Today we had a medical examination with a one-year-old child. For personal reasons, we could not come in the morning, the medical examination takes place from 9 to 12, we came at twenty minutes to twelve. We went through three doctors and an ECG in twenty minutes, there was no queue by the end. I was even glad that they didn’t come in the morning, otherwise they would have stood in line for two hours. A very good ophthalmologist, and two neurologists work, both good. A little strange, strict and angry otolaryngologist, we will assume that this is a fly in the ointment.

Terrible attitude, I have three children. Since 2005, children have been observed in this polyclinic. Somehow I came to the reception, I was asked the question: "And who are you, in fact, to the children ... We don't remember you, we remember the father of the children, but who are you?" It would be more honest to write - who are you ?! Husband was seen once, as he constantly works. I used to cry all the time because of this attitude! I pulled myself together, they will not get such pleasure again! She gave birth to a third child. We were discharged on the third day. The doctor came to examine the child the next day, and what a shock I was when she asked me: "Have you even given birth to your husband?" - this is instead of the fact that she first of all should find out how the child feels! Next question shocked me! "Why do I need so many children?" and "Why didn't I give it up in the hospital?" - imagine my state, I just couldn't utter a word! Tears just flowed from me, after which she calmly got up and left, without asking another single question! Medicines are prescribed the same! Whatever the child's symptoms! The child began to develop diathesis, she came, specifically asked what medications to take, in response she heard that there were no drugs for diathesis, watch which foods the reaction occurs, exclude! And I didn’t give anything like that, from what it could start! At that time, the child ate the mixture that I received in our clinic, the unknown mixture in a beautiful package turned out to be produced in Ukraine! Due to my stupidity, I did not immediately read what was written there, did not smell what it smells like (and it smelled disgusting, rotten fish), how could I know that in the hospital they could give such a mixture to children, and this is putting it mildly! And it's good that I only fed 2 packs! At first rash stopped giving it! I contacted our pediatrician. Before that, we received a different mixture, everything was fine! I told the doctor, to which they answered: "If you don't want it, don't get it!" The next month I came to receive the mixture, they give me the same one, I explain that it should not be given to animals, and even more so to children, they told me: “Go and decide this issue with the doctor, you were told to give this mixture in the recipe.” Please note that I told the doctor that it was inedible ... I went to them, they told me - there is no other, I visited the manager. doctor, she wrote a prescription for another mixture, was available. Too bad I forgot the name! Would you like to know where she is from? Dear mothers How long are we going to endure this? This is the least I could write! And to tell. Trust me, I have a lot. Let's unite, otherwise they will mock us and our children. While writing anonymously. because I'm afraid of an even worse attitude! With respect to parents, K.A. P.S. We will not achieve anything by our silence! And maybe at least something will change while we are silent, and it will continue! There is safety in numbers. I made sure of it! Health to you and your children! Unfortunately, I did not find the user agreement - it's a pity. Tried to be as accurate as possible.

Horrible attitude of doctors. They called the doctor to the child, the temperature was 39, the doctor came, looked, did not ask if the child had any allergies to drugs, without prescribing a single test (at least blood and urine), prescribed an antibiotic and left. For six days, neither the hearing nor the spirit, the asset was not delivered, and suddenly, during this time, the child already had pneumonia. The doctor didn't seem to care. Today they came to the manager with a complaint about the doctor, her answer was simply amazing: “Well, what do you want, you don’t have a permanent doctor at the site” ... I would like to ask: what now, you don’t need to be treated, or what?

Calling a doctor at home by phone - quickly, on weekends the doctor on duty visited us. Appointments with specialist doctors occur on time, which is very convenient. Physiotherapy room - on time, without crowds, the nurse works quickly, attentively, strictly. Honey. the commission of children under one year old is held on Saturdays by several specialists at once in one office, there is a room for feeding and changing clothes nearby. Ultrasound room - open good doctors, Ultrasound is not inferior to paid clinics.

There is always a lively queue for an appointment with therapists, you can stand in line for an hour and a half. I agree with the previous review: the therapist of the 13th district will not understand anything and does not know, he cannot normally look at the throat of a child. She doesn’t remember that she even came to us two days ago, and she doesn’t remember anything at all. And he can’t find anything on his desk, he does everything slowly. On Med. a commission of children up to a year is issued coupons, you arrive at the time, and there is a turn, who is later in time, they have already arrived, you find yourself with a baby in the twentieth line! What for then coupons in due course?!

In general, the average clinic: there are both good doctors and not so good ones. Before that, she lived in two small towns where there are no narrow children's specialists, and our pediatrician (God bless him) treated my two children for colic, urology, neurology, allergies, and all sorts of other things! And here with feces go to an infectious disease specialist, with urine go to a urologist, with kidneys to a nephrologist, with a sore to an allergist, etc. In general, we go to the pediatrician to weigh ourselves and measure height, God forbid we get sick with a cold, he doesn’t know what’s wrong us to do? Analyzes, ultrasound and all studies are now looking and checking by myself (doctors have a mediocre attitude, it doesn’t bother them very much) and I remember with gratitude the old pediatrician who didn’t leave a single symptom unattended!

Terrible clinic - very dirty (it's scary to go in with babies), the corridors are narrow (especially in the basement). And children suffer for blood donation in unsanitary conditions, there is no way to sign up on the Internet.
