In which they were subjected to constant bullying and harassment both from their parents, mother or father, and from other relatives. Which caused all sorts of psychological problems in life. Like: depression, demotivation, lack of meaning in life, problems in relationships with the opposite sex. Inability to start an independent life. Dependence on parents.

Special area of specialization: restoration of a broken psyche after various destructive pickup trainings: RMES, pickup. ru, Leslie, etc. I also help guys.get out of female manipulation and control. Both from the side of the mother, and from the side of the girls.

He is the author and developer of the following therapeutic modules: Retrospection, Deep Reimprint, Separation. And now we are actively working on them. Work will be carried out only face-to-face with the client 2-5 hours a day, but no more than 6 hours. If required, work continues the next day. And so, up to three days.

The author of many books in the field of psychology, some of them at work and I had to read. In particular, I would like to note the book "Learn to manage people", in which, as for me, the main ways of manipulating a person are indicated very simply and clearly, taking into account his personal characteristics.
His most famous work is the book "Another Chemistry". I haven't read it yet, but when I do, I'll write a review.

Before use, be sure to consult a specialist

Group EQUALITY- repeatedly mentioned by me - showed me a case that I cannot but comment on. This is such an illustrative example of “bad psychology” and outright wrecking that you can’t imagine a clearer example. The name of the person to be discussed is Denis Burkhaev.

I'll start with a simple question: how much do you think psychotherapy with individual consultations costs? Here are good specialists - Adriana Imzh takes 60 euros for a consultation, Ekaterina Sigitova 1700 Czech crowns (about the same 60 euros), Olga Podolskaya - from 120 dollars. However, Podolskaya is already working in the USA, and there is a slightly different scale; in any case, I named highly qualified specialists, with a large number of popular publications, an excellent reputation and decent work experience. Without much miscalculation, you can also find those who agree to work with less pay - for example, novice specialists, as a rule, set the price of a consultation less. And in some cases, it is even possible to work for free: for example, there are emergency psychological services or volunteer projects. Outside of a catastrophe situation, in Moscow as the most expensive city in Russia, a consultation with a therapist costs around 6,000 rubles.

Denis Burkhaev. Calls himself a psychologist-consultant, takes 15K rubles for a consultation. Screenshot http://burkhan.ru/team/

And now attention, the cost of the work of the person whom they showed me, here is a screenshot - 15 thousand rubles. At the same time, it is impossible to find data on professional training on the site, but on the page in VK Denis is listed as a graduate of ... UGNTU.

No, do not think badly, the Ufa State Oil Technical University is probably a good place to study as an engineer and a specialist in oil pipelines - but there is no psychology department there, in principle, not to mention the training of psychiatrists. Moreover, if other employees of the same center say “certified psychologist” after their first and last name, then Denis Burkhaev does not have this. I specifically gave links above to three different real psychotherapists from other places: see for yourself how they write about themselves.

And it would be nice if we just saw a person who decided to make a lot of money, posing as a cool psychotherapist. But the further I got acquainted with the topic, the more I came to the conclusion about outright wrecking. Behind outwardly fine words hides literally hell; further I will describe in detail how I went down the shaky steps into the abyss of unprofessionalism, quackery, sexism and ignorance.

Point One: Medical

What is meant by separation? Overcoming the obviously uncomfortable and distressing connection with the parents. Does it happen? Sometimes, who would argue, there is a wonderful artistic illustration in the form of the film “Dust”, for example. Similarly with unsuccessful “personal growth trainings” or “pick-up trainings”, where they allegedly teach how to build relationships with women, there are cases when, as a result, people did not even develop difficulties in their personal lives, but full-fledged mental disorders. There are examples - the concept of "psychotherapeutic cults" has been found in professional literature since the early 1980s, it really takes place in real life, outside of urban folklore.

And here the question immediately arises: what if the client Denis Burkhaev is diagnosed with depression in the clinical sense? Which is treated only by a psychiatrist, with several prescription drugs on individual regimens, with strict control? By the way, some combinations of “pills from the head” are potentially lethal (monoamine oxidase inhibitors + selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, for example), and some antidepressants can worsen suicidal moods at first. Or are such cases cut off on the “diagnostics” carried out by Denis? Without having a medical or psychotherapeutic education?

