If you recently graduated from college and are now go to work you can't stand, or your employment is temporary, this material is for you.
You don't have to strain and save the world. Or launch a new Amazon.com. Or figure out how to get your own TV cooking show. Or tomorrow, turn into Oprah Winfrey.
No. All that is required of you is to start. Here 9 tips to help you find own way if you don't know what to do
.

1. Offer your services to people in need

You have certain skills and abilities that may be useful to other people. Find a way to help someone and do things. It doesn't really matter what. Would you believe that you have a chance to help people - including adults - learn to read? Or that teaching English is a skill in demand all over the world?

Sending emails requires some knowledge. And there is a huge need for people to learn basic programs like Excel and Word. Also, people need support to perform basic tasks like typing letters, sending emails, posting updates on social media, etc.

You have the skills to help others. By giving back what you have - time - you will be able to better understand what activities excite and inspire you.

2. Blog it

Are you interested in a particular topic, career or new business? One of effective ways to get acquainted with new fields of activity and areas of knowledge is blogging about them.

Blogging is a great tool to share, educate, learn, and explore your passion. Starting a blog isn't that hard, and once you do, you'll have an easy online outlet for stories, conversations, and hobby activities.

If you enjoy cooking, invent your own recipes and share them with friends and family on your blog. If you are interested in moving up career ladder, write about what matters in your industry.

3. Read books on the shelf

Books are often underestimated, but they can be called amazing coaches, teachers, mentors and advisers.

In my books different people left invaluable recommendations, wisdom and guidance for action. Works filled with important practical advice, were created by the most inspiring and successful personalities.

You won't be able to lunch with Ekhat Tolle, Seth Godin, Donald Trump, or the women of SharkTank for advice, but you can buy or borrow their books from the library to tap into their knowledge, advice, and strategies.

These people willingly and gladly give you 2 hours of their time for less than $15!
Not ready to go and buy another book? Take the books already on your shelf and read them. Take a few notes along the way and apply them to your own life.

4. Find what energizes you

Everywhere - at home or at work - there are things that you do simply because you like it. They delight you, excite you, entertain you. What do you enjoy?

No, you won't be able to snorkel in the office, but are you able to integrate your favorite activities into your daily work?
Or can you constantly remember which of your responsibilities bring real joy? You may hate sales meetings but enjoy giving workshops. You have the right to despise reporting while still loving the creation of expert reports.

Think about what you like and don't like about your job. Find the tasks that make you happy and actively immerse yourself in them.

5. Get out of the house. And drive out of your hometown

Go and do what you want. It doesn't have to have anything to do with your career or goals. Go and take a look at something new. Attend a lecture, go to a museum, go to a bookstore. Do what suits you and - ideally - does not require payment. This will inspire you.

If you have never left hometown buy a ticket somewhere. No, you don't have to act like Chris Guilbaud (and visit 193 countries), but why not consider visiting your grandparents?

Travel to a city you've never been to before, or travel to a country you've wanted to visit all your life.
In a new environment, you can easily meet a soul mate, find a dream job or understand the purpose of life.
In extreme cases, you will see something unusual and expand your own horizons.

6. Talk to more than just the cat

Your pet can be a great conversationalist and a great companion to watch The Bachelors. We don't doubt it! But he has no chance to contribute to your personal growth.

If you're interested in a new area or industry, try talking it over with someone. Take advantage of their knowledge, perspective and advice. If you ask the right questions, people will be happy to tell you how they got their way or walked along the path of life.

Instead of building a new career or launching another blog called "Blow Your Mind", talk to someone about the ROI of your idea.

7. Go to meet like-minded people

If you have a certain area of interest, the desire to roll on new road or the need for another job, then start communicating with people doing what you aspire to.

The easiest way to meet representatives of the industry that interests you is to attend specialized events. People from any industry or field have groups created to communicate and discuss professional issues.

