1980 July. In the Regional Department of Public Education, in connection with the problem of staffing (there were not enough kindergarten teachers in the city), it was decided: to open the Sverdlovsk Preschool Pedagogical School in the building along Tveritina Street, 20; appoint Alevtina Vasilievna Razumova as director.
