Secondly, surprisingly, even tiny changes in one or two directions can have a significant effect that accumulates over time. In addition, taking even one small step, it is easy to get carried away, and then you want to take another step, and another, and another.

For example, it is not at all necessary to immediately become a militant healthy lifestyle, buy an annual gym membership or register for a marathon. You can just take the stairs a few times a day instead of taking the elevator. By the way, this is my favorite thing. Whenever possible, I prefer the stairs. Or instead of sitting with a colleague in a meeting room, take a walk around the office together. Well, if the area and weather allow. In Intercom, we are very lucky in this sense, our office goes directly to the main city park - it's a pleasure to walk there. Or go to bed a little early. I think you can easily continue the list. The main secret is to choose something that will make you happy.

You will have to read a lot. Excellent result- This is 40-50 books per year. I have read 42 books and I understand that 50 books a year is realistic. The main thing is to read without stopping. And, of course, do not watch TV and do not stay too long on social networks.

Read only to develop your mind: psychology, Russian and foreign classics, self-development, finance - no tabloid or entertaining books.

Outline the essence of what you read, what impressed or disliked the book, memorize quotes. So you train your memory and you can always surprise your interlocutors clever sayings from books.