Writers meet. Bloggers hold meetings. Freelancers communicate with each other (even if they do it online). Restaurateurs meet. Hey, even morgue owners and insurance specialists have their conventions! Invite a friend and go to one of these events to meet new people and learn something about the industry.

8. Work for pennies

Yes, sometimes you need at least some work experience to learn an industry and get a new position.
Not better way get them than work for free. Volunteering and completing an internship at any age will help you explore the situation in a new field.

And you won't really work for pennies. In exchange for your services, you'll gain experience that adds value to your resume, industry connections, and - if you play your cards right - good recommendations.

9. Go to courses and workshops

Before you spend a 6-figure sum on getting a master's degree that you may never need or becoming a dentist, consider your interests.

If you're passionate about a new field or subject, start with weekend courses or workshops. They are much cheaper, require less time and have a low load. Use them to check if you are really interested?

If you are confused and confused, use one of the methods described above and test your interest in a new one.

Start small and take a few steps each day, trying different things to see how much you are interested in them.
A little effort and experimentation will give you a boost and help you find your purpose.

Sometimes in life we get stuck. Or at the crossroads. Or on a path that we think will lead nowhere. No matter what stage of life you're in, if you're unhappy with the way things are or don't know how to proceed, you need a reset.

When we were in school, teachers and parents told us how important it was to get proper education and choose a career, because this is what we will have to do for the next 50 years. An unrealistic task. How do we know what can make us happy for the rest of our lives, especially when we're only 17 years old and still enjoy cartoons?

Of course, you cannot know this. You can't even know what will make you happy even after five years. But you may know what makes you happy now.

You cannot know the future

You never know what will happen next. Life is full of interesting twists and turns, but if you are constantly doing what you love, whether it's work or a hobby, it makes traveling interesting and enjoyable. Maybe now you enjoy making jewelry. Perhaps in a year you will start selling it. In five years, you can become a successful handmade jewelry designer or move on to another craft. It does not matter. You will have your experience that will help you in your other projects in the future.

Try to accept the discomfort

Sometimes life is uncomfortable. Sometimes we don't have enough money to do what we want to do. But if you have a dream, you must be willing to put up with some discomfort in order to achieve it. For example, if you want to travel the world, you may have to forego some expenses in order to save money and endure some domestic inconveniences from time to time.

Life is unpredictable. Deal with it.

Things happen. You can have a great job, a great house, and a wonderful family. But one day you can be fired, the house is taken away for debts, and the spouse leaves. You may feel like your life is over. But it's not. Spend a few days on the couch, then use the uncertainty to your advantage. Every bad thing makes it possible to do a good thing.

Stop distracting and procrastinating

You are not getting younger. I'm sorry, but it's true. And if you don't start now to waste time chasing your dreams, by the end of your life you may find yourself achieving nothing but re-reading a bunch of Vkontakte messages and watching tons of pointless TV shows. If you're serious about pursuing a dream, whether it's jewelry making, pet care, or travelling, you'd better start finding the time and opportunity to do so. Take the first steps. Turn off social media notifications and get to work. Dreams without action will get you nowhere.

Ask yourself questions

Take some time for yourself. Ask yourself questions big and small. Get to know yourself. Meditate. Write down things that you are interested in, that you would like to know and try, if money and time were not an obstacle for you. Dream big and imagine yourself making your dreams come true.
First try

If you want to take care of dogs or volunteer at a zoo as a job or hobby, first make sure that this is really what you want to do. Sometimes it seems to us that we passionately dream about something, but in practice it turns out that this is not at all the work that we like. Maybe she needs more active participation than we expected. Or related to inconveniences that we do not want to endure. It is important to get as much first-hand information as possible and gain some experience before you give up your current life and change it to something else.

Save

If you need to move or go to school to pursue your dreams, try your best to find the money to do so. You may have to endure one job for a while to be able to move on to another.

open doors

Opportunity may knock on your door, but if you don't open it, how can you use it? You must take advantage of opportunities when they are available. Sometimes they seem to come at the wrong time, but that doesn't matter. They happen when they happen. Open the door for them, or they will pass by and knock on someone else's.

