kind of abandonment and insecurity. The old truth is no longer your truth. a new one has not yet been born, such a period of uncertainty. A lot of fears and misunderstanding of myself surfaced on the agenda, but just those changes surfaced that needed to be transformed, I realized this later. I didn’t understand where the truth was and where the lie was, for me it didn’t matter at that moment what was happening in my life ...

It lasted for about a year, at that moment I lost myself altogether, I had no desires, goals, aspirations, and I did not understand what I want to get from life, why I live, what changes I need. Moreover, I saw and noticed the truth of other people, I agreed with it, because I had not yet found my own, there was a feeling that I was not living my life, "like a puppet."

I made the decision to step on my fears that were taking away my energy. This is the most progressive path of change in life that I know of in terms of this stage. Proceeding from this, a movement began, a change in reality, a change in thoughts. That is, more work was at the level of physics, but there was still not much interaction with the soul. Stepping on fears is unpleasant, but it is possible and necessary 🙂

The next very important stage in the transformation of consciousness is a change in the internal dialogue and thoughts in which you spend the most time. I won’t say that it was easy, but reality literally adapts to you and your thoughts if you change them and repeat them many times, making them a new truth.

I tried to be in silence, without thoughts, and I will be frank, at these moments the most important truth comes, revelations, knowledge, information, ideas that push you to development.

You begin to hear yourself, hear your soul, and understand your desires. The happiest period when you realized why and what you want!

Forward movement will always go on, and then something incomprehensible began, it touched some areas of my life. The cleansing, cleansing of the physical body has begun, the vision has changed, the understanding has changed, the whole picture, the mosaic, you already see and understand much more.

You hear what an information field is hovering around people, the environment has completely changed, the circle of friends, relationships with a partner. I realized that we have become different, different thinking, perceptions and desires, as a couple, are absolutely incompatible. This is a rather difficult period when it is necessary to make a decision to leave everything behind with love, and move on. A very difficult period for me.

Quantum changes in life for someone will take place gradually and smoothly, and for someone quickly and painfully. My changes went through problems, through conflicts, I got to the very bottom, to the very thick of my experiences. At this moment, it is important to see the whole picture and understand that you created these changes yourself. Tune in to the right wave, and of course something needs to be done, the soul will always tell you about it.

It is important to remember always about 100 full responsibility!!!

The next stage is the cultivation of love, respect and recognition of their value. I used to think that I had love and respect, but it was an illusion. Self-love is when you hear your inner state, protect it, choose with whom to communicate, what to do so as not to violate this state, learn to follow your truths. This is when you accept yourself, your shortcomings, your body, forgive yourself and let go of resentment. This is the heyday...

At this stage, your psychotype changes, you learn to hear your desires, soul, impulses, you learn to say no, speak your mind and protect your interests. It happens smoothly and imperceptibly. At this moment, you are more like an "overflowing cup", and you want to share this state, to do something good, you shine, in a word. True love and respect for the environment is manifested, you already accept people as they are, their choice and their path, without violating your integrity.

People begin to be attracted to you, events that further increase this vibration.

At this stage, I am also developing, there are promises for very large changes in life, but indecision, some uncertainty, uncertainty sit inside. I know that readiness comes when you are ripe. This year is also decisive for me, because I have identified it as the starting point for myself to these changes.

What helped me and helps me along the way?

Meditations, solitude and inner silence, practices, action, expressing one's desires and working on attitudes on paper, learning, reading. Relatives and friends, kitty Masya, nature, physical activity (swimming), proper nutrition, drinking 8-10 glasses of water (cells and old programs are cleaned. Everything superfluous is gone), taking vitamins and minerals (more resources are spent, both psychological and and physical). Hobbies, music, diary and planning your day, affirmations, visualization ().

What can you meet on the path of transformation that makes you want to go back?

Misunderstanding, disapproval, condemnation, the loss of some people from the close environment, the release of trapped emotions, doubts, fears, insecurity, the loss of the old, for which he held tight, conflicts, a feeling of devastation! In general, there are nuances, everything that I described will take place in the degree of novelty in which you are ready to accept. This path is interesting, therefore, everything described above is normal when you transform into a new one. Later you will still find like-minded people, a new circle of friends, people similar in terms of sound, understanding, love and warmth. Today we will talk about the transformation of consciousness. You can find a lot of information on this topic on the internet. Some say that the transformation of consciousness is the transition from one's past worldview to a new, more independent and liberated worldview.

