Summary of the fairy tale girl on the ball. Development of a reading lesson on the topic: In

Once we went to the circus as a whole class. I was very happy when I went there, because I am almost eight years old, and I was in the circus only once, and that was a very long time ago. The main thing is that Alyonka is only six years old, but she has already managed to visit the circus three times. It's very embarrassing. And now the whole class of us went to the circus, and I thought how good it was that it was already big and that now, this time, I would see everything as it should. And at that time I was little, I did not understand what a circus was. At that time, when acrobats entered the arena and one climbed on the head of another, I laughed terribly, because I thought that they were doing this on purpose, for a laugh, because at home I had never seen adult uncles climbing on top of each other. It didn't happen on the street either. This is where I laughed out loud. I did not understand that it was the artists who showed their dexterity. And at that time, I looked more and more at the orchestra, how they play - some on the drum, some on the trumpet - and the conductor waves his baton, and no one looks at him, but everyone plays as they want. I really liked it, but while I was looking at these musicians, artists were performing in the middle of the arena. And I did not see them and missed the most interesting. Of course, I was still quite stupid at that time.

And so we came with the whole class to the circus. I immediately liked that it smelled of nothing special, and that bright pictures were hanging on the walls, and it was light all around, and in the middle there was a beautiful carpet, and the ceiling was high, and different shiny swings were tied there.

And at that moment the music began to play, and everyone rushed to sit down, and then they bought a popsicle and began to eat. And suddenly a whole detachment of some people came out from behind the red curtain, dressed very beautifully - in red suits with yellow stripes. They stood on the sides of the curtain, and their boss in a black suit walked between them. He shouted something loudly and a little incomprehensibly, and the music began to play quickly, quickly and loudly, and an artist-juggler jumped into the arena, and the fun began. He threw balls, ten or a hundred pieces up, and caught them back. And then he grabbed a striped ball and began to play with it ... He kicked him with his head, and with the back of his head, and with his forehead, and rolled him on the back, and kicked him with his heel, and the ball rolled all over his body as if magnetized. This was very beautiful. And suddenly the juggler threw this ball to our audience, and then a real turmoil began, because I caught this ball and threw it at Valerka, and Valerka at Mishka, and Mishka suddenly aimed at and for no reason lit up right at the conductor, but he didn’t hit him, but hit the drum! Bamm! The drummer got angry and threw the ball back to the juggler, but the ball did not fly, he just hit one beautiful aunt in her hair, and she got not a hair, but a hood. And we all laughed so hard that we almost died.

And when the juggler ran behind the curtain, we could not calm down for a long time. But then a huge blue ball was rolled into the arena, and the uncle who was announcing came out to the middle and shouted something in an unintelligible voice. It was impossible to understand anything, and the orchestra again began to play something very cheerful, but not as fast as before.

And suddenly a little girl ran out into the arena. I have never seen such small and beautiful ones. She had blue, blue eyes, and around them were long eyelashes. She was in a silver dress with an airy cloak, and she had long arms; she waved them like a bird, and jumped on this huge blue ball, which was rolled out for her. She stood on the ball. And then she suddenly ran, as if she wanted to jump off it, but the ball spun under her feet, and she was on it like this, as if she was running, but in fact she was riding around the arena. I have never seen such girls. They were all ordinary, but this one was something special. She ran around the ball with her little legs, as if on a flat floor, and the blue ball carried her on herself: she could ride it straight ahead, and back, and to the left, and wherever she wanted! She laughed merrily when she ran as if she were swimming, and I thought that she must be Thumbelina, she was so small, sweet and unusual. At this time, she stopped, and someone gave her various bell-shaped bracelets, and she put them on her shoes and on her hands and again began to slowly circle on the ball, as if dancing. And the orchestra began to play quiet music, and one could hear the golden bells ringing thinly on the girl's long hands. And it was all like a fairy tale. And then they turned off the light, and it turned out that the girl, in addition, knew how to glow in that note, and she slowly swam in a circle, and shone, and rang, and it was amazing - I had never seen anything like it in my whole life.