The most important thing to remember when trying to figure out what to do with your life is that no action becomes an action in itself. You have to make decisions and try different things, even if you end up not liking them and wanting to do something else. At the end of your life, you will never regret your attempts and failures, but you will if you don't try at all.

Decide what to do with own life, not so easy. Most people never make this decision at all. But since in the end we do something anyway, and if we do not make this decision consciously, then it will still be made, but at an unconscious level.

If you yourself do not decide how you are going to live, then someone or something will make this decision for you. Most likely, your life will be determined by a series of unintended influences, such as heredity, upbringing, social conditions, education, people around you, and, perhaps, just a case.

It's good for pets, but not for reasonable person. We can manage our lives better.

Letting your fate depend on external influences frankly, you are getting a very pathetic result compared to what you could achieve by simply making a conscious decision about what you are going to do with your life and why. You may be lucky if you leave fate to deal with the details, but it is much more likely that you will spend your precious time serving other forces with whose plans you do not always agree.

As you grow in awareness and awareness, sooner or later you will come to the question "What the hell am I supposed to do with my life?"

Obviously, there are many possible answers. The question is not limited to just your life, but also applies to all the people you influence during your lifetime. You can choose insignificance, or you can play essential role in the fate of our planet. Conscious choice gives you this opportunity. And if you shift the choice to others, then in any case you do not relieve yourself of responsibility.

When your consciousness reaches a certain level, it becomes quite clear that it is better to give a conscious answer to the question posed than to let someone else do it for you.

However, when you begin to solve this issue, it is likely that it will seem so confusing and complicated to you that you will be tempted to return to unconscious life. Please don't give in. Even though the question is indeed one of the most difficult that a person faces, you are able to find a solution to it, and it is worth the effort.

Try to understand reality as accurately as possible

A key component to deciding how to live is understanding how the world we live in works. You must know the rules of the game before you start developing a basic strategy. So the search for purpose begins with the search for truth.

Ideally, once you understand how the universe works intellectually, emotionally, and intuitively enough, you can fully switch to figuring out what role you will play in this universe.

If you don't have a reasonably accurate model of reality, you won't be able to make an informed decision about how to live in it. Of course, you can make such a decision, but most likely it will be bad. Imagine that you are playing checkers and developing a game plan. But what happens if you actually turn out to be playing chess? Your strategy simply won't work. The same applies to life. If your model of reality is too inaccurate, then all your decisions will be erroneous and most likely will lead to collapse. In practice, this means that you will be very slowly and painfully moving towards your goals. Mediocre results will become the norm for you.

I have already written about my perception of reality and I will definitely write about it again, in a couple of years. In experimenting with different belief systems over the past 15 years, I have seen drastic changes in the results I get. Last year was one of the best of all time, and I attribute this success to the development of a model of reality that is in sync with how reality actually works. My model is certainly not perfect, but it is accurate enough that it allows me to achieve my goals more and more easily. I work with the rules of the game, I don't fight or resist them.

I mentioned in the previous article the three main qualities that a person who strives for personal growth needs to develop - self-confidence, awareness and fearlessness. Together, these three components make up my definition of reasonableness.

There are many ways to understand reality, mine is close to Jnana Yoga position. This means that I am trying to make sense of reality with my mind. I'm trying to use my sanity to figure this out. Ultimately, it comes down to doing lots of experiments and seeing the results. But there are many other ways of knowing reality. If you have more developed sense perception, like my wife, then intuition can be a more powerful tool for you than reason.

If you are having difficulty setting your life purpose, the problem may run much deeper. Immerse yourself in your understanding of reality. Examine your beliefs, especially those you've been taught not to doubt. What to do if you are wrong? My current conceptions of reality bear little resemblance to what I was taught as a child. During interaction with the real world I found many inconsistencies in my original beliefs. This led to over a decade of searching for the truth that continues to this day. It did get a lot easier though.