Others argue that the transformation of consciousness is a kind of exit of consciousness to a new, higher quality level. This implies a smooth change in consciousness, which sometimes is not even noticed by a person. But few people mention that the transformation of consciousness occurs continuously, throughout the whole life of every person living on earth.

Let's look at the transformation of consciousness in more detail, so that it becomes clear to you what it is. To begin with, if you look at your life, you will see that throughout it, your consciousness is constantly transforming. It changes from day to day, but it happens so smoothly that you don't even notice it.

The only way to see this clearly is to look back. If you remember yourself five years ago, you will be surprised at how naive or restless you were at that time. How much aggression, impatience and maybe even stupidity were in you. You will understand that today you have become a completely different person, and this will be a direct indication that a certain transformation of consciousness has taken place inside you, which has affected your perception of the world around you.

How is the transformation of consciousness.

When you were born, you didn't have any beliefs. Your mind was clear, like a child's tears. It appeared from nothing and drew the whole universe in front of you. You did not want it, but it manifested itself and from that moment you became an unwitting witness to this universe. Then you did not even think about the fact that there is such a thing as the transformation of consciousness.

Then, as you grew (mature), you began to learn from your parents that you are a person, that you are a person, that the earth is round and the universe is infinite. At first, it was nothing more than words for you, but then you suddenly saw the depth of the meaning of all these words. You believed that you were human and at that moment a profound transformation of your consciousness took place.

From an ordinary formless existence, you have moved into a form-framed existence. Before this transformation of consciousness, you were one with the entire manifested world, and after it, you became limited by “your” form. To this day, you endlessly limit yourself to the size of your body. To this day, you think you're nothing more than human.

At the moment when you believed that you are an ordinary body (person), various problems and experiences began to appear in your life. Looking at the world from an individual point of view, over time you have forgotten how to see the whole. Therefore, when troubles happen to you, you begin to worry because of them, because you do not see the whole picture of what is happening. And this pushes you to look for answers to various questions about the structure of the world, about the transformation of awareness, about enlightenment, which will help you get rid of unnecessary experiences.

Why do we need a transformation of consciousness.

In your life, various moments constantly happen that teach you something. All sorts of situations happen in your life that affect the transformation of your consciousness. Your life is teaching you its lessons so that you finally understand that there is nothing in it that you could worry about.

Each new situation, each new lesson makes you stronger. The stronger you become, the calmer you become. If five years ago you were worried about some kind of trouble, today they seem like baby talk to you. Your consciousness was transformed, and now you began to understand that those situations were not worth your attention at all.

When you understand that all the troubles that can happen to you throughout your life are not worth even a grain of your attention, then another profound transformation of consciousness will take place inside you. Then you will experience such harmony and peace that you never dreamed of.

Answering the question why we need the transformation of consciousness, I can only say one thing - it is necessary so that we stop wasting our energy on unnecessary experiences. In any case, the result of all this action will be a return home, to a state of absolute harmony - to where we all came from in this world. In the beginning there was nothing, in the end there will be nothing left. Does it make sense to worry about what is now ?!

What is the transformation of consciousness.

Concluding the article, I cannot do without explaining what the transformation of consciousness really is. In short, the transformation of consciousness is a smooth transition from one state of perception of oneself or the world to another. Sometimes this transition occurs upwards and then we find ourselves in a more harmonious state. Sometimes it goes down and then we return to chaos.

The final transformation of consciousness will occur at the moment when you go beyond consciousness itself. When you understand that everything that happens is possible only thanks to consciousness and only within consciousness. And consciousness, in turn, is possible due to your existence, or your being.

In the beginning there was nothing, and for you it meant absolute harmony, in which there is not even a hint of at least some movement. Then, without your desire, consciousness arose and the whole universe appeared, with its incessant movement. After that, you believed that you are a person and the first serious transformation of consciousness happened to you.