This is disturbing as well:

What medicines? Okay, there are still biologically active additives, that is, vitamins or trace elements - but what are these hints of self-medication? As for me, the only adequate (and free) advice here is simple: go to a neurologist. A consultation with a neurologist in Moscow costs - the primary one, the second visit is cheaper - 1500-2000 rubles, within 35 euros. Further, the doctor will already tell about everything that they promise to tell in the online course; a neurologist will be able to distinguish overwork from a tumor, problems with the spine, or some other serious threat. And in Ryazan, the appointment of a neurologist is already in the region of a thousand rubles: professional doctors take cheaper than online trainers, about whose medical education nothing is said.

Look again at the biography of Ekaterina Sigitova: specialized medical education (residency in psychiatry, and this is on top of the basic training of a general practitioner), then two more specialized educational institutions, including doctoral studies. Olga Podolskaya was originally a nurse and teacher, then a faculty of psychology, then a postgraduate course and several specialized courses with indication of specific leaders. Adriana Imzh - Faculty of Psychology, courses with Ekaterina Mikhailova, postgraduate studies. Even if you read the "psychological faculty" - the psychotherapist works for a long time and learns, among other things, to distinguish between body diseases and mental trauma.

Point two. “Separate yourself from your mother” as a universal mantra.

What do they promise us in the “For men” section (see the URL above in the caption to the bottom screenshot)? How to become, I quote, a “straight womanizer”. And I immediately have a question - so what? And the second question - is it okay that, in general, women for the most part do not want womanizers?

Here I switched to “Official public of Denis Burkhaev”. There, the first thing I found was a video where Denis answers a reader’s question about how to “quit jerking off at 20” and “what to do if there is an addiction to porn, including children’s” (sic !!). In response, “everyone masturbates out of boredom”, “separation from parents is needed”, “when you need to provide for yourself, there will be no time for jerking off”, “full sex appears on your territory instead of drochev”. That is, a person with a bunch of problems - perhaps with pedophilia in general - is sent to "live separately" as a universal solution. “Just because you don’t live on your own territory, with your mother and grandmother.”

No, well, of course, living separately from your parents is a good thing. However, in general, for starters, it’s worth finding out what exactly happens to a person there - this time. Two - statements about masturbation "out of boredom" and its opposition to "normal sex" - outright stupidity, which contradicts the generally accepted views of psychologists and doctors on this phenomenon (see WebMD, Merck). Yes, if someone has a permanent partner, then sex together displaces sex alone - as a rule, but not always, because there is separation, there are personal experiments, there is a difference in sexual temperament. Talking about masturbation as "abnormal sex" is simply not correct. And if it is assumed that after work there will be no strength left even for masturbation, then perhaps this is some kind of not the best solution?

And, most importantly, do you seriously want to get rid of the universal advice “eat from mom and grandma” in the case of a rather non-figuring problem? The correct recommendation is to personally ask what the author had in mind (perhaps he himself calls something relatively harmless “child porn”) and advise specialists with normal diplomas. Or maybe it’s really worth saying “forget it, you just need to move out” - but, damn it, don’t turn even good everyday advice into a psychologist’s recommendation!

I would generally pass by if it were not for this mimicry of psychology, and even more so psychotherapy. Instead of intelligent and meaningful analysis, people are given what they can hear from anyone. See how, say, Ekaterina Sigitova talks about procrastination. How . As Adriana Imzh announces her webinars. What catches the eye is a lot of reservations, as well as amazing respect for the client(s) compared to Burkhaev’s fountains and “home advice”.

Psychologists do not "give motivational kicks." They understand that someone needs one thing, and someone else. That “get together and eat from mom” is advice that will help one, demotivate the second, and the third will go into a state that requires the intervention of a psychiatrist in a week. One specialist of the level of the therapists listed above worked with me; I came to her with one, and in the process I had to pull out the abuse I experienced at the age of three. Someone might pull out even worse memories; the question of how careful the therapist is becomes especially relevant just when working with fears.

Point three. Representation.

Tell me, is this generally normal for a practicing psychotherapist? In a context of sensitivity to clients, especially women, especially those who may have experienced violence?

From the "official public".

Jokes about one of the most gross violations of ethics in relations with clients, and not in a narrow circle of colleagues over tea, but in the official public? For me, this is a 100% stop signal: there is no longer irony here, in combination with the “natural womanizers” mentioned above as a model - such a picture is perceived by me as a threat.

A hint that drug-addicted minors can be raped?

How is this to be understood? A psychologist (!) talks about whether it is possible to “fuck” teenagers?! Or what was it all about?

End of comments here, sorry.

Point four. Novoselov.
