There are still many rumors and legends about this experienced practice, and there are those who do not like the Chinese hereditary physician at all.

But it is worth noting that Qigong Master Xu Mingtang is one of the brightest practitioners of Eastern medicine, so it would be ignorant to leave him unattended. In 1991, the Master moved to Russia to continue practicing qigong and teaching Zhong Yuan, and after that he traveled all over the globe.

Xiyu Mingtang: a new level of qigong or a scammer

I would like to note right away that Qigong Master Xu Mingtang has ill-wishers mainly for a number of reasons:

  • People generally have a poor understanding of Chinese medicine and do not know anything about its fundamental concepts;
  • People hardly realize the significance that the practice of qigong has (for many ignorant people it is just passive gymnastics ”;
  • Some practitioners are simply jealous of the success and fame of Mingtang, since their own system does not bring such a result.

In essence, to criticize the works of Xu Mingtang means to criticize the entire Chinese traditional medicine as a whole, because the Master sacredly observes and preserves all its traditions, he himself comes from the family of a Chinese doctor.

For an inexperienced practitioner, Zhong Yuan is unbearable qigong, because it requires certain knowledge, skills, and long-term training experience. Many adherents and followers of the teachings of Mingtang come to him already consciously, desiring a new level of practice.

To help inexperienced people to penetrate the secrets of Chinese medicine, Xu Mingtang specially created and published three consecutive manuals.

These are three teaching books, like steps that will help you climb to the very top of Eastern wisdom and comprehend all the possibilities of self-healing.

On the net, you can find negative feedback about the appearance of the Master - supposedly, for his current 53 years, he does not look too good. Of course, such criticism is an extremely strange phenomenon, especially when you consider that the works of Mingtang themselves are selling like hot cakes. And none of those who have read and mastered Xu Mingtang's manuals respond negatively about the practice, which already speaks volumes.

For unreasonably criticizing the appearance of the Master commentators, the followers of his teachings prepared a reasonable answer:

« As we all know, at birth, each person is measured by the charge of Qi energy. The faster this reserve is spent, the faster a person ages. The practices of healing and spiritual shepherding involve a colossal expenditure of energy. And you know very well that Master Xu Mingtang started helping people and healing at the age of fourteen. If he had simply developed his abilities and practiced qigong, as we all do, then this would not have affected his physical shell at all. But Mingtang continues to practice medical Chinese medicine to this day, giving colossal reserves of his living energy».

In fact, this is the purest truth. Healers rarely manage to preserve the beauty, harmony and attractiveness of the physical shell, working on a kind of "bestowal". Only those who feed on energy, receive it and give nothing in return, always look great.

In addition, there is not a single reasonable reason to doubt the sincerity of the Master himself and the effectiveness of his teachings - Xu Mingtang is a descendant of purebred Chinese doctors who are still highly respected in their homeland. The printed publications and manuals of the Master are very easy to understand, they do not even cost a lot of money, and seminars and lectures are purely voluntary.

First of all, the Chinese Xu Mingtang made his classical practice of Zhong Yuan qigong accessible to large masses of people who have only indirect knowledge about traditional medicine of the East.

Qigong Mingtang presents as an opportunity to have a healthy body and a strong body, as an affordable solution to any problem and physical illness. It is noteworthy that in China the works of Mntana are respected even by modern doctors, because qigong is a cultural tradition of the country, it is a sacred rite and spiritual practice, which is still practiced all over the world.

Mingtang - Qigong Master: Biography

The Chinese Master was born in the province of Henan, his father at that time was already a well-known doctor, an adherent of Chinese traditional medicine. His family carried an important mission - for many centuries it was the guardian of the ancient Shaolin Temple.

From an early age, Xu Mingtang mastered the principles of oriental medicine, practiced qigong and martial arts. Already at the age of fourteen, Mingtan began to see his first patients, and at fifteen he entered college. A year later, the novice Master entered one of the best higher educational institutions in China - the University of Transport and Communications.

