Shouts and words of power description of the application in Skyrim Skyrim. The game "Skyrim": all the screams Skyrim scream of 4 words

Dragon cries (Voice or Tu "mind) are words of power in the dragon language used to reveal a powerful magical effect. Dragons have always been able to Shout, this skill is inseparable from their nature, The cry for a dragon is as natural as breathing and speech. Well concerns people ... In ancient times, the goddess Kynareth granted them the ability to speak the language of dragons, but most take many years to learn the simplest Scream. Only the Dragonborn have the great gift of the Voice - the ability to direct life energy into That "mind, or Scream. The speech of dragons is in their blood, it is given to them without much effort. Your character is a Dragonborn - a warrior with the soul of a dragon in a mortal body, although at first this is not known to anyone. The ability to use Shouts will become available upon completion of the quest "Dragon in the sky" (Dragon Rising), after absorbing the soul of the first killed dragon.

To open a new Shout or improve an already known one, you should approach the Wall of Words and find out the Word of Power, then spend the absorbed dragon soul to unlock the word (R button), and if there is no available dragon soul, you will have to kill some dragon and absorb his soul. All Shouts are made up of three Words, and each time you master a new Word, your Shout becomes more powerful: unlocking the first word from a Shout unlocks a weaker version of it, the second and third increases the intensity, duration, and so on.

In order to Shout, you must press the Z button (by default). A simple press of the Shout button produces a weak version of it, a short hold will result in a medium version, and a long hold will cause the strongest Shout. After Shouting, there must be some "recharge" time before you can Shout again (watch out for the compass outlines turning from blue to white).

A total of 20 Screams can be learned. As you progress through the main quest, you will learn 15 words from various Shouts (no dragon souls are required to unlock them). You will need 44 Dragon Souls to unlock all other available Words of Power. Some Words can only be learned in certain places when completing the main quest and completing quests for various factions (see the tables below), while most are open for learning at any time (the order does not matter). To facilitate the search for Word Walls, there are two ways to obtain information about their location:

1. It is worth shouting more often in cities, settlements, camps and dungeons, then expect a messenger with a "Letter from a friend" containing a hint about a place with another Word Wall. Messengers will continue to bring such letters until all currently available Words of Power have been found. However, please note that you will not receive a new "Letter from a Friend" until you complete the quest associated with the previous letter received.

2. After completing The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest, you can also ask Arngeir of the Path of the Voice masters, the Greybeards, if they know anything about places of power, and he will mark them on the map. Once you have learned all the currently available Words of Power, Arngeir will stop giving you leads.

Every self-respecting Dovakin dreams of learning all the screams in Skyrim. Dragon language words are the most powerful spells. The effect of them can both freeze the enemy and set fire to, and sometimes even summon a dragon. This will be discussed in the article.

Thu'um

When the dowa exhales flame, he speaks a word in the ancient language. These unique spells come in three parts. Joined together, they are the scream, or Thu'um.

The words of power can be learned both in the process of completing the main and side quests, and in the course of wandering around the province, discovering places of power - the walls of Words. Coming close, the protagonist will learn it. To use it in battle, you need to absorb the dragon's soul and reinforce the knowledge gained.

To understand where to find screams in Skyrim, it is recommended to periodically visit the top of the Throat of the World and speak with Arngeir. Or just write tmm 1 to open the whole map.

How to enter cheats

The console is activated by pressing the ~ (tilde) key. By specifying the psb code, the player will learn all spells, talents and dragon cries at once. Only the necessary thu'ums are added via the player.teachword command, where ID is the ordinal number assigned to the word. Accordingly, in order to learn completely, it is required to register three codes with different numbers. To correctly enter the codes for shouts in Skyrim, you need to know all the IDs.

Ordinal numbers

The parts of the thu'um are learned in order: first the first word, then the second and third. Otherwise it won't work. For example, to learn Thunder Call, you need to write player.teachword with the following numbers:

  • 6029A - the first word;
  • 6029B - second;
  • 6029C is the third.

The serial numbers of the dragon screams of the original version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are as follows:

DLC Dawnguard

The Dawnguard expansion has brought some new dragon words. The list of all Skyrim shouts has been replenished with the following IDs.

Name Description Word IDs

Challenge of Durnevir Summons an undead dragon named Durnevir from Soul Cairn 020030D4 020030D6 020030D7

Dragonborn DLC

With the release of the official Dragonborn add-on, the dream of many players came true: the developers introduced the ability to fly a dragon in the skies of Skyrim. The Shout "Bend Will" consists of three parts, each of which is important in the quest chain:

  1. GOL. The first of the thu'uma words used by the protagonist to purify the sacred stones of Solstheim in order to rid the locals of Miraak's influence on their minds.
  2. HAH. The second word - allows you to subjugate the representatives of intelligent races for a short time. An interesting fact is that if you use the Invisibility spell, all subordinates will immediately become hostile.
  3. DOV. The last is control over the dragon, allowing you to ride the target.

Other shouts from the expansion are listed below.

Dragon Souls

As already mentioned, to use the shouts, dowa souls are required, with which the learned words should be activated. Accordingly, after entering the cheats, the player must obtain the required amount or enter the console command player.modav dragonsouls N, where N is the required number of souls. Only after activating the words will all the screams in Skyrim be available. Otherwise, they will just hang like a dead weight.