And when the lights were turned on, everyone clapped and yelled “bravo”, and I also shouted “bravo”. And the girl jumped off her balloon and ran forward, closer to us, and suddenly, on the run, turned over her head, like lightning, and again, and again, and forward and forward. And it seemed to me that she was about to break against the barrier, and I was suddenly very frightened, and jumped to my feet, and wanted to run to her in order to catch her and save her, but the girl suddenly stopped in her tracks, spread her long arms, the orchestra fell silent, and she stood and smiled.

And everyone clapped with all their might and even tapped their feet. And at that moment this girl looked at me, and I saw that she saw that I see her and that I also see that she sees me, and she waved her hand at me and smiled. She waved at me and smiled. And I again wanted to run up to her, and I stretched out my hands to her. And she suddenly blew a kiss to everyone and ran behind the red curtain, where all the artists ran. And a clown came into the arena with his rooster and began to sneeze and fall, but I was not up to him.

I kept thinking about the girl on the ball, how amazing she is and how she waved her hand at me and smiled, and I didn’t want to look at anything else. On the contrary, I tightly closed my eyes so as not to see this stupid clown with his red nose, because he spoiled my girl for me: she still seemed to me on her blue ball.

And then an intermission was announced, and everyone ran to the buffet to drink lemonade, and I quietly went downstairs and went to the curtain, from where the artists were coming out.

I wanted to look at this girl again, and I stood at the curtain and looked - what if she comes out? But she didn't go.

And after the intermission, the lions performed, and I did not like that the tamer was dragging them by the tails all the time, as if they were not lions, but dead cats. He made them move from place to place or laid them on the floor in a row and walked over the lions with his feet, as if on a carpet, and they looked like they were not allowed to lie still. It was not interesting, because the lion must hunt and chase the buffalo in the endless pampas and announce the surroundings with a menacing growl that terrifies the native population. And so it turns out not a lion, but I just don’t know what.

And when it was over and we went home, I kept thinking about the girl on the ball.

In the evening, dad asked:

- Well, how? Did you enjoy the circus?

I said:

- Dad! There is a girl in the circus. She dances on a blue ball. So cute, the best! She smiled at me and waved her hand! I'm the only one, honestly! Do you understand, dad? Let's go to the circus next Sunday! I'll show it to you!

Papa said:

- We'll definitely go. I love the circus!

And my mother looked at both of us as if she saw for the first time.

And a long week began, and I ate, studied, got up and went to bed, played and even fought, and still every day I thought about when Sunday would come, and dad and I would go to the circus, and I would see the girl on the ball again, and I'll show her to dad, and maybe dad will invite her to visit us, and I'll give her a Browning pistol and draw a ship in full sail.

But on Sunday, dad could not go.

Comrades came to him, they delved into some drawings, and shouted, and smoked, and drank tea, and sat up late, and after them my mother had a headache, and my father said to me:

- Next Sunday ... I take an oath of Loyalty and Honor.

And I was so looking forward to next Sunday that I don’t even remember how I lived another week. And dad kept his word: he went with me to the circus and bought tickets to the second row, and I was glad that we were sitting so close, and the performance began, and I began to wait for the girl to appear on the ball. But the person who announces, all the time announced various other artists, and they went out and performed in every way, but the girl still did not appear. And I was trembling with impatience, I really wanted dad to see how extraordinary she is in her silver suit with an airy cloak and how deftly she runs around the blue ball. And every time the announcer came out, I whispered to dad:

Now he will announce it!

But, as luck would have it, he announced someone else, and I even began to hate him, and I kept saying to dad:

- Yes, well, him! This is nonsense on vegetable oil! This is not it!

And dad said without looking at me:

- Don't interfere, please. It is very interesting! That's it!

I thought that dad, apparently, is not well versed in the circus, since he is interested in it. Let's see what he sings when he sees the girl on the balloon. Probably, he will jump on his chair two meters in height ...

But then the announcer came out and shouted in his muffled voice:

- Ant-rra-kt!

I just couldn't believe my ears! An tract? And why? After all, in the second compartment there will be only lions! And where is my girl on the ball? Where is she? Why isn't she performing? Maybe she got sick? Maybe she fell and got a concussion?

