* Pre-holiday days, on which the duration of work is reduced by one hour.

Everyone is looking forward to New Year holidays, because they are expected to have long weekends. What the Government of the country has prepared for the citizens of Russia these days, you can already find out from the calendars. They give answers to all questions - how we relax in December 2018 and how we relax in January 2019. The decisions of the Government on the postponement of the holidays that will fall on the calendar weekend are already ready.

But even before the new year, many Russians are waiting for the forgotten holiday Day of the Constitution of Russia, which is celebrated on December 12, 2018. In the outgoing year, it will be on Wednesday, a regular working day. The Constitution Day of the Russian Federation is a solemn day for all Russians. The new Constitution was adopted by an all-Russian referendum on December 12, 1993, and in 1994 a Presidential Decree declared it a day off, a holiday of national importance.

However, already on December 24, 2004, the State Duma introduced an amendment to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and since December 12, 2005, it has become an ordinary working day, despite an important state celebration.

How Russians relax in December 2018

Statistical services, based on the results of a survey of Russian citizens, provide official data. 71% of citizens would like to relax in those offered by the government, and only 20% of Russians opposed long holidays.

Before the New Year's celebrations, Russians in December are waiting for 21 working days and calendar official holidays - 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 30. Catholics living in Russia will celebrate their Christmas on December 25, Tuesday. But from the 29th, transfers of working days begin according to the law. December 29, Saturday, will be a working day.

However, according to Art. 95 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, this is a pre-holiday day, so it is reduced by an hour. Saturday itself is postponed to Monday, December 31st.

So the Government of the country gave the Russians two days off before the troublesome and cheerful celebration - on December 30 and 31. They are most welcome for New Year's preparations: in the kitchen, every housewife gets time for pre-holiday chores.

January holidays 2019: how many days

At the same time, the norms of working hours in December according to the main production calendar remain:

  • 40-hour week - 167 hours, 21 working days with a shift duration of 8 hours; 36-hour week - 150.2 hours;
  • 24-hour week - 99.8 hours.

It is worth considering that not all members of the Chambers of Government liked the initiative of long New Year holidays. They are based on the calculations of the tripartite commission that regulates social and labor relations. According to them, official working days, days off, and holidays have already been approved for 2019.

According to this calendar, the number of working days in 2019 will be 247, days off - 118. January transfers violate these calculations to some extent.

Officials are against 10 days off, because according to their calculations, during the holiday rest of Russians, the country's economy will miss more than 10 billion rubles. On this basis, G. Onishchenko calls to go to work as early as January 2, from the beginning of the working week of the new year. Supporters of the Liberal Democratic Party are also against the long weekend.

Their opinion goes somewhat into other calculations: they believe that the habit of Russians to drink a lot of alcohol on holidays takes the lives of people who die from, which will reduce the country's population.

New Year holidays 2019

Deputies raise the issue of shortening the New Year holidays every year. The last time they prepared such a bill and submitted it to the State Duma six months ago. Their decision is to rest strictly according to the calendar - December 31 and January 1.

When will you celebrate the New Year?
    Vote

How we relax in December 2018, January 2019, the current calendar is already telling. January brings the main vacation surprises:

  1. January 1, Tuesday - a holiday.
  2. The New Year holidays will last from Wednesday, January 2 to Tuesday, January 8.
  3. These days also include the Orthodox day of the Nativity of Christ, January 7th.

In total, starting from December 30, Russians expect a 10-day vacation. Arranging holidays for Russian citizens for 10 days is an initiative of the Ministry of Labor, their idea was actively supported by the entire Government.

Rescheduled January holidays

Of the transfers of days, only the announcement in December of the 29th is expected to be a working day, after which Monday, December 31 will become a day off.

January weekend, falling on the 5th and 6th - Saturday and Sunday, new year holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation are considered non-working, therefore they are officially postponed to the 2nd and 3rd of May, Thursday and Friday.

How many days we rest in Russia

First work week 2019 will start on January 9th. It is short according to the calendar - 3 days, psychologists are convinced that this fact will allow the Russians to easily enter the working rhythm. After all, there is an old Russian saying “as we rest, so we work.”

In addition, January also brings unofficial holidays, which will help to continue the New Year's fun. You can also relax in an informal setting.

So the Russians will celebrate from January 13 to 14, although it will be the night from Sunday to Monday, just before the start of the next work week. Many citizens will, according to an established tradition, celebrate the Orthodox holiday on January 19 - the Epiphany of the Lord.

It falls on a Saturday, so it will be possible to devote another weekend to the celebration. Who will just sit for a while, and who, according to the Orthodox tradition, will plunge into the hole in the hour appointed by God.

Young people are waiting for another cheerful, full of enthusiasm and jokes, students' holiday - Tatyana's Day, which will be on the 25th, on Friday. The day before the weekend will allow students to celebrate the holiday with fun and revelry.

Government Ideas

The proposals of the Government of the country go beyond the usual New Year's thinking. Deputies of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation are against the long January holidays, but they came out with the initiative to introduce public holidays the day of the annexation of the Crimea and the renewed day of the October Revolution. Their proposals are proposed to be submitted for public discussion, so the fate of the proposed holidays remains unclear.