When you understand the reality around you accurately enough, your goal will literally jump out to meet you. Eventually, when you understand reality, you will understand yourself. You will become more aware of your role in the world around you.

For example, based on my understanding of reality, I clearly understand what I should do with my life. I am here to improve myself and to help others improve.

Does your goal make sense in the short term?

Tell me, are you happy right now? I don't mean simple calmness. A flower in a pot is also calm. I mean… are you in love with your life? Do you enjoy the idea of a vacation more than your current job? Do you like your current position? Is it enjoyable to be on earth at this particular moment?

10 days ago I returned from vacation, and, frankly, I was glad to get back to work no less than before that I was glad to start the holiday. I enjoy my work so much that I feel great pleasure sitting at my desk now and turning thoughts into words that thousands of people around the world will see tonight. Are my words like a complaint?

If you are the type of person who tells others that gambling is not for them, you are sacrificing too much. If you have a goal, a strong inner excitement will be yours. normal state. Fear not, this passion will not suddenly turn you into an emotional jerk running around with bulging eyes, like a stoned teenager. Passion is the fuel for emotions. It makes your life complete. Without it, time after time you will stop and miss the opportunities that arise due to a lack of desire. Relying only on intelligence, you will not be able to advance beyond the current level. Deciding to achieve a goal and actually achieving it are not the same thing. Your mind can handle the first, but it takes passion to achieve. It is much more pleasant to achieve your goals than to set them one by one. On paper, the to-do list doesn't look bad, but aren't the results nicer? Passion will get you there, sometimes at a speed that will make others dizzy.

For achievement best result you must learn to use the power of passion. If you were a robot, excitement would not be useful to you. Using reason, recognize that you always use emotions, whether you like it or not, and agree that an overly irascible style of behavior is not optimal for a reasonable person. As your emotional intelligence develops, you will be able to learn to use the power of passion without conflicting with your intellect. Strive to become passionate and smart, not gambling and stupid. Passion + intelligence, a very powerful combination.

If your decision about what to do with your life doesn't cause you to continually fuel your passion, you've made the wrong decision. Go back and try again.

The fact that you are passionate means that, at least in this moment you have made a meaningful decision about how to use your life. It is in line with reality. Your body begins to burn the fuel of passion as it thinks you're moving in right direction. It is worth putting some effort into lighting this fuse and keeping it burning, instead of giving up using this energy and spending your life on the couch in front of the TV. But if your decision looks too stupid, your body will prevent its implementation. It won't waste its energy, but will say, "No, it's not worth the cost..."

If you notice that passion has left your life, try to take it as a sign. Hear the "No, it's not worth the cost..." signal addressed to you. Maybe, we are talking about unpromising work, relationships or exercises that it is time to stop. Whatever it is, if your body hasn't shifted into high gear and started using the fuel of passion, you've made the wrong choice. It's time to reconsider your decision.

Passion multiplies strength. In a state of excitement, you are much more powerful than in its absence. It's amazing what one passionate person with a clear goal can achieve. If we take away from history the contribution of the 100 most passionate people (out of billions of others), we would most likely still be living in caves. And I would carve with a stone chisel on a rock the text of my article on the organization of a collection of stones.

Does your goal make sense in the long run?

Many decisions seem quite reasonable at the moment, but when we imagine where they will lead in 10, 20 or 50 years, their weakness will become apparent. When choosing a life goal, you need to consider that it not only feeds your passion in this moment, but did not lose its attractiveness in the future.

Look, for example, at your work. Where will it take you in the long run? Think about your progress in this area with current moment until the end of life. Imagine that on the last day of your life, you look back and analyze your career. What feelings does what you see make you feel?

If you made the right decision about your life purpose, you should now feel that this was the best option you could have chosen then. Of course, you will see some mistakes you made along the way, but you will also understand that given the knowledge you had at that moment, it was impossible to avoid them. When you look at your life, your main thought will be: “I did my best. My life may not have been perfect, but I did my best. And so I have no regrets. If my life has to end now, then so be it."