Now, throughout your life, your consciousness is transformed imperceptibly, because all this transformation of consciousness is stretched out for many years. But, despite this, it is aimed at you returning to that harmony in which consciousness appeared, and in which there is not even a hint of experience. Well, or at least in the state in which you were before you believed that you were a person.

As a result, at the moment of death, this consciousness will fade away and for you it will again mean absolute harmony. All movement will stop and you will not even remember what you once experienced because of some trifles that are happening in your life today. But you have the opportunity to return to harmony before you die. To do this, you need to understand that this whole world is temporary, and there is nothing in this world that could excite you. Once you understand this, another major transformation of consciousness will happen to you.

Suddenly you stop participating in what is happening. Everything that comes to you will be accepted without the slightest resistance on your part. You will understand that there is no need for experiences, because your whole life is just a short flash of consciousness that occurred against the backdrop of incessant harmony. Your life is just a short break in your natural harmonious state. This is what transformation of consciousness means.

Success is not only a struggle

I grew up in a tough competitive environment. We were raised in the ideology of a hostile environment, all spheres of life were saturated with the philosophy of struggle: the struggle against strangers, the struggle for the harvest, the struggle for peace, the struggle, in the end, with oneself to be the best and worthy. Part of this philosophy is that you must achieve your goals through blood, sweat and tears; you can get something only by losing the equivalent; and the obligatory requirement is to defeat everyone around.

When my son Nikita was very young, he once pointed to a beautiful car on the street. Hearing from me that the car is expensive, Nikita offered to win it in the lottery. I then began to explain to him that no, it won’t work out that way, in order to get this car, you have to work long and hard. Then my wife asked why I do not even consider the possibility of getting something easily and with pleasure, why I do not believe myself and deny others the opportunity to believe in luck.

To live in constant competition is, as our professor Moti Kristal jokes, to constantly hold a hammer in your hands, then everything around automatically turns into nails. My personal task is to learn how to use different tools.

Personality Transformation: Follow Your Priorities

We always owe something to someone. When there are too many obligations, sometimes you catch yourself thinking that you are not the hero of your own life, but a victim of the schedule and promises to employers, colleagues, parents, children and friends. This is probably the main conclusion that I made over the past year: even in the face of constant demands and “environmental disturbances”, you are able to influence your choice. You are not at all a victim of circumstances, you are not controlled by external events and the mood of other people. It's a matter of focusing more on your own goals.

The transformation of personality began with the fact that I began to refuse more often, say "no", leave, not participate, explain why I cannot join various initiatives and support someone's projects. This attitude does not go unnoticed. Some acquaintances consider this snobbery, someone is offended and does not accept my explanations, but I will be honest: by refusing others to fulfill all their desires, I did not lose anyone really close and dear.

We were taught that being selfish is very bad, but I cannot call the inner focus selfish. If you set high goals for yourself, if you want to change the world around you, if you are consistent in achieving these goals, then it takes a lot of time and effort to choose the main thing. All these multiple "nos" allow you to focus on the really important "yes" that would otherwise not happen.

Sport as a source of energy for movement

We all live up to a certain age in the happy delusion that our health will last forever, that you can treat yourself quite carelessly - work to exhaustion, smoke, drink alcohol and overcome the breakdown the next morning. Yes, this is a certain courage, exactly until you realize that such an attitude towards your body is contrary to all your other goals. I am close to the theory that a person is fully developed if there is a unity of the physical, mental and emotional. Only such a mix gives strength and desire to move forward. Sport for me is a source of physical and mental energy.

Last year, I started running marathons myself - for me, running has become the very sport that allows me to withstand long loads. It began as a desire to understand why so many of our graduates are almost professional in this sport, and was the result of a fashion fad, but unexpectedly for myself led to the fact that in late November I ran my first full marathon in Valencia. Marathon is good efficiency. Not in the sense that I think about work while running, but quite the opposite - I don't do it at all. This is a meditation that makes your brains shut up and be here and now.

The marathon for me is also a story about strategy, it teaches how to distribute the reserve of forces over 42 km, how to motivate yourself to reach the final when it’s hard for you and you forget why you got involved in this story at all. And yes, running is not the only way to get energy - but any way to hear your body will be a victory.
