I will say right away that I like a lot from Istarkhov.

I like his nationalism, I like his criticism of Christianity and Judaism, I like his criticism of Zionism, even his racism does not cause rejection - a little healthy racism never hurts. He brilliantly debunks the myths about the genius of the Jews in general and exaggerated Jewish authorities in particular.

What's not to like?

Paganism

I started reading the book "Strike of the Russian Gods", hoping to gain new knowledge about Russian paganism from it. But I didn't really find that. Almost the entire book is about Jews, Judaism, Freemasonry. By the way, a lot of information is given, the book really has, in the words of the author, "content dense in information." For example, I learned a lot of new things. But about paganism - mostly general phrases, if specific, then more and more Indian. A small list of pagan gods and holidays that can be found in any reference book on the subject. It seems that Istarkhov's knowledge of Russian paganism is the most superficial, bookish.

Stalin

Istarkhov is especially partial to Stalin. He mentions it in almost all the chapters of his books. Moreover, it is bursting with such inadequate malice towards Stalin that it causes, to put it mildly, bewilderment. Why did Stalin annoy Istarkhov so much?

The main claims of Istarkhov to the leader:

This Istarkhov writes in Dead Water. And in "Blow of the Russian Gods" he thanks Stalin for the fact that he "crushed the Jews." How to understand this contradiction? What kind of "deterioration in quality" are we talking about, even if our enemies admitted that in the Stalinist USSR there was an unprecedented rise in culture, science and technology? What a deterioration, if during the Russo-Japanese war Russian troops fled with shouts of "cavalry!" (although the Japanese did not have cavalry), and in less than forty years, Russian soldiers showed miracles of heroism, which, again, delighted even our enemies?

Istarkhov is mistaken (or lying). On the contrary, Stalin improved the quality of the people of Russia.

The same with the Stalinists. It is clear that Istarkhov hates them, but it is not clear why specifically. Or he writes complete nonsense. "Who are the Stalinists?" - asks Istarkhov. And he answers: "These are scoundrels and criminals, accomplices and perpetrators of Stalin's ... crimes."

That is, I, a Stalinist, born many years after Stalin's death, according to the logic of Istarkhov, am an accomplice in the so-called "crimes"?

They may object to me - you did not live under Stalin, you do not know anything about that time, therefore you are mistaken, justifying Stalin.

On the contrary, while I did not know anything about that time, I was not a Stalinist. But the more I study it, the more I learn about that time, the more I become a Stalinist. And Istarkhov's books are designed for people who judge Stalin by Khrushchev's horror stories.

Apart from Khrushchev's horror stories and general words, Istarkhov does not describe any specific "crimes" of Stalin. So I'm wondering - maybe it's personal? If one of Istarkhov's relatives was shot, then let him write that he was shot for espionage or for burning bread on collective farms. Then there are no questions.

Przhevalsky

Mentioned in the books of Istarkhov and Nikolai Mikhailovich Przhevalsky. As you may have guessed, Istarkhov also declares him a Jew. Are you laughing? But Istarkhov writes about this in all seriousness.

What is being preached?

Let the reader not be misled by the fact that Istarkhov calls himself a pagan. Those who are familiar with Protestantism know that among Protestants "God's grace" is measured in money. And success is considered the main virtue - this, in their opinion, is pleasing to God. Istarkhov preaches the same thing. To his opponents, for example, he addresses the phrase:
“If you are so smart, then why are you so poor?”

So, knowing at least a little bit of domestic history and comparing it with the history of India, we can draw several conclusions not in favor of the latter.

At the origins of Hinduism were not only the ancient Aryans - it is a multi-layered pie from the beliefs of the ancient population of India, the Vedic religion of the Aryans and the later influences of Buddhism and Jainism. There are many currents in Hinduism - and Sikhs. and Jains. and orthodox Brahminists, and representatives of the reformative Tantric teachings - all consider themselves Hindus. After the capture by the Aryans, India did not become a single country - there were many states on its territory. Between them there were incessant wars, often culminating in the fall of some and the promotion of other dynasties, until, finally, India fell under the rule of Great Britain. Such a fate would have awaited Russia, if Perun had risen above the waters of the Dnieper to this day.

And the methods are to touch upon the desire for mysticism by Atlantis and Sirius, to find those to blame for everything, including problems with potency (necessarily - not from among the audience !!!), to pump readers' paranoia with their malicious intrigues, and finally - to throw time-tested slogan "urine of goats"! Checked! Works!

All this can be funny. Some of you will find this attractive. But I would not at all want the old Jewish doctor who treated me in my childhood by the name of Perun to be beaten to death in the entrance by the doctor of "Jewish studies" - a dumb-headed bald bastard of true "Aryan" blood!
