FOREWORD
Dear friends. If you chose our book - probably your soul
characteristic States of joyful awe, anticipation of a miracle, surprise
for daily miracles. Isn't it a miracle that the sun rises and sets
seasons change, what...? True, we are accustomed to miracles. And some
of us want something new, unexpected...
But a miracle _ very close. However, only a person with an open heart
can know its beauty. Opening your heart to goodness teaches us
story. And this idea has become the leitmotif of this collection of programs, based on
bathrooms on the method of fairy tale therapy.
The method has a long history, but it got its name quite
recently: only about ten years ago. Perhaps there is no such psychological
th, psychotherapeutic, pedagogical direction, which cost
without the use of a fairy tale. Therefore, our programs will not contradict
to read the worldview of a psychoanalyst, or, or,
or a fan of Aalerian individual therapy. you can safely
take them as a basis for psychoprophylactic, correctional and developmental and
psychotherapy courses.
Our programs are limited to 5-12 sessions quite consciously. Mate-
rial, based on metaphors, should in the soul and start softly

pupils still want to travel through a fairy tale, use the effect

We will be pleased if you creatively approach our programs:

it will be our gift for us if you tell us about it.
To make it more convenient for you to create within the framework of our programs, we

MAGIC LAND INSIDE US
Emotional-volitional development program
for children and teenagers
INTRODUCTION
Increasingly, educators and psychologists are using the terms terminal inadequacy>, . Behind this one hundred
yat fears and anxieties, excessive tearfulness and aggressiveness, resentment
anxiety, feelings of depression and loneliness, and much more. Not
not only for children, but also for adults, it is not easy to sort out their feelings.
Often feelings guide actions, and regret about this comes
child only.
The child is brought to a psychologist to get rid of fears, tics,
poor academic performance, isolation, and to address
other problems. However, these are just symptoms, the tip of the iceberg.
The main problems arise from insufficiently formed
I-concepts, from the unconscious feeling of inner chaos, from
weaknesses I.
Let's try to translate all this into symbolic language. Imagine
imagine that inside of us there is a whole country in which there is a president
(or king, queen), there is a Duma, many courtiers and simple
citizens. If the head of the country is weak, imprisoned or exiled,
nii, the country is ruled by servants. However, they do not have the wisdom
that is given to the king, so they make mistakes.
Now it becomes clear the true reason for the emotional and
behavioral inadequacy: everything is the fault of the servant, incorrectly
taking their places. And, of course, the king, who forgot about his duties
news.
In this case, the task of a psychologist, teacher, educator, wise
parent is the king and courtier
nyh in places corresponding to their purpose.
That is what this book is about. They can
be taught individually and in a group using a variety of
forms of fairy tale therapy (sandboxes, dolls, magic colors, costumes)
12
we, etc.). The programs are addressed to children from 5 to 13 years old (under normal
intellectual development) and can be adapted for children
children and adolescents with developmental problems by reducing the list
explored feelings and simplify tasks.
ACTIVITY FIRST AND ACTIVITY LAST:
DIAGNOSTICS OF PERFORMANCE
The first and the very last lesson can be devoted entirely to
process of psychodiagnostics (going in parallel with the establishment of the end
measure). By comparing the results, we can determine the effectiveness
our work. In the context of future classes, the child is offered a
todica named by us.
The purpose of this technique is to study the psycho-emotional
standing.
In front of the child (or children), the facilitator lays out eight
randash (red, yellow, blue, green, purple, brown)
vyy, gray and black) and the form of the technique (Fig. 1).
Instruction 1: a hell of a country, and they live in it Feelings: Joy, Pleasure, Fear,
Guilt, Resentment, Sadness, Anger and Interest. They live in small flowers
houses. Moreover, each Feeling lives in the house of a certain
colors. Someone lives in a red house, someone in blue, someone in black
nom, someone in green... Every day, as soon as the sun rises,
the bodies of the magical land go about their business.
But once there was a trouble. A terrible hurricane hit the country.
The gusts of wind were so strong that they tore the roofs off the
mov and broke branches of trees. The inhabitants managed to hide, but the houses
failed to save.
And then the hurricane ended, the wind died down. Residents came out of hiding
saw their houses destroyed. Of course they were very
built, but tears, as you know, grief will not help. Taking the necessary
tools, the inhabitants soon restored their houses. But
Here's the problem - all the paint was blown away by the wind.
Do you have colored pencils. Please help the residents and
paint the houses.
Thus, children are invited to work with the first column
coy, where the houses are depicted.
Instruction 2: pitchfork country. A real wizard! But the fact is that during a hurricane,
the inhabitants were so frightened that they completely forgot in which house
colors lived each of them. Please help every resident to find
you own house. Color or underline the name of the feeling with a color corresponding to
corresponding to the color of his house>.