I said:

- Dad, let's go quickly, find out where the girl is on the ball!

Papa replied:

- Yes Yes! And where is your equilibrist ka? Something not to be seen! Let's go buy some software!

He was cheerful and contented. He looked around, laughed and said:

— Oh, I love... I love the circus! This very smell ... makes me dizzy ...

And we went into the corridor. A lot of people crowded there, and sweets and waffles were sold, and photographs of various tiger faces hung on the walls, and we wandered a little and finally found a controller with programs. Dad bought one from her and began to look through it. But I could not stand it and asked the controller:

- Tell me, please, when will the girl perform on the ball?

— What girl?

Papa said:

- The program includes a tightrope walker on the ball of T. Vorontsov. Where is she?

I stood silent.

Controller said:

“Ah, are you talking about Tanechka Vorontsova? She left. She left. What are you up to late?

I stood silent.

Papa said:

“We have been restless for two weeks now. We want to see the tightrope walker T. Vorontsova, but she is not there.

Controller said:

- Yes, she left ... Together with her parents ... Her parents are "Bronze People - Two-Yavors." Maybe you have heard? Very sorry. They just left yesterday.

I said:

"Look, dad...

I didn't know she was leaving. What a pity ... Oh, my God! .. Well ... There's nothing to be done ...

I asked the controller:

“Is that right, then?”

She said:

I said:

— And where, unknown?

She said:

— To Vladivostok.

Wow where. Far. Vladivostok. I know it is placed at the very end of the map, from Moscow to the right.

I said:

- What a distance.

The controller suddenly hurried:

- Well, go, go to your places, the lights are already out!

Dad picked up:

- Let's go, Deniska! Now there are lions! Shaggy, growling - horror! Let's go look!

I said:

- Let's go home, dad.

He said:

- Just like that...

The controller laughed. But we went to the wardrobe, and I handed the number, and we got dressed and left the circus. We walked along the boulevard and walked like that for a long time, then I said:

— Vladivostok is at the very end of the map. There, if you travel by train for a whole month ...

Papa was silent. He obviously had no time for me. We walked a little more, and I suddenly remembered the planes and said:

- And on the "Tu-104" in three hours - and there!

But dad still didn't answer. He held my hand tightly. When we went out onto Gorky Street, he said:

- Let's go to an ice cream parlor. Shame on two servings, huh?

I said:

“I don’t want anything, dad.

- They supply water there, it is called "Kakhetian". I have never drunk better water anywhere in the world.

I said:

- I don't want to, dad.

He did not persuade me. He quickened his pace and squeezed my hand tightly. I even got sick. He walked very fast and I could hardly keep up with him. Why was he walking so fast? Why didn't he talk to me? I wanted to look at him. I raised my head. He had a very serious and sad face.

Viktor Dragunsky Deniskin's stories - this is the book that we will analyze in detail today. I will give a summary of several stories, describe three films based on these works. And I will share a personal review based on my impression with my son. Whether you are looking for a good copy for your child or working on a reading diary with your younger student, I think in any case you will be able to find useful information in the article.

Hello dear blog readers. The book itself was purchased by me more than two years ago, but my son initially did not accept it. But at almost six years old, he enthusiastically listened to the stories from the life of the boy Denis Korablev, laughing heartily at the situations. And at 7.5 he read excitedly, laughing and retelling the stories he liked to my husband and me. Therefore, I immediately advise you not to rush into the introduction of this wonderful book. The child must grow up to its correct perception, and then you can be sure that it will make an indelible impression on him.

About the book Deniskina stories by Viktor Dragunsky

Our copy was published by Eksmo in 2014. The book has a hard cover, stitched binding, 160 pages. Pages: dense snow-white offset, on which bright, large pictures are absolutely not visible. In other words, the quality of this edition is perfect, I can safely advise. The book of Viktor Dragunsky Deniskin's stories is pleasant to hold in your hands. Having opened the cover, the child immediately enters the world of adventures that await him on its pages. The illustrations made by Vladimir Kanivets accurately reflect the events of the stories. There are a lot of pictures, they are on every spread: large ones - for the whole page and small ones - several for a spread. Thus, the book becomes a real adventure that the reader experiences along with its main characters. Buy at labyrinth.