On the other hand, if this scenario scares you a lot, then you should do some work. This means that your current direction is not correct. It will not stand the test of time, and sooner or later you will have to understand it. It's better to do it now than to wait. the longer you delay, the more disastrous the consequences will be.

Yesterday I watched documentary"The smartest guys in the room" ( Thesmartestguysintheroom) tells the story of Enron. Enron was the seventh largest corporation in the US, employing tens of thousands of people. Instead of focusing on creating value, its leaders have put main goal own enrichment. Year after year, the company lost money, but continued to report stable profits. The price of shares rose higher and higher, having no material support. Obviously, it was just a simple house of cards that was doomed to collapse, which eventually happened. 24 days was enough for the company to spiral into bankruptcy. Trial over Enron CEO Ken Lay will begin soon.

Is your life similar to the fate of Enron? What do you see when you project your current position decades into the future? Are you building a house of cards doomed to collapse? Are you hiding from the truth?

It is probably very hard to admit the truth today, when the consequences are still so far away. But in the end, you still have to meet her face to face. In fact, she is right next to you right now. When you clog your own mind with a load of false statements, you reduce your ability to objectively assess the situation. By refusing to see what you are afraid of, you begin to lead a false life, like Enron. And then, unlike an honest life, your energy in huge quantities spent on maintaining and maintaining this lie.

Perhaps your sins are not as great as those of the leaders of Enron. But it is not important. If you don't feel ready to be honest with everyone around you yet, then be honest, at least with yourself. You don't have to experience failure if you can learn to raise your own awareness. This is the most easy way from lies to truth.

If your relationship is dead, at least admit it to yourself, even if you can't admit it to anyone else. Write it down in your The Diary and listen to your true feelings. If your career is at an impasse and your income is only enough to pay the bills, admit it, and also admit that you want something better. Being weak and helpless is normal. It's not okay to lie to yourself. Own weakness does not reduce the level of awareness, while lying to oneself does.

Your decision about how to live must make sense in ALL time frames, including: right now, yesterday, today, tomorrow, in next year, in 10 years and even on the day of your death. It should also make sense for all possible scenarios including: you die tomorrow, you die in a year, you die in 50 years, you live forever, you become disabled, you get married, you remain single, you have children, you become childless, power changes in your country, you lose all your property (for example, as a result of a fire), etc.

While the implementation details will depend on your particular situation, your decision should not, at its core, be based on things beyond your control. It should be flexible enough to allow you to adapt to changing circumstances, even if they are global and rigid.

My choice to develop and help others to develop looks great in any time period and under any scenarios of the development of the situation. Only the achievement of perfection by all of us, or damage to my consciousness, which prevents me from developing further, can prevent me from following my choice. But since, under the circumstances, any other solution would be just as bad, I sincerely believe that my choice is the best one possible.

I consciously made this decision only in 2004. And when I look back on the time that has passed since the decision was made, I don't have much regret. I have made many mistakes along the way, but I still feel like I did my best.

This feeling also has a calming effect at the thought that I can die unexpectedly at any moment. I cannot know when my time on earth will end, but this does not bother me, since my decision regarding the purpose of life is not tied to time. It works for me now and at the same time helps me plan for the next 50 years if I live that long.

I often ask myself the question, "How would I rate my life if it were to end this minute?" If I am not satisfied with the answer I received, I understand that it is time to change something. But in recent times I like the answers I get. I hope that if this happens at this moment, my wife will be able to finish this article for me and publish it, since I spent a lot of time on it and would be upset if my work was wasted.

Does your goal make sense at various levels of consciousness?

As I explored various systems beliefs, I have experienced serious problems because of the contradictions arising in the long run. Every time my beliefs changed, parts of my life fell apart because they were tied to the old value system. It paralyzed me to some extent. To complete certain projects, I had to choose between following the idea of my own development (experiencing great shocks in my actions and their results) or following my convictions (sacrificing development). In the end, I decided to choose development and just deal with the shocks that came, with the intention of eventually stabilizing for more high level. This approach worked well, although adapting to a large number of changes was certainly not easy.

Imagine that you work for a company that makes software. When you start working, you are focused on getting a good job, interesting work and start building a career that has potential in the long term. Or maybe you're just a weirdo in love with the coding process. In the beginning, you can be happy by fulfilling your desires. But as you grow older and your values change, you may begin to look for a different meaning in life, and this may lead you to re-evaluate the preferences in the work that you are ready to do. Old projects no longer seem as attractive as before, and you start looking for more complex and interesting tasks. As you continue down this path, you can begin to take a more critical look at your contribution to the company and to humanity as a whole. Suppose you know that the real purpose of your company is only to make a profit and the programs being developed are not really needed by society. Perhaps your company's revenues are due to market inefficiencies and customer ignorance, not to the unique value of the product. You have to accept difficult decision. Stay in the company trying to justify your decision (thereby lowering your awareness), leave the company (keeping your awareness high), or try to change the company (using your awareness to raise the awareness of others).

It's not an easy decision, however. key concept in determining the meaning of life in terms of the long term - not to allow yourself to get stuck on one level of awareness. If you pursue the goals of developing and expanding your consciousness, then throughout your life you will repeatedly experience some shocks. But that doesn't mean that your goals are badly chosen, it just means that you have to go through a process of weeding out things that are incompatible with your goal. And if you are like most people, then you will have to give up a lot. It will probably take years. But after completing this process, you will become much stronger and happier. It is hard to go through the tunnel of transformations, but it should be remembered that it is not endless and leads to a beautiful place, having visited it once, you will not want to return.

The truth is that as we follow the path of developing awareness, we go through a large number of tunnels. These tunnels are known as "twilight of the soul". They appear when your awareness rises to the point where you are out of sync with your current life situation and you don't yet see an alternative. Alternatives will eventually emerge if you continue to focus on raising your level of consciousness by allowing yourself to exist for a while out of sync.

well formed life goal able to survive passage through such tunnels of consciousness. Each tunnel will only refine and strengthen your goal, not force you to abandon it. If you think that your goal will not survive the growth of your awareness, you are probably right.

A life goal tied to a certain level of consciousness is not a goal at all. It will only keep you attached to that level of understanding. For example, if your goal is to make money, what will happen to it when your consciousness reaches a level where money has a completely different meaning to you? It will probably lose its meaning. Try to imagine how you could continue to evolve and choose an appropriate goal that is flexible enough to grow with you. For example, if your goal is to create abundance for yourself and others, then it is more likely to survive your growth in awareness than a goal based solely on making money.

What I love about my goal is that it adapts wonderfully to changing my core beliefs, including my spiritual beliefs. It is difficult for me to imagine a belief system within which it would be impossible to grow oneself and help the development of others. If I can experience something, I can develop on the basis of this experience, and by communicating with other people, I can pass on some of this experience to them, thereby influencing their development.

What will happen to your goal after death?

Ideally, your goal should be deep enough to be able to survive even after your death. Let's look at what happens to you after death and what happens to the rest of the world after you leave it.

First of all, consider what will happen to you. There are theories afterlife, according to which the decisions you make today do not matter, and theories that say they do. The first option is not interesting, because if after death you fall into non-existence or enter some immobile state of consciousness independent of your earthly life, then any decisions you make here and now will not have any meaning after your death. Therefore, if you are not 100% sure of the truth of the first scenario, then, when deciding how to live, you should at least familiarize yourself with the second theory. When you speculate what your existence might be like after your death physical body how do you think your goal will be still make sense? Will you be able to further your goal even after you die?

If this topic interests you, you may have the pleasure of reading the Life After Death article, which discusses the above scenarios in more detail.