- What wonderful palaces you have turned out to be, and look what
they are different! Why do you think?
In life, we are all very different, and each architect offers
something, something special. But for today's story, you have to
create an Architectural Council and choose one of the palaces for the King.
- In which of the palaces will you settle the King and why?
So, the palace for the King is chosen. Please Mr Palace-
y Architect, take scissors and cut it out. And now the Council
Architects will have to choose the location of the King's palace.
Where do you propose to put the palace and why? Each member of the Council
has the right to speak and defended his position. However, you need
but will make a general decision.
And now enter the King into the palace, giving him the appropriate
honors.
We recommend playing this action in the following way. One-
Mu of the members of the group gets the honorary role of the King. Sign of use
the role played is the figure of the King, which he holds in his hands. Participation
the nicknames of the group, including the leader, line up in two lines perpendicular to
cularly sandbox, forming a symbolic. According to him
majestically, holding a figurine on an outstretched hand, the performer
playing the role of the King. All members of the group with a bow salute him,
accompanying them with words of welcome. Ways of greeting koro-
may be suggested by the facilitator or invented by the participants themselves
groups. The one who plays the part of the King places the figurine in the sandbox, and the whole
the group is placed around.
Comment. Who can play the role of the King:
a) the participant who drew the corresponding lot;
b) a participant collectively selected by the group;
c) the participant appointed by the leader. In this case, the King may
be chosen as an alternate leader, an outcast of the group or not included
participant in the work of the group.
- So, the Fairy-tale country was created, we got acquainted with its Koro-
lem, the Council of Architects chose a palace for him. The king was triumphant
formally introduced into the palace. We have gained invaluable experience
the joy of working together, making important decisions, supporting
ki another. All this will be useful to us in our life. Let's take from
this experience from our Fairyland. To do this, stretch the
ki over the country. Feel the warmth that comes to us from Fairy Tale
countries. Take this warmth in your palms (hands describe in
bow, as if a ball appeared in the palms). Golden in your hands
ball. in which is your invaluable experience. Bring the ball to your
to his heart. So he will stay with us (all actions are performed by children
with the host).
And now it's time to go back.
A ritual from Fairyland is being performed.
After the lesson, the guys CAN make out the sand country themselves, but-

SESSIONS THREE TO NINE:
INTRODUCING SENSING SERVANTS
Information for the presenter
From the third lesson, we begin the cycle with feelings. It is important for us to convey to our pupils that feelings
are precisely the SERVANTS of the King, which symbolizes our Self.
The algorithm for getting to know the feeling servant can be as follows:
1. Name (for example, we get acquainted with a servant named Joy).
2. Choosing a figurine, go drawing an image of a servant-feeling (How do you-
is this servant looking?)
3. Discussion of figures or drawings. The emphasis is on the fact that
all images are different and we are all different, this is our exceptional
ness and dissimilarity to each other. That is why people who
conscious! their otherness and accept the exclusivity of the other,
never get bored together.
4. Acquaintance with the servant-feeling based on all modalities. See-
we already have a representative image of the servant-feeling (in the form of a figurine or
ka). Therefore, we connect other modalities to acquaintance:
auditory analyzer (what sounds accompany the appearance of this
servants when he comes; what music plays when it appears
this servant; how does he say, what kind of voice does he have: high? short?
quiet? loud?);
olfactory analyzer (what does the servant smell like: a pleasant smell or
no. what is that smell?
taste analyzer (what taste does the servant bring with him: bitterness,
sweetness, acidity, salinity, flavor modifications);
tactile-kinesthetic analyzer (what is touch
this servant, what movements he makes, what dances he dances
blossoms).
5. We choose a place for building a house (glade, valley, shore
rivers, swamps, etc.). We justify the choice of place (why here
settled this servant of the King).
6. We create an architectural design for the scrap of the servant-feeling. Choose
the best on a competitive basis.
7. We build a house for the servant-feeling.
8. We pronounce and play the arrival of the servant-feelings to the King.
We collect all verbal, non-verbal, behavioral manifestations
King when visited by his servant-feeling.
9. We introduce the concept of Measure (what will happen to the King and the kingdom,
if the feeling-servant forgets about his home and delays too long-
in the palace). Loss of Measure - loss of emotional balance. Pro-
we say how the servant-feeling serves us, in what situations it comes
is beneficial, in which it is harmful.
THIRD ACTIVITY:
INTRODUCING THE SERVANT NAMED JOY
The ritual of entering Fairyland is being performed.
The host says: he is rushing to work and will restore the Fairyland, put up a palace,
settles the King.
The King has many courtiers. But there are special servants among them
nye, called Feelings. It's time to get to know them
closer. These are servants named Joy, Pleasure, Sadness, Anger,
Fear, Resentment, Guilt and Interest.
Let's get to know the King's servant named Ra-
dost. Can you tell this servant from the others?
Let each of you try to find among the figures a servant named
nor Joy.
See what different figurines you have chosen. What do you think,
why? Of course, because we are all different and each of us has joy.
us own.
But for the King, we only need to choose one servant named
Joy. Therefore, in order not to be mistaken, we will take a closer look at
each character you choose.
Comment. Acquaintance can take place as follows
at once:
a) the host asks the guys to tell about their figure: what they like to eat,
what he wears, what he likes to do, what songs, games he likes
and dancing;
b) the host turns on rhythmic music and asks the child to show
how his character dances; group members stand in a circle
and repeat his movements (modification of the game, see below).
below). The game continues until all the members of the group
will not talk about the selected characters and will not demonstrate
their favorite dances.
- We met with all the contenders for the role of
gi King named Joy. All were worthy, but to choose
you need one, who?
Comment. The servant figurine named Joy can be selected
rat as follows:
3) create a Council of the Wise, who collectively, arguing
Magic builds inside of us
d) in the most extreme case (if the guys cannot agree and
show signs of destructive communication) the leading appointment
teas the figurine himself or offers his figurine.
- And now the Council of Architects begins its duties
and proposes a house project for a servant named Joy.
For collective houses, each child can
to issue an envelope with cut out parts of the house (roof options,
walls, foundations, windows. doors, etc.) and a cardboard card (6x6 cm).
on which the guys, conferring, create a house for a servant named Ra-
dost.
“Where shall we place the house of the King’s servant named Joy?”
When the scrap is delivered, the host asks the guys:
- What do you think happens to the King when he comes to
dit servant named Joy?
Of course, he rejoices, but how does he do it? Dancing, clapping in la
Doshi, smiles, arranges holidays?..
(It is important that the guys list as many signs as possible
verbal, non-verbal, behavioral manifestations of joy.)
- You and I know that each of us has a King in our souls. Pre-
bet that a servant named Joy has come to us.
Here you can invite the guys to start psychodynamic games:
dance:
sing;
go to the mirror and look at your facial expressions.
Guys, what sounds does Joy bring with it?
What smells do the servant named Joy bring with you?
What is served to the table when Joy is visiting?
And through what touch you can give Joy to your loved one
man?
Does a servant named Joy often come to visit you? When and
How does this happen?
Probably a servant named Joy is always a welcome guest in any
home. But please tell me what will happen to the King if the servant
named Joy will stay too long visiting the master?
Of course you're right. The king will just get tired! Yes, and things in the kingdom
We will go wrong if we only laugh, sing and have fun all the time. But
how can a servant named Joy know when it is time to go home?
The secret of royal servants is. that they have a very important
quality - MEASURE. They know the Measure in everything. Therefore, a servant named
nor Joy knows when it's time to leave. (At this point it is important to show
children a figurine symbolizing Measure. Later we often