After completing his studies in Beijing, Mingtang returned to his native land - to the province of Henan. For several years he studied with his Master in the most famous and mysterious places of the country.

In 1988, Mingtang founded the association of the classical direction of Zhong Yuan - qigong, which is considered one of the most ancient and honorable. The master continues to improve his skills, writes and publishes books.

So the world saw the light of his most popular printed manuals:

  • Zhong Yuan Qigong. A book to read and practice. 1 step",
  • Zhong Yuan Qigong. A book to read and practice. 2 step",
  • Zhong Yuan Qigong. A book to read and practice. 3 step”, and a few lesser known works.

In 1998, Master Xu Mingtang founded the Institute of Oriental Medicine Research, located on the territory of Ukraine. In addition, the Master continues to collaborate with the World Academic Society of Medical Qigong Research.

Qigong Siu Mingtang is a tribute to the traditional and centuries-old practices of Chinese medicine. Being the living embodiment of the most famous qigong - Zhong Yuan, Mingtang continues to develop his skills and openly share them with the whole world, arranging seminars.

So, only this year the Master managed to give a ten-day seminar in Slovakia, gave a lecture in Novosibirsk, held his seminars in Krasnodar, Jurmala and the Chelyabinsk region.

On November 5, 2013, Xu Mingtang's new book Image Medicine is published, which has made a lot of noise in the world of qigong practitioners and adherents. It turns out that the Master claims that our mental images are secret levers, thanks to which you can mold your life in any way you like!

Supreme Qigong: Xu Mingtang, video with the Master

The selection of videos below will introduce you to the Master, you can listen to his lecture, and also get acquainted with the exercises that take place in the first stage of Zhong Yuan Qigong.

Qigong video lesson from Chinese Master Xu Mingtang

As you can clearly see, Xu Mingtang qigong is a non-violent and benevolent system, even for beginners, which is based on the ancient teachings of Taoist monks and Chinese doctors.

If qigong is a new phenomenon for you, then first study the materials about it and the history of its origin in order to have an idea of \u200b\u200bwhat you have to do.

It will also not be superfluous to spend a few months first doing basic exercises from practice. If you are determined to follow the teachings of Xu Mingtang, then act consistently - start with the first level manual, then only move on to the second, and then to the third.

Xu Mingtang was born into a famous surgeon's family. He graduated from Peking University with a degree in software engineering, postgraduate studies, 2 years of internship at the American Center for Advanced Computer Technology, worked for several years in the programming laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

From early childhood he was engaged in Wushu, from the university bench - qigong. Many years of practice, great perseverance and innate talent allowed Xu Mingtang to master the skill and be trained by many outstanding masters of China in an incredibly short time.

In parallel with the main specialty, he studied traditional Chinese medicine and from the third year he worked as a diagnostician at the Beijing Hospital.

Currently, he is the President of the Chinese Zhong Yuan Qigong Association (since 1988), a professor at the Beijing China-Western Joint Hospital and the Institute of Life Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the Council of the World Academic Society of Medical Qigong.

Conducts seminars and demonstrates the healing possibilities of the Zhong Yuan Qigong system and mental image therapy in different countries of the world.

Xu Mingtang himself tells about himself, about how he came to qigong:

I am a software engineer by education. I graduated from Peking University, graduate school, and trained for two years at the American Advanced Computer Technology Center. We had a very strong graduation - my fellow students are well promoted and work in prestigious centers around the world. I also started my professional career at the Programming Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. And now I do qigong and what is connected with qigong.

I am often asked how this happened and what prompted me to completely change my occupation and lifestyle.