The Shout "Bend Will" has its own restrictions on use. Do not think that the Dovahkiin will “shout out” three cherished words, and everyone on the way will be humble and submissive. The exceptions are:

  • cannot subdue the undead, except for vampires;
  • you can rein in Odahviing;
  • Vulturiol, Alduin, Paarthurnax, and all the dragons of Skuldafn will remain recalcitrant;
  • quest characters do not respond to shouting;
  • dragons have the ability to resist the thu'um;
  • dragon flight is more like a tour: it cannot be controlled, but it can be ordered to attack the nearest target;
  • after the dovakin dismounts, the dragon will again become hostile.

rare screams

There are hidden words in the game that cannot be obtained naturally, as they are used by NPCs and their study is not prescribed by the developers. Three parts of the thu'ums don't even have their own IDs:

  1. Armageddon. Alduin's version of Storm Call. Can be seen at the beginning of the game, on top of the Throat of the World in the quest Alduin's Curse, and in the final battle in Sovngarde.
  2. Dragon Revival. It is pronounced by the same Alduin when reviving brothers from the dragon burial grounds. Can be bundled with the psb command.
  3. Mist of Alduin. Used by a dragon in Sovngarde.
  4. Return to Nirn. The scream is used by the character Tsun to return the protagonist from Sovngarde to Tamriel.

Of special note is the unique shout used by Miraak: Ziil Los Dii Du . Thu'um, consisting of four words. Cast by the main antagonist of the Dragonborn DLC on subordinate dragons to consume their souls. It is impossible to learn either with the help of psb, or by prescribing a separate command.

Added to the game by modders. After being used by the Dovakin, the dragon falls to the ground and immediately disintegrates, and the soul passes to the protagonist.

Outcome

Cheats for shouting in Skyrim have long become something of a norm. The walls of words are located both on the highest peaks and in the deepest dungeons. Therefore, not all gamers have the desire to spend a good dozen hours studying screams alone.

For a beginner, the process will be extremely pleasant. After all, the development of the expanses of the province is an extremely exciting activity, and you should not spoil it by prescribing console commands in order to find out all the screams of Skyrim. Although now it is difficult to imagine a person who would not be completely immersed in the wonderful world of the Elder Scrolls.

You are a dragonborn, and therefore you know their language (which you have not yet awakened), there is magical power in all your learned phrases. To use a pre-selected shout, press Z. Moreover, the longer you press the key, the more powerful the shout itself, since a phrase of more words is pronounced. You can only choose one shout at a time.

After using the shout, you must wait a bit to use it again (until your compass (the line on top) turns gray again (does not stop glowing).

All these words you have to study on the walls of words that are scattered all over the world. But it's not enough just to learn them, they require another dragon's soul (you can get the dragon's soul by killing it and absorbing it) and only after that the cry will be available.

You can also see the map with the walls of screams marked on it.

Dragon Shout (also called Voice or Tuum) is a spell in the language of dragons that creates very powerful effects. All dragons and some of the NPCs can use them without exception. Since the main character is Dovakin, that is, dragonborn, if the necessary conditions are met, he can also use these spells. In this guide, we will look at the features of dragon shouts and when it is better to use them.

Dragon Shout Features

There are 24 Tuums in total in the game, including all DLCs. Each consists of three words that must first be learned. This can be done both during the passage of some tasks, and by finding the words of power on the wall - for example, on the top of a mountain or in one of the dungeons. The more words of the dragon's cry the hero learns, the stronger the effect of the Voice.

After learning, the shout is displayed in the magic menu, but it is not yet available. To learn one word, you need to spend one dragon soul, which the hero absorbs when they are killed. When learning the first word, the cry can be used, and with subsequent pumping, its effect is enhanced - the second word increases by a third, the last by full power.

Since the words of the cry make up a meaningful phrase, the study takes place in strict sequence from the first to the last word. At the same time, it does not matter in which order to study the wall with the runes written on it: for example, it is impossible to learn only the first and third words, ignoring the second. That is, there is no binding of a specific word to a specific wall of power - the artifact determines only the type of cry that can be learned. For some shouts, the research order is determined by the game's story.

Like any spell or weapon, the shout can be put in the shortcut menu for easier activation.

Game ways can slightly reduce this time - for example, amulets of Talos or prayers to this god reduce the cooldown by 20 minutes. Morokea's mask has the same effect. To make screams endless, that is, completely remove the skill cooldown, you will have to use cheat codes or install a trainer. You can also use mods that allow you to remove enchantments from Talos amulets and apply them to any item.

Shouts are words of power in the Draconic language. These are powerful spells with great magical potential. To study the Shouts, you will have to wander in search of the Walls on which the words are written.

One word is written on each wall, and the walls are located throughout Skyrim. Most of them consist of three words, and accordingly, you need to find three walls, the words of which are part of a particular cry. However, finding the wall and getting the floor is not enough. You also need to know how to learn screams in Skyrim. And for this, the word must be charged by killing the dragon and acquiring its soul, with the help of which its power will be put into action. The location of the walls will be prompted by the Greybeards. Among them there is a certain Arngeir, a very talkative character, from whom you can from time to time find out what has become known about the whereabouts of the walls. There is also a shout map that will tell you where to find the shout, thereby simplifying the search.

If all the conditions are met correctly, the words are received, and the dragons are killed, then the player can put into practice this strongest weapon. The point is small - it remains to learn how to use shouts in Skyrim. To do this, you need to press and hold the Z button and the longer you hold it, the more words sound and the more powerful the action. However, remember that after using the cry, the hero will need time to restore the bonds. Accordingly, the stronger it is, the more time for recovery. For those who are not looking for difficult ways, there is an opportunity to use codes for screams in Skyrim. They will help the player acquire the necessary qualities at the beginning of the game. However, both those who wander in search of walls, and those who do not want to waste time wandering, should know the scope of this or that cry, as well as have information about its composition, i.e. about the words of which the battle cry consists.