- Do you guys think that the knowledge of the Measure will be useful to us in life?
And in what cases? Has it ever happened to you that you forgot Meru?

Let's sing to Measure in (sinquein is a quatrain in
in which the first line consists of two adjectives, characterizing
pronouncing the concept; the second line consists of three verbs describing
those that allow you to do or give the concept under study; third
line draws some action, the fourth line summarizes
the meaning of the concept under study for the creator of syncwine):
MEASURE
Wise responsible

Sends servants home on time,

- So, we met with the king's servant named Joy.
It turns out that we also have a King inside us and he also has a servant
named Joy. That is why, when we drew this servant,
us they turned out very different. Because you and I are different.
You and I understood that although it is pleasant when a servant comes by the name
nor Joy, but if he forgets about his home, the kingdom will

Roy. Our inner servants also have this quality. We will
remember about it.

- Today we will meet the servant of the King named Sadness.
I visited the King
Servant-girlfriend Sadness,
What will happen in the palace now.
I'm not going to tell you!
- A servant named Sadness is approaching the King's palace. It's pouring
music. Louder and louder. What is this music? Is there in our
such a music library? Find and play this music. (Searching for the desired audio
records can be carried out by one person, or collective work can be done.

- Sit comfortably (preferably lying down) on the carpet. Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath, long exhale. Try to consider

this or a natural phenomenon is the King of Sadness. (tremulous
a moth or a wounded swallow, a small cricket or a huge gray
elephant?..) How does she move? (Easy, winged, weightless or heavy
stepping on the parquet floor? ..) What sounds does the servant make by name
Sadness? (groans, gasps, groans, cries, laughs, shouts and swears,
he is generally silent and only sniffs ...) What does he say? What smells
does he bring with him? (Smells of a sun-warmed beach or swamp water
and cold autumn rain?..) Listen to music and live a few
minutes in the royal palace with the King and a servant named Sadness.
Now take a deep breath and a smooth, slow exhalation.
Open your eyes and tell what you saw.
What good fellows you are! Guys, did you notice what was common
in your stories, and how did they differ from each other? How do you think-
those why?
Right! We are all different and we see the servant of the King named Sadness
also different.
But this is where our originality and uniqueness lie. And good-
giving it to us so interesting with each other!
But let's get back to the palace. At this time, a servant named Sadness
returns his knapsack and lays out on the King's table the prepared
treats given to them,
What are these dishes? What do they taste like?
Arm yourself with paper and colored pencils. Make up a recipe
cooking one Sad dish. Draw it.
Tell us about this dish. Do you think Koro will like it?
lyu such a treat, will he ask for more?
And, as is often the case, the table is flowing smoothly and unhurriedly.