I was born in the family of a doctor - a famous surgeon. My early childhood and school years were spent, in fact, on the territory of the hospital, where I first involuntarily, and then consciously observed patients, their diseases and methods of treatment. It can be said that I studied all this, since I was often present at the discussion of diagnoses, postoperative observation, consultations ... Therefore, it was quite natural for me to want to enter a medical university after graduating from high school. But my father did not allow me to do this, because he considered medical work to be a very difficult job. Doctors in China live in the immediate vicinity of their hospital, and sometimes on its territory, and at any time of the day they are called to the patient.

The father had unusual abilities, strangely perceived by others. For a long time, he himself did not suspect the power that was contained in his hands - I remember this well from the age of 8. Now I understand that his hands had a special kind of energy that could be anesthetized. When, during examinations of patients, he had to palpate painful areas, they did not feel pain, especially in the postoperative period. In addition, the results of surgical intervention were better than those of other specialists, since there were practically no postoperative complications and inflammatory processes.

My father had many acquaintances and friends. They came for him and took him away for diagnosis, treatment, consultations. It could have been in the middle of the night or during the day after a major operation. He could be taken to another city during his vacation, and no one thought about the fact that this interrupts his vacation and tears him away from his family. The father never refused to help, but did not want to doom his son to a life in which a person does not belong to himself.

Therefore, for further study, with the approval of my father, I chose the most modern and promising direction in those years - computer technology - and entered the best university in the country - Peking University. And there I got acquainted with qigong. At first I took it rather calmly, as another subject, because I was attracted to active sports.

Like many Chinese children, I have been practicing wushu since childhood, only, perhaps, I started earlier than others. My great-grandfather, a famous Wushu Master, took over my training and trained me very hard in the traditions of the Shaolin school.

I was born in Henan Province, not far from the Shaolin Monastery. Our family and all my relatives are from there. It just so happened that almost all of my male ancestors were heavily involved in combat systems, many of them reached perfection and were considered unsurpassed warriors. For thousands of years, until the formation of modern China, this kind of martial art was vital and highly valued, because in addition to the body, the spirit developed and strengthened, sometimes reaching great heights. One of my ancestors, Prince Kimnara, a great Master, reached the level of a Bodhisattva. For outstanding services during his lifetime, he later became the main Hu Fa of the Zhong Yuan qigong system, and a special hall in the Shaolin monastery is dedicated to him - a representative of the Xu clan.

Hu Fa is a protector and guardian who performs the functions of protection from the encroachment of evil spirits and various entities from our and other worlds. Very often, Hu Fa were chosen from among famous warriors, prominent public figures, great scientists, etc., depending on what was guarded. In each monastery, at the entrance, on both sides of the gate, statues of Hu Fa are erected in battle armor of their time, with stern faces, often in frightening poses. In many temples, Hu Fas also stand in front of the entrance to the inner halls, often flanking statues of Buddha, emperors, and those who are revered and worshiped. Hu Fa was also painted on the doors of offices or living quarters... The higher the level of a warrior's Skill, the more significant the object he guarded: from the inner chambers of the imperial castle and up to the whole system or teaching, which was followed by many generations of adepts.

My great-grandfather still fully followed this tradition, my grandfather to a lesser extent, and my father completely departed from it, devoting his life to medicine. Therefore, it was my great-grandfather who concentrated all his efforts on me and tried to convey what he himself, his father, his father's father and other ancestors did all their lives. I trained a lot and thought that I would seriously engage in this sport. My brother later became a five-time Chinese champion and a great master. (Here we mean not a brother, but a brother in spirit. In China, the disciples of one Teacher, one Master, call each other brothers.)

At the university, I continued to engage in martial arts and team sports. But one day at a training session, looking at my fellow students, I thought: “If, for example, you play basketball all the time, then what can you learn from this in old age?” Of course, while a person is training, basketball will bring some benefit to his health. You can become a famous athlete or coach, be a respected specialist in your circle, the author of books or textbooks. But if we consider this as a life direction, as a goal, then what, ultimately, is this useful? And I felt that this was not enough for me. I couldn’t find the way in this sport, following which you can seriously develop yourself not only as an athlete or coach, not only form some character traits, but constantly improve yourself as a human being, having both a physical body and a soul . I have the same attitude towards other sports.

