4. Compensation for class teacher

4.1. According to Art. 32 para. 11 and art. 54, paragraph 4 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", an educational institution, within the limits of its available funds, to pay employees of this educational institution on one's own determines the amount of additional payments, bonuses to official salaries, bonuses and other measures of material incentives and fixes them in a regulation, a collective agreement (agreement).