Breathe out slowly and open your eyes.
What did you manage to hear? What was told to the King by a servant named

What did the King say to her?
What did the King say to Sadness?
How much have you heard! What good fellows you are!
What did your stories have in common, and how did they differ?
Why?
It's time for us to return to the palace. I wonder what they're doing now
The king and his servant Sadness?

Then I will tell you what game the King is playing with his servant.
named Sadness.
They are surrounded by many different magazines and cut out of them
all kinds of pictures depicting sad people, grumpy
sad animals, sad landscapes. Cut out pictures stickers -
put into albums and sign them with sad words. And the King even
writes sad poetry. Listen to them.
Autumn is a sad time.
It often rains in the morning.
Mud, puddles here and there,
The wind whistles through the gardens.
Cold, sad, naked -
I want to cry again!
- What do you guys think, what time of the year is shown on the map?
tinka, to which the King made such a poetic signature? You
absolutely right - late autumn.
Let's create with you.
Children take a stack of magazines (they are prepared by the host of the game
her), arm themselves with scissors and cut out from magazines those pictures
who seem very sad to them. Children explain why
choose these pictures. Stick them on the album sheet.
Sign them if they know how to write. Captions for pictures can
be like this:

Attach the resulting to the wall with adhesive tape.
Now you can conduct tours of.
So, we've covered everything. Now a servant named
Sadness calls musicians and singers to the royal palace, performing
singing only sad melodies and singing only sad songs.
As you may have guessed, these guest musicians are you.
What sad songs do you remember? (, Pierrot>, etc.)
Who wants to sing one of them?
Please be imaginative and creative! Arrange a parody theater on
T Bulanov, T. Ovsienko, group, etc.
But do you hear, do you hear? Light cheerful music sounds. To the halls
The bright sun peeks into the palace.
What is happening? What do you think? You, as always, are right.
It was the golden-haired Mera who came to remind the servant named Sadness,
that it's time to leave. The king is tired of being sad, and he needs to know about many things.
Magical land within us
What is the King thinking about after Sadness leaves?
How is Sadness useful, and when and in what ways can it harm?
Of course, when the King is sad, he begins to feel very subtly
everything that surrounds him. After all, in joy it is not always easy to understand the need
another. When a servant named Sadness comes to the King, he begins
does not subtly feel and understand the needs of his subjects, tries
help them, seeks to understand them, empathizes with them.
Why would a servant of the King named Sadness have such a quality,
how is mera? Of course, if you are too sad, you can even worry
fly. That's why they say:
Are you ready to create a cinquain about Sadness?
For example, like this:
SADNESS
bright, sad
Twisted, bored, sheds a tear,
It reminds me of longing, but it passes after a while.
Away, dear, from me!
- Dear friends, today we met a servant
A king named Sadness. And to your inner King often come
does this servant walk? What do you feel at this time? And to your loved ones
often comes a servant named Sadness? What can be done if the servant
Sadness forgot about Mera?
Of course, dear friends. Measure comes with a kind friendly
word. And you can say to someone who is sad for too long:
what Meru knows>.
A servant named Sadness is an important servant of the King. No need to be afraid
his arrival. However, it is important to remember the Measure...
ACTIVITY FIVE:
INTRODUCING A SERVANT NAMED INTEREST
The ritual of entering Fairyland is being performed. Council of Architects
the moat restores the Fairyland with the house of Interest.
- Today we will meet the King's servant named Interest.
Servant and friend Interest
The King awaits anxiously
When he enters the palace,

happens...> With these or very similar words appears
Interest in the royal chambers.
24
Guys, how does Interest appear? Perhaps he crawls in, stop
horribly and slowly, like a turtle; or flies in like an omnipresent saying-
a parrot, or bursts in as swiftly as a
leash hunting greyhound?
How does it happen? What music is playing when he appears?
Slow, quiet and calm, or loud, cheerful, joyful, or maybe
perhaps also disturbing?
Let's close our eyes for a moment and try to imagine
bah, what happens in the king's palace when a servant comes to him
named Interest. Well done, wonderful! Now please who
wants to show how Interest enters to visit the King. What is your
version, what about yours?
It's amazing how different we see a servant named Interest.
Why do you think? Of course, of course, you are right, as always: we
everyone is different and our interests are also different from each other.
And what smells a servant named Interest brings to the palace. To be
maybe it's the musty smells of old abandoned houses and things? Or
hitherto unexplored worlds and foreign countries?
What dishes will bring Interest to sample the King? Fried car-
toshka, boiled eggs or something unseen and not yet tried
us? Let's fantasize about this. Who wants can directly
now compose a recipe for an Interesting dish and patent it on the
our Council. Get started!
Present your imaginary exquisite Interesting
dish to the King on behalf of his servant Interest.
And now candles are lit in the refectory of the King, music sounds. King

The King is surprised, fascinated by the stories of his servant Interest.
And he says to him: remember, and even tell about all this so brightly, colorfully and captivatingly.