I came to the conclusion that if you use sports activities only as part of a hobby, then this is probably good, but if you use them as a life goal, then something is missing here. Indeed, in the event of a serious injury, old age, or simply a change in economic conditions, one has to change the sport or abandon it altogether. And the opportunities to practice qigong do not depend on this - in any conditions, you can continue the practice. From these positions qigong is a very good sport.

I began to delve deeper into qigong practice, analyze life, my environment, comprehend my own experience, my knowledge.

We all live in a certain world, in a certain environment. There are many problems in our life, everyone has their own, but there are many common ones, because everything in this world is interconnected. We live 50, 70, in rare cases 100 years, but then we die anyway. Why, in the short time that is allotted to us, do we wait for something and do not think about WHAT we can do? We live pretty monotonously from day to day: we work, we eat, we sleep. We think about earning money, about food, about property ... And when I looked at how my friends, my environment, my family live, I thought how terrible it is, because we do not develop ourselves ... This is how my grandparents lived, their parents... And in the end, what did they leave behind besides memories and some things? This is how most people live.

We are forced to work because we need food, shelter... But now the living conditions are such that it is not necessary to spend all 24 hours a day only on work and sleep. I think that if we were only doing work now, we would go crazy. We must still get satisfaction from something ... Most of us have some kind of hobby. Part of the time left from work and sleep, we can use for self-development, self-knowledge. That's why if you have a hobby, then try to think about how this hobby can improve you, how long you can use it and what it can give you in the long run. And do you need to spend your whole life trying to improve in this direction?

QIGONG… WHY WE NEED IT

Master Zhong Yuan Qigong - Xu Mingtang says:

…I thought about how, how to develop myself, how to understand myself, how to know myself, how to know my future. In other words, is there some path, some road that can be taken into that future? And I began to practice qigong very seriously, devoting all the time that was left from practicing my main specialty to the practice.

By this time, I had graduated from the university and was doing an internship at the American Center for Modern Computer Technologies. And here I began to have the same questions as in sports - I still could not understand what is the ultimate goal in working with a computer. Of course, we can perform serious calculations, simulate processes that occur in nature and various spheres of human activity and are both theoretical and applied in nature, create training programs, games ... But if we set some goal in a business that a person considers his business life, in the field of programming and computer technology, I was far from clear. And then, when I dived very deeply into the practice of certain qigong exercises, I realized which way I should go. And I realized that we must spend some time and energy to study ourselves.

The fact is that throughout the history of human development, we have been engaged in the creation and development of only external methods. Both in everyday life and in research work, it has long become customary for us to use all kinds of external objects: glasses and contact lenses, microscopes and telescopes, radio and television, food processors and cars ... - external devices, external tools, external methods ... Therefore, the most a popular type of development for our world is external. Both in everyday life and in science, technology, medicine, we develop the external, and then we often do not know where to move on. We did not pay due attention to the methods of development of ourselves, especially our inner world.

We ourselves are a very precise precision instrument. This is our body, and today there is no device more accurate than it. We use our brain, wisdom, knowledge in order to deal with the outside world, and as a rule, we do not work with ourselves. If we devoted the same amount of time to the development of ourselves, then perhaps we could do much more useful for everyone and everything living on Earth.

I am familiar with many specialists and scientists who, at the end of their days, were concerned about how to have time to teach young people everything that they had learned over a long life. As they got older, they realized that life is very short and that there is another area of knowledge that should be studied much more intensively - the study of oneself. But they didn't have time for that. You know that many scientists, such as Newton, Mendeleev and others, in their old age turned to the question of the existence of God. What force makes the earth rotate? What determines certain laws of the universe? How, by what methods can they be opened? Where, in what direction to move in the knowledge of our world, and WHAT AFTER DEATH? DEATH IS THE END OR THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING? And if a person has lived a long time and understood a lot, then where does all this go when he dies? And if a person died not from old age, but from illness? Can this be prevented? And when should action be taken?