Deniska's stories were included in 100 books for schoolchildren recommended by the Ministry of Education, which once again confirms the advice about reading these works at primary school age or close to it. The text in the book is a good size for both the child and the vision-conscious parent.

Deniska's stories - content

Viktor Dragunsky wrote a series of stories about a boy named Denis Korablev, who literally grows up before the reader's eyes. What are they about?

At first we see Deniska as a sweet preschooler: inquisitive, sentimental. Then, as a primary school student who uses his inquisitive mind in various experiments, draws conclusions from his not always ideal behavior, and gets into funny situations. The protagonist of the stories was the writer's son. The father, observing his interesting childhood, his experiences, created these wonderful works. They were first published in 1959, and the actions described in the book took place in the 50-60s of the last century.

What is included in this copy? Yes, not a lot! The list made me very happy.

Now, let's talk about several works separately. This will help you decide if you have never read the book. Or help in filling out the reader's diary for grades 2-3, usually it is during this period that reading is given for the summer.

About filling out the reader's diary

Let me explain in a nutshell: my son keeps notes about what he read, in the article I will write down his opinion.
An example of such work is when my son worked with the work “Winter”.

There are lines in the child's reading diary: date of beginning and end of reading, number of pages, author. I see no reason to enter this data here, because your student will read on other dates, in a different format. The name of the author in all the works that we are talking about today is the same. At the end, a drawing is made. If you and your child have read the story online, a spread of the book will help you, from which, if desired, you can make a sketch. In what genre are "Deniska's stories" written? This information may be needed when filling out the diary. Genre - literary cycle.

So, let's confine ourselves to the description:

  • Name;
  • plot (summary);
  • main characters and their characteristics;
  • what you liked about the piece.

Deniska stories - Amazing day

In the story, the guys are assembling a rocket to fly into space. Thinking through all the details of her device, they got a very impressive design. And although the friends understood that this was a game, they almost quarreled over deciding who would be the astronaut. It's great that their game ended well! (Here parents have the opportunity to discuss safety measures). The fact is that the boys put New Year's firecrackers into the pipe from the samovar to simulate the take-off of a rocket. And inside the barrel-rocket was a “cosmonaut”. Fortunately for him, the fuse did not work and the explosion occurred after the boy left the “rocket”.

The events that Viktor Dragunsky described in this story fall on the day when German Titov flew into space. People listened to the news on the loudspeaker in the streets and rejoiced at such a great event - the launch of the second cosmonaut.

From the whole book, my son singled out this work, since his interest in astronomy does not fade to this day. Our lesson can be viewed in a separate article.

Name:
amazing day
Summary:
The children wanted to build a rocket and launch it into space. We found a wooden barrel, a leaky samovar, a box, and at the end they brought pyrotechnics from home. They played merrily, each had his own role. One was a mechanic, another was a chief engineer, a third was a chief, but everyone wanted to be an astronaut and go on a flight. Denis became him and he could have died or remained disabled if the fuse hadn't gone out. But everything ended well. And after the explosion, everyone learned that the second cosmonaut German Titov had been launched into space. And everyone rejoiced.

Guys living in the same yard. Alenka is a girl in red sandals. Mishka is Deniska's best friend. Andryushka is a red-haired boy of six years. Kostya is already almost seven. Denis - he came up with a plan for a dangerous game.

I liked the story. It's good that although the boys quarreled, they found a way to continue the game. I'm glad no one exploded in the barrel.

Victor Dragunsky Deniskin's stories - No worse than you, circus ones

In the story "No worse than you, circus people", Denis, who lived with his parents in the center of Moscow, suddenly finds himself in the circus in the first row. He had a bag of tomatoes and sour cream with him, which his mother had sent for. A boy was sitting in a chair nearby, as it turned out, the son of circus performers, who was used as a “spectator from the audience”. The boy decided to play a trick on Deniska and invited him to change places. As a result, the clown picked up the wrong boy and carried him under the dome of the circus. And the tomatoes fell on the heads of the audience. But everything ended well and our hero has been to the circus more than once.