And you will succeed!
asks Interest.
The king heard his heart beating, his chest moving and

are you shawls?
What did you feel?
Well done! Good girls! How interesting everything that happens with us

exclaims Interest.
- Interest began, but fell silent, because he saw
affairs, or rather, he felt how tired the King was. Yes, and you guys

What qualities of Interest do you think helped him feel

Of course you are right. Observation and that invariable quality

Grateful King Interest. Why do you think?
And as a token of our gratitude, you can sing Interest in syncwine.

SESSION SIX:
INTRODUCING THE SERVANT NAMED ANGRY
The ritual of entering Fairyland is being performed. Council of Architects
the moat restores Fairyland with the house of Anger.
- Today we will meet the King's servant named Anger.
Let's draw what this servant looks like. What sounds, smells,
touches, tastes he brings with him?
What happens to the King when a servant named comes to him
Anger?
Tell me, is it pleasant for the subjects to be with the King at that time?
me when Anger visits him? Of course it's unpleasant. But she is
servant of the King. Why is she needed?
To be able to stand up for yourself; if necessary, give back. And if anger
came for a long time, forgot about Mera, what happens to such a person?
Then they say about him:.
Did you know that in Fairytaleland they came up with special
dances so that the servant named Anger would remember Mera?

In child psychology, there is a long-standing method of raising a child, with a very beautiful and interesting name - fairy tale therapy. Even our ancestors tried to exclude the method of punishment, explaining to the child the meaning of his act.

Since ancient times, fairy tales have been a special factor that has had a great influence on human life.

This is a kind of moral laws, written in understandable language and able to protect the child from various misfortunes.

What is your child's favorite fairy tale?

If your baby has a favorite fairy tale, which he intends to listen to always and everywhere, then try to contact a psychologist to figure out what attracts the baby so much in this story. With age, children's addictions to fairy tales change and it is quite understandable, since they themselves grow, develop and set themselves other life questions.

Psychologists have conducted studies, the results of which have proved that in fairy tales, it is loved ones, the life of a baby is programmed. Psychoanalysts have slightly changed the well-known proverb "Name your favorite fairy tale and I'll tell you who you are."

If you want to master fairy tale therapy on your own, then it is quite possible to do this, however, psychological counseling still does not need to be abandoned. The psychologist will help you choose special fairy tales that can gently influence the behavior of the baby.

Which fairy tales are suitable for fairy tale therapy

For fairy tale therapy, you can choose different fairy tales: Russian folk, media, and your own. Many psychologists in their practice offer the child to compose his own fairy tale, which is one of the foundations of this method in psychology. Thus, you can learn about the experiences of the crumbs, about his attitude to various family problems, to school, etc.

Who benefits from the method of fairy tale therapy

This method is useful for absolutely all children without exception. Certain fairy tales are selected for each age of the child, which can help solve psychological problems. However, one should not assume that a fairy tale can save from all troubles. Get ready that the action will not be visible immediately, although the effect will definitely be. A fairy tale is not a medicine that cures in one go.

Age for fairy tale therapy

This method of providing psychological assistance to a child has its own working conditions. The kid must clearly distinguish reality from fabulous actions. This is possible at the age of 3.5 years. Therefore, young children should not be involved in this method of psychological assistance.

How to compose a healing fairy tale yourself?

First of all, read all the necessary literature on this method. If the crumbs have fears of something (darkness, for example), then compose a fairy tale in which the hero will help your child solve this problem. You need to try to compose the plot so that the child notices his resemblance to the hero, so that he sees himself in him. Coming up with a fairy tale is not at all difficult, you need to adhere to some rules described.

Very useful and artistic fairy tales. It will be useful for a liar to hear about a braggart hare, a bully about Dunno, a greedy man about "Fisherman and a fish", etc.

A wonderful gift for your child will be a book of therapeutic fairy tales involving your child. Such a book can be easily ordered by mail by clicking on this link.

Exercises-games of fairy tale therapy

No. 1 "Gray wolf and goldfish"

For this game, three people are needed, who first will have to name one fairy-tale character each. These names will need to be written on the board and approved. Then each participant comes up with a short presentation of the chosen character (let him tell what fairy tale he is from, etc.).

Next, the host asks to come up with a fairy tale in which all the characters could simultaneously participate. For this, one narrator is selected, the rest of the children should help him with their questions and requests for clarification. If you would like all participants to compose according to a fairy tale, then notebooks are needed in which fairy tales will be written by them. The room should be quiet at this time. The children then take turns reading their work aloud.

