Life is always written cleanly, there are no drafts and many roads in it. The road is always the same: either up or down. Staying in one place means regressing. All his diplomas and scientific degrees over time, they devalue, become morally obsolete and, ultimately, are canceled in the context of assessing his education. A person can have ten diplomas, but if his mind is blocked by egoism, he becomes deaf to new knowledge, he turns into an inert substance that does not want to listen to anyone, analyze and compare other points of view. An inert mind, saturated with the poison of egoism, is a sure sign of ignorance. What he was taught twenty years ago at the institute, most likely, is already outdated, but he continues to gush with false theses, spewing outdated views on this or that object or situation.
In other words, education is a movement forward, it is a constant concern for the development of the mind, and ignorance is the stagnation and degradation of the mind, it is inertia and retrograde, it is an aggressive attitude towards wise words: "Live and learn!" Education is not a printed banknote that you can put in your pocket with a sense of complacency, so that you can get it out of there and present it to the world as a guarantee of your ability to pay. Unlike ignorance, she must be ready to pass the re-certification carried out by life every day.
It would be banal and narrow-minded to mean by ignorance only the absence of certificates, diplomas, knowledge of languages. Ignorance - ignoramus in science - how to live. Often it is not her fault, but her misfortune that she could not get a proper education. Formal ignorance is no reason to mock her from the height of her knowledge. Undoubtedly, education has one undeniable advantage over ignorance - it relies on the continuity of knowledge, it repels from the knowledge already developed by mankind.