At first, a person is young and full of energy, he feels like a master on earth, capable of much, he looks to the future and does not think about the past. But time flies very quickly, and he begins to understand the limitations of his abilities. With age comes disease. Nobody wants it, but that's how life works. As a rule, after 40 years, many begin to realize that the time has come to take care of their health.

Since we all have a physical body, diseases are inevitable, and very often they cause great trouble and problems not only to the sick person, but also to his relatives. Therefore, in addition to feeling unwell, pain and helplessness, during an illness a person often suffers also because he is forced to use outside help. Therefore, it has long been believed that suffering from diseases is in the first place.

In second place is suffering from old age. Everyone wants to be young, full of strength and health. But old age, alas, comes to everyone. It is inevitable, like death. And her expectation is the third kind of suffering.

And the fourth is birth. When a child is born, he cries. Why? It is not very good for him, perhaps it hurts, to get out of his usual environment into our world.

When a person begins to understand that he does not have much time left to live, he turns his gaze to the past, where everything was clear, unlike the future, because the future is a departure from life. And what's behind it? And then he begins to understand that he still does not know the purpose of life, and thinks about how to prolong life and youth, how to find out what will happen after death, what our spirit, soul are and what happens to them after they die. leave our body.

ARE YOU AFRAID OF DEATH? After all, everyone knows that death is inevitable, that we will all die. And it is not so important to believe or not to believe in God and the afterlife, as to have your own experience in this. It is important to know what death is before our death, because then we will no longer be afraid of it. After all, a person, his psyche and consciousness are arranged in such a way that, as a rule, the unknown is terrible. And if we know from our own experience WHAT DEATH IS, if we can control the process of our death, it will be wonderful. We know that in relation to birth such control is impossible, since our birth does not depend on us. But the ability to control the coming of our end depends on us, and this is quite realistic after a certain practice.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF OUR LIFE? Everyone must understand this for themselves. And then it will become clearer to us WHAT IS SPACE and the world around us. And if we learn to understand WHERE WE COME FROM and WHERE WE WILL GO after death, then we can understand WHO WE ARE. And when a person understands this, he will not grieve about the years he lived in vain, because he will understand himself and his life in connection with the past and future, in connection with the entire Cosmos.

While living here on Earth, everyone experiences suffering, whether they are poor or rich. It is important to learn to understand the interconnection of events, evaluate your emotional state and learn from any situations a lesson that allows you to develop ...

qigong- this is the tool with which you can learn to “repair”, get rid of diseases, comprehend our world more fully, understand yourself in interconnection with the entire Cosmos, find happiness - the happiness of being, the happiness of communication, the happiness of mutual understanding, the happiness of conscious choice of the Path, just HAPPINESS.

Therefore, when I am asked questions about what qigong is and why we should study it, I sometimes ask in response, why do they go to the theater, attend concerts? Because there we come into contact with art. As a result, we acquire something - knowledge, a good mood, and we can even experience a state of happiness.

In terms of what we can get for ourselves by practicing qigong, it can be said that qigong is the highest level of the art of self-development. At the same time, we still gain knowledge about how to develop ourselves on this Path. That is why this kind of Path is interesting for everyone. Qigong practice helps throughout life, it becomes a part of us. It's not like going to the cinema or going to a concert, which is forgotten over time. Here everything that you have learned, acquired, worked out, remains with you forever. And the usual state of happiness that a person experiences in his life is not the state that can be experienced by practicing qigong. There is a completely different feeling here. You will see that these are different levels of happiness. If you experience such a state of happiness, you will always want to practice in the future.

And it is also very important that by practicing qigong, you develop yourself and come to wholeness. You gain wisdom, knowledge and ability. And this process does not depend on age. Therefore, by old age you will be able to do more than an ordinary person, it always becomes interesting for you to live, and you are not attached to your physical body.

And until the very last minute, you have enough strength to do what needs to be done, and you yourself can decide when to leave your body.

What is "qigong"?

Qigong is an ancient Chinese art of self-regulation, healing and harmony. According to some sources, this system has more than 7 thousand years. There are many directions and schools in qigong: Taoist, Confucian, Buddhist, martial arts, medical, etc.

The concept of "qigong" consists of two hieroglyphs - "qi" and "gong". "Qi" is the energy of life that fills the body, moves in it, takes various forms. "Gong" is work, the ability to control qi. Accordingly, "qigong" is the art of using energy, mastering which one can cure a disease, become strong and invulnerable in battle, slow down the aging process, prolong life, develop creative abilities, strengthen the spirit and better understand the world.

History of the Zhong Yuan Qigong System

Zhong Yuan qigong, the oldest known qigong system, appeared more than seven thousand years ago, back in the days of individual tribes in China.

"Zhong Yuan" is the name of the plain in China where Zhong Yuan Qigong originated. "Zhong" means the center, the middle, and "yuan" - the source of all things.

For thousands of years, the system belonged to "secret knowledge" and was revealed to the world only today, in the seventies. At present, it has become widespread. So in many countries there are health and treatment centers Zhong Yuan qigong; books and videos are published; lectures are held in medical institutions and university auditoriums; annual intensive trainings are held, including at the International Wushu, Kungfu and Qigong Training Center in Shaolin (China).

Zhong Yuan Qigong - Science of Life

Zhong Yuan qigong belongs to the highest levels of qigong and is the most promising direction for human development. It is a holistic system of knowledge and methods of practice. It includes exercises, meditations, various ways of breathing aimed at the development of a person, his recovery, treatment, expansion of consciousness, understanding of his life tasks and his mission.

In the Zhong Yuan Qigong school, a beginner goes from mastering individual elements to a philosophical understanding of a holistic picture of the world, which includes Man, his past and future, his deep thousand-year connection with nature. This is a universal and unique health and development system based on the natural capabilities of the human body. Zhong Yuan Qigong is the science of Life in the broadest sense.

Master Xu Mingtang is the successor of the lineage of the Zhong Yuan Qigong school. The Xuyi family's official duty for generations has been the spiritual protection of the Shaolin Monastery. Xu Mingtang's relatives were respected qigong masters. To this day, the Shaolin Monastery houses the temple of his ancestor.

From childhood, Xu Mingtang studied with his father - the art of qigong, Chinese medicine and martial arts. Later, he studied qigong with other teachers. Currently, Xu Mingtang is a well-known and respected Qigong Grand Master. He continues to explore the possibilities of Zhong Yuan Qigong. Since 1991, he has been teaching this system in Russia and around the world.

Zhong Yuan Qigong Practice Levels

Full mastery of the practice involves four steps.

At the first stage, the basic exercises of the Zhong Yuan Qigong school are studied. This is the foundation for further practice. Exercises are focused on improving the body as a whole, solving the problems of lack of energy, low vitality.

The second step allows you to normalize the emotional state, master the state of silence, deep relaxation at all levels of our body. This is aimed not only at improving the body, but also lays the foundation for serious development.

The third step introduces you to a special state of deep calm - a pause. This state develops consciousness, intuition. The step reveals the creative potential of practitioners due to the correct energy exchange, because it is then that the creative force is released. Unexpectedly, talents and abilities are revealed: many begin to write poetry, draw, design and sew dresses ... Thus, the body becomes a conductor of pure creativity.

The fourth stage develops the ability to perceive and makes it possible to receive knowledge directly, directly from nature, flora and fauna. The task of the fourth stage is to gain wisdom and gain a deep understanding of the essence of your life, life situations and the entire Universe.

Basic information

Master Xu Mingtang is a direct successor to the tradition of the Zhong Yuan Qigong school, a living bearer of the tradition, the transmission of which is carried out both at numerous retreats and through certified instructors of the school.

“... most scientists still do not realize that there is information of a different kind, which neither devices nor our brain can perceive. In ancient times, there were no microscopes and telescopes, radio and television, satellites and submersibles, electricity and nuclear technology - all that humanity is used to using today. But there are drawings and descriptions of other celestial bodies, maps of the continents, evidence of the transformation of matter ... Where did this information come from and how? From ourselves. Man is the most reliable multifunctional research laboratory with truly unlimited possibilities. You just need to learn how to use it. There is an instructive Chinese tale. A frog lived in a well. And she said, “I know how big the sky is. And I know how much water there is.” One day a frog climbed out of a well and went to the sea. And she went crazy because she saw such a big sky and so much water. Therefore, a person has two ways: the first is not to go anywhere, not to get acquainted with anything new and stay in place, and the second is to learn this big world step by step ... "( )

Zhong Yuan Qigong System

This is a holistic system of knowledge and practice methods, which includes exercises, meditation and different ways of breathing, aimed at developing a person, his recovery and treatment, expanding consciousness, understanding his life tasks and his mission. Its practice is available to people of any age and health condition, and no artificial measures are required to change lifestyle, daily routine or nutrition. This system does not belong to a religious direction, is not connected with ideology, but rather is a science of Life in the broadest sense.

Zhong Yuan Qigong is the oldest of all qigong directions discovered to date. According to legend, it is more than 7 thousand years old, it originated in the times of individual tribes in China. Zhong Yuan - Central China Plain - the geographical name of the area where this direction of qigong originates. Once upon a time, this was the name of a large province in the center of China, where the Shaolin Monastery was located.

Zhong in translation is the center, the middle. In relation to qigong, this name means “middle way”, “keep in the middle”. In relation to our modern life, the concept of "Zhong" is also a kind of "golden mean" philosophy. This means that our emotional state should not be distorted and undergo sharp bursts of anger, joy, delight or resentment ... Everything should be in moderation: not too much, but not too little. The emotional balance must be accompanied by the balance of the physical body. When we walk, our body should not sway from side to side, our mind and gaze should not wander around, so as not to dissipate our energy outward. We must turn our gaze inward and detach ourselves from the environment.

The concept of Yuan is inherent in all qigong schools, but the technique of working in them and the methods are different. There are Yuan jing, Yuan qi and Yuan shen. In translated literature, Yuan is interpreted as the original, jing - reproducing force, seed, qi - vitality, pneuma, shen - spirit. In fact, as a first approximation, these are different types and structures of qi energy.

“The purpose of our practice is to understand what Life is. When we understand what Life is in general and in what forms it can be represented, we can truly understand what is needed to maintain health and cure diseases. From this point of view, we can say that qigong is a kind of science that is based on ideas about Life and allows a person to use his own abilities to improve the quality of his life and his future "( Xu Mingtang)

Zhong Yuan Qigong is the key that can open the doors of your own laboratory and turn on all the necessary analyzers in it. At the same time, Zhong Yuan Qigong is a simple science of life, even though life itself is by no means simple. The practice of Zhong Yuan Qigong not only improves health, not only expands our knowledge of the world, but allows us to move to a qualitatively new level of life, independent of the physical body and environmental conditions.

Image therapy

Image therapy or mental image therapy is a new direction in medicine that is gaining more and more popularity all over the world.

The main advantage of this method is an integrated approach to the patient from the side of the physical body, energy and information.

Treatment and training in image therapy methods are implemented at the Beijing Kundawell Medical Research Institute. Today, the Beijing Kundawell Institute carries out several activities, such as the study of complex and incurable diseases, the search for their causes and ways to eliminate them, the selection of ways to improve the body, the adjustment and activation of the restorative and protective forces of each individual patient using the methods of image therapy and Chinese traditional medicine. .