This exercise is suitable for developing activities with children aged 10 to 11 years. In the family circle, there are no age restrictions for such a game.

№2 "7 magic words"

To begin with, you can use only three words, and then, gradually increasing the number, move on to seven words.

The number of players is not limited. All of them together will have to come up with three words that, in their opinion, should be present in real fairy tales. The words should eventually be written on the board, and then each participant should make up their own fairy tale using them.

If you are playing with the whole family, then try to tell a story together. Undoubtedly, it will be very interesting for you and the children.

No. 3 Topsy-turvy

This can be said to be an "ancient" technique of psychologists, which allows the child to develop imagination.

For the game, participants need to choose one simple and well-known fairy tale, which has a clear plot. As a result, either each individually or together come up with a fairy tale in reverse. For example. The well-known "Little Red Riding Hood" in this case may look like this: A wolf cub lived with his dad in a forest. One day, the son sends his dad to the city to visit a healthy grandfather, who plans to marry for the sixth time, but there is one person in the city named "Little Red Riding Hood" who cannot be communicated with. Etc."

The game is suitable for teenagers and quite adults.

No. 4 "Stuffing for the pie"

For the game, you need two presenters who must “bake 2 cakes”, that is, they pronounce only the first and last phrase for the future fairy tale. Phrases must be absolutely absurd.

For example, 1 cake - “On Thursday, a man with one skate on his leg trudged along the roadway, although there was a terrible heat”; 2 cake - "Uncle Jack looked out the window and snorted contemptuously. Unbearable boys played football in the yard ..». This is a more sophisticated option that is suitable for teens and adults.

For younger children, there may be such an option: 1 cake - a car was driving, 2 cake "The Snow Maiden has a yellow dress." Or such, 1 cake - on one of the islands a volcano woke up, sleeping for more than a thousand years; 2 cake - It is because of this that our Tuzik went to his grandmother in the village.

The participants in the game must come up with their own middle of the tale, which will be the "stuffing".

Play with your children more often so that they have something to do, and there is an opportunity to spend time usefully. Come up with fairy tales that will help your child in difficult situations. fairy tale therapy will help you with this.

Fairy tale therapy for preschoolers

Work description: This methodological development will be useful for educators and educational psychologists. The training was developed with the aim of teaching the effective interaction of children of senior preschool age in a group, using game material on fairy tale therapy. During the three-day training, children learn ways of self-regulation of behavior, ways of non-conflict communication, and receive a charge of empathic development.

The life experience of each person shows that in the process of personal and emotionally significant communication, conflicts quite often arise. Relations between people are necessarily like a test of strength by means of quarrels and conflicts.
At the stage of preschool childhood, the formation of the child's position in communication with other people takes place. At the same time, not only any extreme, but rather typical, often recurring situations that require him to coordinate actions with others, accept and understand another person can be difficult for a child.
Practice shows that the behavior of children in a conflict situation is often characterized by impulsiveness and reactivity. Preschoolers behave spontaneously in such cases, without elementary planning and choosing the best way to respond.
One of the main tasks of adults is to teach children how to interact effectively in this world. But, based on practice, I can confidently state that the existing theoretical knowledge of children about the rules of non-conflict behavior does not reduce conflict situations and can cover various areas of children's relationships, leading to varying degrees to psychological problems.
Observing this situation, the idea arose to conduct a psychological training with a focus on rallying the children of the preparatory group and to acquaint children with some methods of self-regulation of emotional and behavioral reactions.
It is already known that physiological processes can be controlled through work with the body. For example, relaxation helps to release the energy that was used by the body to hold internal tension, and work with images directs this energy in the right direction. Revealing the functional side of relaxation, pantomime, we can say that working with the body through movements helps to “revive” the neural connections between different parts of the body and the cerebral cortex. Graceful, smooth, continuously repeating movements send various kinds of impulses to our brain, which are not characteristic of its (body) habitual state. Specially organized movements make the nervous system function rhythmically, calmly, in a wide range.
When the movements of our body are complete, plastic and smooth, we have a tendency to complete action, the smooth flow of thoughts. There is a psychological liberation and a feeling of joy appears.
Thinking over the training sessions, I tried to ensure that the experience gained by the children was transferred to real life and became a faithful assistant in solving unfavorable situations.

I day. Subject: Friendship does wonders.