Since my goal is to develop myself and help others develop, then with some form of consciousness and conscious beings around, I can always follow my goal in some way. My site " personal development for smart people will become Personal Development for Dead People. And, instead of turning bears into eagles, I will develop theories of turning demons into angels. Sounds funny enough. So if I'm already dead by the time you read this article, look for me when you get here and I'll torment you with my ideas forever.

Further. What will happen to the world after your death? Can your goal continue to live after your death? You can, for example, plant enough seeds and they will continue to grow even after you leave this world. The reason why many practicing psychologists start their own corporations is that they seek to create some kind of institution that will continue their work even after the death of their founder. Their target becomes almost immortal. I remember Tony Robbins saying how important it was to him to create such an institution. I believe he said this on one of the bonus CDs that came with his Personal Power II program. His main idea is to leave a legacy.

I would like to leave enough legacy so that even after my death, work on my ideas will continue. One of the reasons I love to write is because my articles have the ability to outlive me. It's vanity, but it's so cool! (Yes, this is a quote from Star Trek: TNG and 1000 points to anyone who knows what episode) (Plus another 1000 points to anyone who knows the source of the first 1000 points)

With each passing year, the legacy that I want to leave behind becomes more and more significant. It gives meaning to my life. The longer I live, the greater the legacy I can leave behind. I've only been following this path for 16 months, but I already definitely like what I see. I have already created small waves, and I wonder what all this will result in. I also helped my wife get on this path, so if she outlives me, then there is already one person who can take care of my work for a while. But ideally, I would also like to create a community so that my work can take on a life of its own, independent of me. Of course, I'm far from the only one doing this kind of thing, but of those whom I know, I am one of the youngest.

What legacy would you like to leave behind? If you die today, what contribution will people remember? Will you be remembered at all, or will they just replace you, like a burnt out light bulb, and immediately forget? Are you creating waves now that will continue to wave after your death?

Your death is what your decision on how to live should be based on. You cannot decide how to live without deciding how to die. I'm not talking about whether you're going to die of cancer or be gutted by a serial killer. I mean that you should live in such a way that even death does not take away the meaning of life from you. Your goal must be so powerful that even death cannot destroy it.

Do not give up!

I know how difficult it is to find meaning in your life. It may take years to find it. But none of those who discovered it for themselves will say that this time was wasted. It's a long journey, sometimes over rough terrain, but the results are second to none.

If you do not yet know the purpose of your life, then at the moment your goal is to find it.

At some point, you will face a serious obstacle and you will want to give up and go back to life with low level awareness. You will catch yourself thinking that, most likely, you should model your life in the image fictional characters from TV, or just live a "normal" life like everyone else around. But such a life is not for you, and you yourself know it. If you have read the article up to this point and have not quit, then your consciousness is already too high to be happy, burning through life like a surrounding sleeping mass. It's time to wake up. The bright light you see will be painful to unaccustomed eyes and will probably bring tears, but you will soon get used to it. And then you will see a powerful beacon of your consciousness. And I have to admit, it's a lot of fun to put such a light in people's eyes when they least expect it...fun and even funny. And, of course, it helps people a lot to raise their level of awareness. ;)

Which is better, having a hard plan of action, or being able to when you don't know what to do with your life? Combine the benefits of both approaches, you might say. But this is impossible, because they are antipodes, opposites to each other.

Just everything has its time. It's great to have a plan, and when everything turns out the way you want. However, it is almost better to be in a state of so-called crisis - a transitional state, if this does not happen so often. Look around: surely the most interesting thing in life happened to you unpredictably and completely unexpectedly? In other words, in moments of personal crisis?

beautiful far away

It's time for a transitional state, an internal crisis. However, we are thinking about something completely different, counting on any. We draw only rosy pictures in our imagination, and, probably, we are doing the right thing. To activate the forces that will certainly give us this positive, on a plate with a blue border.