Review in the reader's diary

Name:
No worse than you circus people.
Summary:
Returning from the store, Deniska accidentally gets on a performance at the circus. Next to him, in the front row, sat a circus boy. The guys argued a little, but then he suggested that Denis take his seat so that the performance of the clown Pencil could be better seen. And he disappeared. The clown suddenly grabbed Deniska and they flew high above the arena. It was scary, and then bought tomatoes and sour cream flew down. This circus boy Tolka decided to joke like that. In the end, the guys talked and remained friends, and Aunt Dusya took Denis home.
Main characters and their characteristics:
Denis is almost 9 years old and his mother already sends him alone to the grocery store. Aunt Dusya is a kind woman, a former neighbor who works in a circus. Tolka is a circus boy, he is cunning and has evil jokes.
What did you like about the piece:
I liked this story. There are many funny phrases in it: “shouted in a whisper”, “shaking like a chicken on a fence”. It was funny to read about flying with a clown and falling tomatoes.

Deniskin's stories - Girl on the ball

In the story "The Girl on the Ball" Denis Korablev watched an interesting circus performance. Suddenly, a girl appeared on the stage, which struck his imagination. Her clothes, her movements, her sweet smile, everything seemed beautiful. The boy was so fascinated by her performance that nothing seemed interesting after him. Arriving home, he told his father about the beautiful circus Thumbelina and asked him to go with him the next Sunday to look at her together.

The whole essence of the work can be reflected in this passage. What a wonderful first love!

And at that moment the girl looked at me, and I saw that she saw that I see her and that I also see that she sees me, and she waved her hand at me and smiled. She waved at me and smiled.

But as usual, parents have other things to do. Friends came to the father and a Sunday exit
canceled for another week. Everything would be fine, but it turned out that Tanechka Vorontsova left with her parents for Vladivostok and Denis never saw her again. It was a small tragedy, our hero even tried to persuade dad to fly there on the Tu-104, but in vain.

Dear parents, I advise you to ask your young readers a question about why, in their opinion, dad was silent all the time on the way home from the circus and at the same time squeezed the child’s hand. Dragunsky completed the work very correctly, but not everyone can understand its end. Of course, we adults know the reason for the restraint of a man who realized the tragedy of his son in love, which occurred because of his unfulfilled promise. But it is still difficult for children to get into the bins of an adult soul. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a conversation with explanations.

Reader's diary

Denis with the class came to the performance at the circus. There he saw a very beautiful girl who performed on the ball. She seemed to him the most unusual of all the girls and he told his dad about her. Dad promised to go on Sunday and watch the show together, but plans changed because of dad's friends. Deniska couldn't wait until next Sunday to go to the circus. When they finally arrived, they were told that the tightrope walker Tanyusha Vorontsova had left with her parents for Vladivostok. Deniska and dad left without watching the performance and returned home sad.
Main characters and their characteristics:
Deniska - he studies at school. His dad loves the circus, his work is connected with drawings. Tanya Vorontsova is a beautiful girl performing in the circus.
What did you like about the piece:
The story is sad, but I still liked it. It is a pity that Deniska could not see the girl again.

Victor Dragunsky Deniskin's stories - Watermelon lane

The story "Watermelon Lane" cannot be ignored. It is perfect for reading on the eve of Victory Day, and just to explain to preschoolers and younger students, the topic of famine during the war.

Deniska, like any child, sometimes does not want to eat this or that food. The boy will soon be eleven years old, he plays football and returns home very hungry. It would seem that the bull could eat, but my mother puts milk noodles on the table. He refuses to eat, discusses with his mother about this. And dad, having heard the rednecks of his son, returned his thoughts to his childhood, when there was a war and he really wanted to eat. He told Denis a story about how, during a famine, near a store, he was given a broken watermelon. He ate it at home with a friend. And then the series of hungry days continued. Denis's father and his friend Valka went to the alley to the store every day, hoping that they would bring watermelons and one of them would break again ...