Introduction to fairy tale.
Warm up
1. "My mood" (passing the toy in a circle)
2. "Good warmth" (holding hands, pass the handshake in a circle)
3. "Birch": Stand up straight, legs together, arms down. Raise your arms up, while the back is straight, the chin is raised. Legs, like the roots of a tree, grow into the ground, feet together and pressed to the floor. Stretch your whole body up as if you were a strong tree that is not afraid of any storm. Your body is slim, beautiful, strong. (After 10 seconds, the arms gently lower. Take 2-3 calm breaths and exhales and repeat the exercise).
Leading: Guys, you just felt how the tree is growing. But, after all, not only trees, growing with roots, hold on to the ground, but also other plants. Why do you think the heroes of the fairy tale could not pull out a turnip? (The turnip held tightly to the ground). And the characters were probably weak and not very friendly. After all, as you know, friendship does wonders, helps to cope even with the greatest difficulties!
Today we will get acquainted with the heroes of this fairy tale, and also come up with an old fairy tale in a new way. But, for starters, let's remember the tale "Turnip" as it is. (I tell).
Finger game "Friendship"
Friends in our garden
Girls and boys.
(we connect the fingers of both hands rhythmically into the lock ...)
We will make friends with you
Little fingers.
(rhythmic touches of the fingers of both hands)
Five, four, three, two, one.
(alternately touching the fingers on both hands, starting with the little finger)
We'll be friends now.
(squeeze your hands tightly in the lock, relax, shake your hands).
Leading: And now we need to get into the fairy-tale world and get to know the characters (The ritual of entering the fairy tale is to step over the magic stump (tunnel) holding hands).
(Children take any place in the group room).
Empathic storytelling (I am a Turnip) I take a turnip toy, talk about it - endow it with features, character on its behalf: “I am a turnip. Look how big, ripe, juicy, sugary I am. It seems like you put a piece of me in your mouth and I'll melt. My grandfather planted me in the spring - he threw a tiny seed into the ground, clapped his hand and watered it from a watering can. In the ground I felt warm, damp and dark. From moisture, I began to swell until the shell cracked and a sprout appeared. I wanted to run away from the darkness, but I have no legs. Then I began to pull the stalk up, from where I felt the warmth of the sun, and at the same time, underground, I released roots to absorb moisture and nutrition from the ground and hold a weak sprout. So the summer passed. The rain washed my leaves and nourished the roots, the sun warmed with gentle rays, the breeze whispered to me different stories brought from foreign countries. So imperceptibly I grew up.”
A game of the type "Steam locomotive" is being played with an element of sociometric research. I write down the selection chain.
The child, to whom the “train” approaches, chooses a hero and gives him a description, tells what mood he is in and why (on behalf of the hero; empathic storytelling). This mood can be consonant with his - the child's own - mood. We return from a fabulous journey with the help of the same ritual: holding hands, we step over a magic stump or, holding hands, walk through a tunnel made of chairs. We sit down on the mat in a circle and begin a short discussion of the characteristics and mood of the selected characters.
Conclusion: our actions depend on our mood, and we are judged by our actions.
Game "Labyrinth"(like "Blind and guide"), children choose in their couple the one they trust.
Outcome: Make friends with those you trust. There is no friendship without trust.

II day. Topic: Emotions and conflicts that destroy life. Conflict resolution.

"My mood"
1. What is the mood like?
1.1 pictograms of fear, surprise, sadness, anger, joy.
1.2 facial expressions of emotion. How a person feels when experiencing a particular emotion: muscle tone, heart rate, psychological stress.
"Good warmth"
- Now take your heroes, remember what you told about them.
Pantomime "What does your hero like to do?"
We will take them with us to a fairy tale, and there you yourself will play the role of a hero. In order for you to clearly understand what needs to be done, listen to me (I am speaking on behalf of Repka (Kolobok) - empathic storytelling).
The ritual of transition to a fairy tale - different movements to the music at different tempos. (We take a bun with us).
(Children with heroes on their fingers take certain places in the group). I, playing the role of a kolobok, run around all the heroes who talk about their lives - I write down - and what hero would he not want to meet in this fairy tale?
Simulate the situation of the meeting of such heroes
- Find out what is the cause of the conflict (write down)
- I collect information (method of intersection of storylines: grandmother, grandfather, granddaughter - lazy; cat, dog - cocky, do not want to give in; mice and cat - victim and executioner; hare - weak, wolf - strong; chicken and duckling - stupid and smart ; bear and lion cub - two forces of opposition).
The ritual of returning from a fairy tale - in the circle Relaxation under the rays of the sun No. 6.
In a circle, sitting on a carpet, to a calm melody, the host says in a calm voice melodiously:
- Sit comfortably, relax. Close your eyes. Breathe evenly and slowly. Inhale - strength, exhale - confidence and calmness. These forces will always help you. Your body felt empowered. You tell yourself: “I am calm, confident, strong and wise. I am ready to use my strength for good deeds!
Now move your fingers, hands, open your eyes and say: "I am strong and wise."
- Rested? And now let's remember what happened in a fairy tale: we have created conflict situations between certain heroes. Why? The main reason for the conflicts is that their desires did not coincide. But we need to make them all friends so that they pull out a turnip together. I'll tell you a secret, for the last time in the fairy tale "Turnip" this very turnip could not be pulled out even with a mouse. Therefore, we will have to call our heroes for help. That is why it is necessary to make friends.
The game "Sweet Problem" is being played.
- Reunite in the groups in which you were in the fairy tale and sit opposite each other. Between you, I will put a candy on a napkin .... Please don't touch it yet. The fact is that you and your partner need to solve one problem. You can only get candy if your partner willingly gives it to you. Please remember this rule. Now you can start talking, but remember that you can't just take candy without your partner's consent.
And now I will give each couple one more piece of candy. Discuss what you will do with the candy this time?
Now let's discuss what we've got. This is a good example of cooperation. Tell us what you did with the first candy and what with the second?
(Bring to the understanding that the one who managed to give in, he can become a good reliable friend. Such a person will not think about his own benefit, but simply help a friend in need).
Outcome:(Kolobok in a circle) Tell the bun about what you liked about today's game and what is your mood at the moment?