Modern education is subject to constant changes due to the ever-growing flow of information. Now new requirements are being put forward for students and applicants, which require not only deep knowledge in the subject, but also a clear, quick ability to work with information. This also affects the knowledge testing system, its type of assessment.

What is central testing, what is it eaten with

Central testing implies a whole procedure for independent testing of knowledge of students and those entering secondary or higher educational institutions (valid in Russia and Belarus).

In Russia, tasks and tests for the shopping center are developed by the Ministry of Education in almost all subjects that were studied at school, among them the most basic:

  • In Russian (mandatory subject for testing).
  • Mathematics (mandatory subject for testing).
  • By physics.
  • On literature.
  • By biology.
  • In English and so on.

Kinds centralized testing :

1. The main state exam after the end of the 9th grade "GIA". The GIA is an analogue of the Unified State Examination, but with a “lite” version. This certification allows the student, after receiving the results, to enter colleges, technical schools or continue their education in the senior school.
2. Unified state exam for graduates of grade 11 "USE". is also carried out in all schools, its results allow you to enter universities and secondary prof. educational institutions.
3.Intermediate testing. Intermediate testing is a recent introduction to assess the progress of students of the "transfer link" (4,5,7,9, 10-11 grades). Also, a similar structure can be used in universities, colleges and technical schools for accreditation, it helps to identify the effectiveness of training, professionalism and scientific base.

The constant transformation of testing delivery: the reasons

Initially, testing was carried out in 2001 in one of the subjects of Russia. The USE was conducted in an experimental form in order to observe how new standard evaluation is useful and convenient for its participants. Transition to "mandatory" conducting the exam was gradual: over the course of several years, the number of joining subjects constantly increased.

However, established form gave rise to many unfinished details and subtleties:

  • Graduates "bought" an option for themselves.
  • During the exam, teachers provided assistance in solving problems.
  • "Cribs" and cell phones, etc. were used.

To stop this practice, the Ministry of Education undertook a number of forms of "punishment", and the technique of conducting a centralized one has undergone changes and additions:

  • During the examinations, video surveillance is carried out, which makes it possible to implement monitoring of events.
  • Providing assistance or using foreign objects leads to removal from the exam or the collection of a fine (for teachers and staff), etc.
  • Tasks come from central region in sealed form, not a single option is repeated, and verification is carried out in neighboring regions.

Carrying out and getting results

The dates of centralized testing (except for intermediate ones) are determined every year: the dates for the USE and GIA are set by the federal authorities and are mandatory, i.e. throughout Russia, exams are held on stipulated dates (time may vary). Intermediate certification can be carried out in different time. OGE dates and the Unified State Examination are determined in April of each year, and exams are held from the end of May to the end of June inclusive (retakes are held later).

After each exam, papers are collected and sent for review. Each exam is checked separately within 3-14 days. The results are given in the Unified State Examination with scores, in the GIA with scores and grades, forms with the results are sent to schools, and also become available on the federal website.

What's new in 2016 and in the near future?

  • The Ministry of Education put forward a proposal to do not 2, but 4 compulsory subject: mathematics and Russian language, history of the Fatherland and English language. The project is planned to be completed by 2020.
  • The news also affects the passing minimum for each exam, this year the "threshold" will also be raised by several points.
  • AT test part will be replaced by essays; block "A" of the part will be removed in mathematics.

What will tasks?

A specification for each subject of DT for 2016 has appeared on the RIKZ website. It explains what the structure of the test will be, how many tasks of each level of difficulty are in the test, and what program material will be used in them.

So, this year the test on Russian language will consist of 40 tasks: 30 - in part A and 10 - in part B. The most tasks will be for spelling - 13, for punctuation - 9 tasks, the least for phonetics - one. There will be two tasks for the first level of difficulty, four tasks for the second, four tasks for the third and fourth, and six tasks for the fifth, the most difficult. You have 120 minutes to complete the test.

In the test for mathematics this year there are 8 tasks in geometry (more than last year), 11 tasks in equations and inequalities, four tasks each in numbers and calculations and functions. The first level will have only two tasks, the second - eight, and the most tasks will be on the third level - 14. The fourth and fifth levels will have 4 and 2 tasks, respectively.

Alexander Nikolaevich, a math tutor since 2007, whose students are Olympiad winners, BSU lyceum students and BSU students, believes that it is almost impossible to judge the complexity of a test from the specification.

Maybe there are more assignments on certain topics this year. But, in my opinion, this information does not greatly affect the preparation of the applicant. It's not about the number of jobs. One section of a math test might have some pretty strong items, but five or four isn't very important. Without seeing the tasks themselves, I would refrain from commenting that information about the specification will somehow affect the training of applicants.

Lyudmila Grigorievna, a Russian language tutor with 15 years of experience, also does not believe that the specification somehow affects the process of preparing for the DT: “The rules remain the same, and you just need to know them. What proportion of tasks is not so important.

Recall that Belarus has already approved central testing schedule . Applicants take the first test on June 13 Belarusian language and June 14 - in Russian.