Our little hero understood his father's story, he really felt it:

I sat and also looked out the window, where papa was looking, and it seemed to me that I could see papa and his comrade right there, how they would tremble and wait. The wind beats on them, and the snow too, but they tremble, and wait, and wait, and wait ... then to himself, and drank the rest, and wiped the bottom with bread, and licked the spoon.

My review of the first book about the war that I read to a child can be read at. Also on the blog there is a good selection and review about for primary school age.

Deniskin stories films

Reading the book to my son, I remembered that in my childhood I watched children's films with similar plots. A lot of time has passed and yet I dared to look. Found quickly enough and to my surprise in large quantities. I will present to your attention three films that we watched with my boy. But I want to warn you right away that reading a book cannot be replaced by a film, since in films the plots are sometimes mixed from different stories.

Children's Film - Funny Stories

I will start all the same with this film, since it contains stories from the book I described. Namely:

  • Amazing day;
  • He is alive and glowing;
  • The secret becomes clear;
  • Motorcycle racing on a steep wall;
  • dog snatchers;
  • Top down, sideways! (this story is not in our book).

Children's film Deniska stories - Captain

This film is only 25 minutes long and is based on the short story “Tell me about Singapore”. My son and I simply laughed to tears when reading it in our book, but when watching the film, we did not feel this humorous situation. At the end, the plot with the uncle-captain is supplemented from the story "Chiki-bryk", where Deniska's dad showed tricks and Mishka believed in magic so much that he threw his mother's hat out the window. In the film, the main character with the captain's hat does the same trick.

Children's film Deniskin stories

This film, although it has the same name as our book, does not contain a single story from it. To be honest, we liked it the least. This is a musical film with few words and many songs. And since I did not read these works to the child, he was not familiar with the plot. These included stories:

  • Exactly 25 kilos;
  • Healthy thought;
  • Grandmaster's hat;
  • Twenty years under the bed.

To summarize, I’ll say that Viktor Dragunsky Deniska’s stories are a book that is easy to read, unobtrusively teaches and educates and gives you the opportunity to laugh. It shows the multifaceted childhood friendship, it is not embellished, it recognizes the actions of real children. My son and I enjoyed the book and I am very glad that he has finally grown up to it.

I believe that in V. Dragunsky's story "The Girl on the Ball" the author talks about the relationship between children and adults. Deniska and his dad are close people, but each of them lives his own life. When Deniska first came from the circus, he constantly talked about the little girl on the blue ball. Dad remembered that he had not been to the circus for a long time, and promised his son to go with him again on Sunday. For a whole week Deniska thought only about the girl on the ball. Whatever he did: ate, slept, studied, fought - Deniska thought about how he would go to the circus with his dad on Sunday and see the girl on the ball. But in life it happens that adults have other things to do. So it happened with Deniskin's dad. On the Sunday they were supposed to go to the circus, his dad's workmates came to see him. They drew and discussed something. They never went to the circus. But it seems to me that dad just forgot about his promise. But, when he saw Deniska upset, he swore an oath of Allegiance and Honor to go to the circus next Sunday. another long week flew by for Deniska. He could not contain his impatience when he and dad came to the circus. And dad, feeling guilty, bought tickets close to the arena - in the second row. The performance began. Deniska did not let dad watch the circus acts. He only said: “Yes, come on! This is eruida in vegetable oil! That's not it." Deniska imagined how an extraordinary girl in a silver suit would now come out, how she would deftly run around the ball. He wanted to show dad the girl he liked so much. But then an intermission was announced. And they learned that Tanechka Vorontsova, a tightrope walker, left yesterday with her parents for Vladivostok. Deniska's mood deteriorated, and he asked dad to go home. Dad understood that if they had gone to the circus last Sunday, Deniska would have seen his girl on the ball. He tried to "appease" his son with ice cream and "Kakhetian water". And Deniska was busy with his experiences. He did not see that his father was also upset. Deniska did not understand that his dad wanted to watch the performance to the end. Misunderstanding Deniska led to the fact that dad felt guilty. He was upset at first because the son did not see the girl on the ball, and then - when he realized that Deniska did not know how to see the experiences of other people. It seems to me that adults sometimes do wrong. But they often admit their mistakes. Therefore, we must be able not to grieve Our parents, even if they did not do what we want.

Once we went to the circus as a whole class. I was very happy when I went there, because I am almost eight years old, and I was in the circus only once, and that was a very long time ago. And suddenly a whole detachment of some people came out from behind the red curtain, dressed very beautifully - in red suits with yellow stripes. They stood on the sides of the curtain, and their leader in a black suit walked between them. He shouted something loudly and a little incomprehensibly, and the music began to play quickly, quickly and loudly, and the juggler jumped into the arena, and the fun began. And suddenly the juggler threw this ball to our audience, and then a real turmoil began, because I caught this ball and threw it at Valerka, and Valerka at Mishka, and Mishka suddenly took aim and, for no apparent reason, shone right at conductor, but did not hit him, but hit the drum! Bamm! The drummer got angry and threw the ball back to the juggler, but the ball did not fly, he just hit one beautiful aunt in her hair, and she got not a hairstyle, but a bun. And we all laughed so hard that we almost died.

And when the juggler ran behind the curtain, we could not calm down for a long time. But then a huge blue ball was rolled into the arena, and the uncle who was announcing came out to the middle and shouted something in an unintelligible voice. It was impossible to understand anything, and the orchestra again began to play something very cheerful, only not as fast as before.

And suddenly a little girl ran out into the arena. I have never seen such small and beautiful ones. She had blue-blue eyes, and around them were long eyelashes. And it was all like in a fairy tale. And then they turned off the light, and it turned out that the girl, in addition, could glow in the dark, and she slowly swam in a circle, and shone, and rang, and it was amazing - I had never seen anything like it in my whole life.

And when they turned on the lights, everyone clapped and yelled "bravo", and I also shouted "bravo". And she suddenly blew a kiss to everyone and ran away behind the red curtain, where all the artists ran.

But she didn't come out.

And after the intermission, the lions performed, and I did not like that the tamer kept dragging them by the tails, as if they were not lions, but dead cats.

Well, how? Did you enjoy the circus?

I said:

Dad! There is a girl in the circus. She dances on a blue ball. So cute, the best! She smiled at me and waved her hand! I'm the only one, honestly! Do you understand, dad? Let's go to the circus next Sunday! I'll show it to you!

Papa said:

We'll definitely go. I love the circus!

And my mother looked at both of us as if she saw for the first time.

... And a long week began, and I ate, studied, got up and went to bed, played and even fought, and still every day I thought when Sunday would come, and my dad and I would go to the circus, and I would see the girl on the ball again, and I'll show it to dad, and maybe dad will invite her to visit us, and I'll give her a Browning pistol and draw a ship in full sail.

But on Sunday, dad could not go. Comrades came to him, they delved into some drawings, and shouted, and smoked, and drank tea, and sat up late, and after them my mother had a headache, and my father said to me:

Next Sunday... I swear an oath of allegiance and honor.

And I was trembling with impatience, I really wanted dad to see how extraordinary she was in her silver suit with an airy cloak and how deftly she ran around the blue ball. And every time the announcer came out, I whispered to dad:

Now he will announce it!

But, as luck would have it, he announced someone else, and I even began to hate him, and I kept saying to dad:

Yes, well, him! This is nonsense on vegetable oil! This is not it!

And dad said without looking at me:

Don't interfere, please. It is very interesting! That's it!

I thought that dad, apparently, is not well versed in the circus, since he is interested in it. Let's see what he sings when he sees the girl on the ball. I suppose he will jump on his chair two meters in height ...

But then the announcer came out and shouted in his muffled voice:

Ant-rra-kt!

I just couldn't believe my ears! Intermission? And why? After all, in the second compartment there will be only lions! And where is my girl on the ball? Where is she? Why isn't she performing? Maybe she got sick? Maybe she fell and got a concussion?

I said:

Dad, let's go quickly, find out where the girl is on the ball!

Papa replied:

Yes Yes! And where is your equilibrist? Something not to be seen! Let's go buy some software!

He was cheerful and contented. He looked around, laughed and said:

Ah, I love ...