III day. Subject: We ourselves can do miracles.

Exercise "My mood".
Finger game "For pancakes":
Masha began to collect guests:
And Ivan come
(clapping)
And Stepan come
(tip of index
And Andrew come
right hand finger
And Matthew come
hooks half-bent
And Mitroshechka:
fingers of the left hand)
Oh please!
Masha began to treat the guests:
And Ivan damn it,
(left hand open)
And damn it to Stepan,
(index finger of the right
And Andrey damn it,
pressing on the pads
And damn Matthew
fingers)
And Mitroshechka:
Mint gingerbread!
Masha began to see off the guests:
Farewell, Ivan!
(right hand
Farewell, Stepan!
we bend
Farewell, Andrey!
left fingers)
Farewell, Matthew!
And you, Mitroshechka,
(little finger
My little one
massage,
Stay with me
stroking)
Just a little more!

"Wake the Spirit"
Stand in a wide circle and, without bending your knees, reach with your hands to the tips of your toes. Then I'll start counting from one to ten. For each count, you will raise your hands, as it were, a step higher. Thus, on the count of ten, your hands will be raised up to the sky. At first, standing with your hands down and touching your feet, you may feel tired. But, the higher your hands rise, the more cheerful your Spirit will become! Ready? Started! (The facilitator performs this exercise together with the children, while counting loudly and slowly from 1 to 10).
- At the last game, we learned how to resolve conflict situations. Today we will learn how to make contact with other "heroes" in the fairy tale.
As you remember, in the fairy tale "Turnip", if someone was called for help, he immediately abandoned all his affairs and ran to help. But we have an unusual tale. Firstly, there are many different characters who have never participated in this fairy tale. And they hardly need a turnip, which, in addition, needs to be pulled out.
So, in a fairy tale, you, playing the role of your hero, will have to convince another hero that if he helps, he will only benefit from it. And what he will win - it's up to you to figure it out. (Example).
Grab your heroes and let's go!
Ritual of transition to a fairy tale - "Centipede".
(Once in a fairy tale, children put finger puppets on their fingers, Turnip takes its place). The turnip begins to convince the grandfather that it has already ripened, that it is so tasty, fragrant, etc., so that the grandfather pulls it out. When the "grandfather" agrees and goes to pull, tries - it doesn't work, the turnip does not give in. I propose to go for the grandmother and persuade her to help, etc. When all the heroes stand in a row, they begin to pull. It is necessary to make synchronized movements together, together.
Finally, Repka gives in and thanks everyone for their help.
Bonding exercise: "Applause"- from one clap, another one is added, then another and so one clap turns into applause.
The ritual of returning from a fairy tale - "Centipede".
- Well done boys! Analyzing events in a fairy tale. What was difficult? What did you like? (Return of the dolls)
Game "Sharks and Sailors" Some of the children become in the outlined circle "ship" - these are sailors. Another part of the children - sharks - are outside the circle. The task of the "sharks" is to pull the "sailors" out of the circle. (The rule is to take only hands)
Outcome of the game: There are no quarrels, resentments and fights in a friendly close-knit team because everyone respects all their classmates, even if one of them is not his friend, even if he doesn’t like something, his opinion must be respected.
It is necessary to treat others as you would like to be treated - the main rule of life in society.

Dear friends. If you chose our book - probably your soul

But a miracle _ very close. However, only a person with an open heart
can know its beauty. Opening your heart to goodness teaches us

bathrooms on the method of fairy tale therapy.
The method has a long history, but it got its name quite
recently: only about ten years ago. Perhaps there is no such psychological
th, psychotherapeutic, pedagogical direction, which cost
without the use of a fairy tale. Therefore, our programs will not contradict
to read the worldview of a psychoanalyst, or, or,
or a fan of Aalerian individual therapy. you can safely
take them as a basis for psychoprophylactic, correctional and developmental and
psychotherapy courses.
Our programs are limited to 5-12 sessions quite consciously. Mate-

pupils still want to travel through a fairy tale, use the effect

Getting acquainted with our programs, you will see that the main psycho-
logical (or philosophical, perhaps?) work takes place on the value
level. This is a distinctive feature of fairy tale therapy methodology.

We will be pleased if you creatively approach our programs:
