This exercise should be repeated several times. Temptation loses its power over you from the moment you realize that you can fight it.

Exercise "Detachment". Suppose there is a certain person whose approval and friendship you seek. However, he is not interested in you, and yours is indifferent or even unpleasant to him. Do you know? Remember, do you get affection from this person for you? - Not. Does he get it from you? - Yes. However, he does not even try to get it. In other words, wittingly or unwittingly, this person draws power from you. How to change the situation? It must be avoided for several days. Your task is to keep yourself the strength you used to waste. When meeting with him, maintain dignity and some detached indifference, be absolutely calm. After 4-5 days you will see the results of such exercises. The energy accumulated in this way will begin to work. And then - sooner or later - you will switch places with this person.

Exercise "I said!" To develop authority, you can train in a secluded place: for example, in nature, or in your own room. Breathe slowly and deeply for five minutes. Now you need to suddenly get up and start your monologue, referring to an imaginary person (to your reflection in the mirror, to a photograph of a person, to some image). Practice this skill on this phantom. It is not so important what you will say, the main thing is how, while thinking over each phrase in advance. You need to speak in a confident, sonorous voice. REPLACEMENT BATTERY. Perhaps the thought did not occur to you that you yourself (your body) are a kind of permanent electric battery, continuously either receiving or releasing power from itself. This battery constantly produces attractive and repulsive currents. These currents are felt at times, for example, if you wish to impress others; sometimes they do not confess, for example, in cases where you, in addition to own desire and consciousness make a pleasant or unpleasant impression on others. PROPERTIES OF A MAGNETIC PERSON. Our first step will be to critically observe the working of the power that the people around us are exercising; we will also examine the essential differences in its character and the logical consequences that follow from its known properties.

We all know the type of magnetic personality - male or female - it doesn't matter, because women are just as susceptible to magnetism as men. I note once and for all that everything said about men in equally applies to women. As regards the attainment of magnetism associated with influence, both sexes are quite equal.