We want to bring something new into our lives, but we forget that. We give so great importance losses, normal “production costs”, that we despair and put an end to the entire enterprise.

We want the beautiful to be far from being cruel to us, but at the same time we refuse to pay the “state duty”. Customs, in particular. What does it consist of? If you want change, you need to be ready to go through the crisis.

fly higher

Cast ashore, we find ourselves in utter confusion. What is going on? gold fish not what she promised us. We took a step, and now it is not clear what is happening.

We really do not understand and will not understand until we climb higher to look at our situation from the outside. Maybe when it becomes part of history. Then we will be able to evaluate it objectively. See what she in fact was for us: the futile torment of a caterpillar or the opportunity to become a butterfly?

sink to the bottom

Let's postpone this step for the time being. After all, before positive changes happen, we are waiting for a test. It will seem that everything is in vain and it is not clear why what is happening is happening. Inevitably, we will be overcome by despair and the understanding will come that we simply do not know what to do with our lives.

If you recognize yourself in this description, know that do not resist what is happening. Even if nothing happens. This is the best thing you can do - let go. Watch. Follow the progress of events. Wait for the right moment.

Freeze

We are just ahead of the curve again. Nothing will happen. Because first you have to freeze. Take it, and for real. If you are an adult, an adult human, then you can not report to anyone and act in such a wise way.

Stop. Freeze. Be at rest (meaning inaction and even doing nothing). Put something on what others say... In fact, you are now moving forward by leaps and bounds.

You are consciously allowing yourself to live in the "pore of the transitional state." Thus, save the mass that others spend on resistance and pointless attempts to do something. ahead of time- if only there was a semblance of effective activity, if only not to waste a single second of your precious time. Great intention. However

wise time management is not that you do not have a single free minute, but that those of them that you devote to any business are fulfilled and.

It is better to sit, absorbing strength and adjusting the accuracy of the direction of the blow, like a bowstring being pulled, than to shoot with all your might indiscriminately - just to shoot.

What was it really

All the extraordinary people I know, as well as the biographies of people who inspire with their achievements, are similar in the following: an interesting adventure in their life or a fateful turn in the path each time came after the state of “I don’t know what to do with my life.”

That is, from a state of personal crisis. And the more serious he was, the wilder they looked life situation in the eyes of others, the more interesting and surprising the events unfolded later.

Why is this happening? The above phrase reflects condition openness. We do not know something - very well, which means we are ready to be filled with something new.

Sometimes to make a miracle means to act outside the box, to rise above the understanding of others and allow yourself to find the answer to a tormenting question. Or allow life to present it, giving yourself the necessary time.

As one song goes, "everyone wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die."

In order for magic to come into life, you need to be ready to go through a crisis. It is like a springboard, like a launching pad - to the fact that, if you perceive everything correctly, it cannot be not worth your efforts. To something that will turn out to be unknown to you and, undoubtedly, pleasant - because if you emerged here from the swamp of a personal crisis, then this is the best thing that happened to you before.

And all over again

How often do we want to be left alone. Not so often, but it happens, we guess that others dream about it - and. And for some reason it is most difficult to do this with oneself. Whatever one may say, we bear the greatest responsibility for ourselves. We are we. It has its own life. We want to manage ourselves and our lives, we want everything to be good.

And for this, sometimes you need to forget that you are in the control chair. If you feel like someone has taken control out of your hands instead of being scared, frustrated, or fighting, let them go.

You can plunge into a state of joyful anticipation of what will follow. Something is bound to happen. go on dont know what to do with your life, and then soon, very soon - you will certainly find out. (To speed up the process, you can read the material 😉).

The Law of Detachment accelerates the process of evolution. When you comprehend this law, the need to force decisions disappears. By forcing problem solving, you only create new problems. However when you direct your attention to uncertainty and remain a witness to uncertainty, waiting with anticipation for the solution of the problem to emerge from chaos and confusion, then this solution that has arisen from chaos truly delights and amazes.