Tell me, please, when will the girl perform on the ball?

What girl?

Papa said:

The program includes a tightrope walker on the ball T. Vorontsov. Where is she?

I stood silent. Controller said:

Ah, are you talking about Tanechka Vorontsova? She left. She left. What are you up to late?

I stood silent.

Papa said:

We have been restless for two weeks now. We want to see the tightrope walker T. Vorontsova, but she is not there.

Controller said:

Yes, she left ... Together with her parents ... Her parents are "Bronze people - Dva-Yavors". Maybe you have heard? Very sorry. They just left yesterday.

I said:

You see, dad...

I didn't know she was leaving. What a pity ... Oh my God! .. Well ... There's nothing to be done ...

I asked the controller:

Does that mean for sure?

She said:

I said:

Where, unknown?

She said:

To Vladivostok.

Wow where. Far. Vladivostok. I know it is placed at the very end of the map, from Moscow to the right.

I said:

What a distance.

The controller suddenly hurried:

Well, go, go to your places, the lights are already out! Dad picked up:

Come on, Deniska! Now there are lions! Shaggy, growling - horror! Let's go look!

I said:

Let's go home, dad.

He said:

That's it once...

The controller laughed. But we went to the wardrobe, and I handed out the number, and we got dressed and left the circus. We walked along the boulevard and walked like that for a long time, then I said:

Vladivostok is at the very end of the map. There, if by train, you will travel for a whole month ...

Papa was silent. He obviously had no time for me. We walked a little more, and I suddenly remembered the planes and said:

And on the "TU-104" in three hours - and there!

But dad still didn't answer. He held my hand tightly. When we went out onto Gorky Street, he said:

Let's go to an ice cream parlor. Shame on two servings, huh?

I said:

Don't want something, dad.

Water is supplied there, it is called "Kakhetian". I have never drunk better water anywhere in the world.

I said:

I don't want it, dad.

He did not persuade me. He quickened his pace and squeezed my hand tightly. I even got sick. He walked very fast and I could hardly keep up with him. Why was he walking so fast? Why didn't he talk to me? I wanted to look at him. I raised my head. He had a very serious and sad face. .......................................................................................................

The protagonist of the story "The Girl on the Ball" from V. Dragunsky's collection "Deniska's Stories" is the boy Deniska. He is eight years old and goes to school. Together with the class, Deniska went to the circus and enjoyed watching the performances of the artists. But when a huge ball was rolled into the arena and a little girl, jumping on this ball, began to ride it easily and gracefully, Deniska was simply amazed. This girl seemed to him some kind of extraordinary, completely unlike other girls with whom he had previously met. He watched her performance with bated breath as she, wearing jingling bracelets, danced on the ball. And then they turned off the light, and it turned out that the extraordinary girl glows in the dark. At the end of the performance, the girl jumped off the ball and did some acrobatic somersaults. And then the most wonderful event for Deniska happened - the girl waved her hand to him!

Deniska didn’t watch all the other numbers anymore, he recalled the girl’s performance on the ball. And when he came home, he told his parents about this extraordinary circus performer. Deniska asked dad to take him to the circus again to see the girl. The Pope made such a promise, but could not keep it the following weekend because he was busy with business. But two weeks later, Deniska and his father still went to the circus. The boy was impatiently waiting for the girl to perform on the ball, but she did not appear until the very intermission. And during the intermission, dad found out that the girl had gone very far with her parents, to Vladivostok. Deniska became so sad that he asked his dad to leave the circus, and on the way home he even refused a double serving of ice cream.

This is the summary of the story.

The main idea of the story "The Girl on the Ball" is that children begin to grow up at very different ages. Someone remains a child, having grown taller than their parents, while someone captures the first feeling of falling in love even at the age of eight, as happened with Deniska. The story teaches to be attentive to children and to the feelings that they experience in the process of growing up.

In the story, I liked the little circus artist, the girl on the ball, who confidently performed in the circus arena with a complex acrobatic number in front of numerous spectators.

What proverbs are suitable for the story "The girl on the ball"?

Bold talent is on the rise.
Love rules the World.
